Extremely responsive customer service and delivery was just as fast. I placed an order for a case on a Tuesday and received it by Thursday lunch. Price was by far the cheapest I could find and shipping charges on the case were more than reasonable! I was hesitant at first going by past reviews but it sounds like they had some teething issues to start off with. Can confidentially say there definitely aren't any issues with support or their supply chain!

Be forewarned, this is a shady company. They took funds from my PayPal account for a product to be delivered to U.S. They then sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted the product sent somewhere in Australia because they don't deliver to the U.S. Why accept an order that they knew couldn't be delivered as quoted? Now, they've gone radio silent and I'm disputing the charge with PayPal.

The battery I required was out of stock at time of order and it appears that through no fault of theirs, the incoming shipment was delayed several times. However, there was good communication along the way and as soon as the shipment did arrive the Nanobytes team wasted no time in getting my order to me. Professional service, would buy again.

Bought an 8TB WD My Book external drive. Phoned the store to ensure there was stock available. Staff were very helpful. The unit arrived in 2 days (Melb to Gold Coast). Very impressed with service and speed of delivery. Would thoroughly recommend this company
