In the nearly 10 years I have been attending the NWMC, I have enjoyed the calmness of the environment, and respect the office staff have for the clientele that attends the facility. I have seen several doctors over this period, who have all done their job well, as do the receptionists and nursing staff when the need has arisen. As for my preferred doctor; Kumi Kantheepan, I cannot express my heart felt satisfaction enough for the care, support and services she has provided me and my family over this time. I am only leaving this facility as my care needs have increased and I have chosen to move to another retirement village that offers assisted living that is not provided at my current address. I have chosen to move closer to my eldest daughter Colleen as her husband is my enduring POA. I will miss you all, but don't be surprised if I "pop in" and say hello when I visit my youngest daughter who lives in Narre Warren. Kind Regards Gillian Coughlan 23/05/2023

I've been going to this clinic for over 30 years. Unfortunately Dr BURR and MULLIGAN have retired and relationship with how rhe clinic ran in the "old" days has changed. Covid changed things...New doctors have been nice but I've lost the personal history I had with Dr BURR particularly my background and his support. Life moves on and I'll continue to see the new doctors as they appear thorough.

Very disappointed, my mother has been going here for 23yrs, rang up needing an urgent script (before the end of the day) and was told there was no appointments. Seems the doctors are making too much money to wait round 5mins at the end of the day to write a script and make $60. Took my business elsewhere - and will be encouraging mum to find somewhere else for the next 23 years of her business

Reception staff hopeless, very old school. need more training with modern systems. Was waiting for 2 hours despite asking twice if I was checked in!. Only reason I was seen was because the Dr came out and recognised me! then I received a phone call to pay which is fine but she obviously didn't read the patient file. "I dont know, i'm just calling to get the money"

I have been a patient of NWMC since 2008 as my wifewas until 2017 when she Died, we were first with Dr C Mulligan, then Dr P Burr & now with Dr K Kantheepan. They were all very caring & knowledgeable & caring & also new which specialists to send us to. Over the years the nurses & staff have been great too. So I will give the Surgery 10 out of 10 Howard Ferguson

Our second visit to the centre for Podiatry appointments. We found adequate parking, helpful receptionists, and our podiatrist, as usual, attentive and friendly. We have been a little apprehensive because of the changed location for our Podiatrist, but on both occasions we have felt comfortable and our needs met by friendly staff.

I've been to 5 clinics in the past month for various reasons (priority care, ultrasound, x-ray, NWMC & another GP) - this was the only one still expecting me to wear a mask! My appointment was to discuss some test results. The Dr asked me the purpose of my visit! - Duh!

New patient here. I usually goto Casey family practice but they were booked out but wanted to try this place out because it had decent reviews. I waited an hour and a half for my 22 month old daughter to be seen for 5 mins and was told to

My visit with Dr Myerscough was very pleasant and she got to my problem straight away, she has been my doctor for a long time and is very thorough, I have always been confident in her treatment. The staff are always very friendly too.

Treated as a subhuman with this new doctor found it so wrong called to find out one of my test results and ow I’ll have to call you later , as a person with a disability this was cruel and just trying to get more money out of me

I can not speak more highly about Dr Rupasinghe. I have followed him to this practice from Langwarrin. He is very thorough and caring and actually takes the time to listen and wants the best outcome. Highly recommended.

First time I attended this clinic.It was the best service ever.The staffs at the receptionist were awesome, friendly.Even the doctor was polite and patient.definitely going there again - Highly recommend this place.

I am very happy with how this place takes care of my medical needs. The staff are friendly and provide a good service. The place looks like there is new management because it looks really nice and professional.

As usual I have had a good experience at the clinic . Both medically with dr Craig Mulligan ( our family doctor and friend for over 40 years ) and with the clinic nurse Jo in regard to a leg dressing .

Fantastic, friendly receptionists and never have to wait to long on hold. Dr Leanne Myerscough is an amazing Doctor. Never makes you feel rushed and is thorough. Highly recommend this clinic.

NWMC has been my medical centre of choice for a number of years. GP's are family orientated and caring.
