I am giving this business 1 star for the following reason. I dealt with Chris David who after the initial contact and describing how difficult VW was to deal with advised me to get a few quotes myself and then come back to him to see what he can do. I did this and when I return with my quote I also advised Chris that I have 2 friends who are also serious in purchasing from VW and maybe he could get a better deal for 3 cars vs 1. Chris returned with his offer which was a $1k - $2k less per car than the dealer, however this deal was only if he could get all 3 cars sold. I consulted with my friends and 1 of them pulled out. I advised Chris promptly and his attitude changed immediately and he was upset accusing me of wasting his time. When Chris asked me if I still wanted to go ahead with my car I said YES, to which he promptly replied "Actually go directly with the dealer because I am too upset to deal with you and you have wasted my time". I should also add that Chris spent 1 day calling around to get us a good deal. We did not haggle and there was no back and forth. He gave me his offer yesterday and I called him this morning with my response. I would think in a sales driven, commission based business you would understand that customer service is key and nothing is guaranteed. There is a level of effort required if you are to secure someone’s business. Becoming disgruntled because you could only sell 1 car instead on 3 seems that the business practices are perhaps lacking. Thank you Chris for showing me your true colours, I certainly dodged a bullet here. I am leaving this review to share my experience and for other prospective buyers to review my experience and other peoples experiences when deciding whether or not to engage this business. Finally a message to Chris and the management team at NCB. You walked away from selling a car and turned on a prospective client with unprofessional and combative language. This is poor customer service which has led to this bad review. Even if I wasn't willing to buy the car from you, if my customer experience was good I would have left a good review. I HOPE YOU SEE THE VALUE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHETHER THERE IS A SALE OR NOT. UPDATE: I just received a call from Chris about 15min after leaving this review swearing at me for sharing my experience and threatening me with legal action for defamation. Again, another demonstration of poor customer service. I will emphasis everything I have shared with my experience above, although summarised, is correct and not embellished.

Really hate to give a bad review. But after dealing with Chris David it really leave a bad taste in the mouth. I have contact National Auto Brokers for the intension of buying a car, don't want to deal with the car sales person as I really hate the BS and to be pushed. Chris contacted me today to find out what king of car that I'm looking for, he said he will do the research and get back to me today. He mentioned that the offer when he come back is only valid until 4:30 TODAY(come on....is that true???) Anyway if the price is right I am willing to take the offer. When he come back with the odder the car is not exactly the colour that I want, also the price is not a great discount. He insist the model is "NEW Model that RRP is over 51k" when the online price is only 48k. I declined the offer, not good enough, sorry cant take it. Then he gets angry and dying that he WASTING all his time don't the research for me. in the end he hang up on me. Really Do everyone have to take your offer on the day??? Compare to the service that I got from Auto Expert today was far different. Chris you really a pushy sales person. Anyway thanks for your offer, I won't take it. I understand you have to push people to get a sale just like the car sales person, but when you hang up on me, it really leave a bad impression for the company you work for. To be fair I will give three stars on this company as I believe the product and service they offer does give comvenience to some customer. Also please do not contact me for removing the review.

Although I did not end up going ahead with a purchase through National Car Brokers, my experience with Chris David has led me to give this company a 5 star review. Here's why: Chris David was honest and up front from the beginning, stating to me that he could not beat the best quote I had received for the make and model of car I was after. He straight up told me I could buy with confidence from this particular dealer, and then explained the reasons why in great detail. Chris clearly has an exceptional level of knowledge, knows exactly how the dealer pricing structure works, and acts with integrity. I would not hesitate to use National Car Brokers in the future. I will now be telling my friends and colleagues to contact Chris at National Car Brokers before any new car purchase - as I'm sure they'll be able to beat the vast majority of dealer's "best prices".

Outstanding! Fast, painless and saved us thousands of dollars - this is the future of car buying. We were looking for a new Mazda CX-5 however we felt like 'prey' sitting in the dealers office. A friend suggested I call Christopher David, he worked through the car specs we wanted and a few days later he came back with a price thousands below what the dealers were quoting us. Once we were happy, Chris did the deal and connected us with the fleet manager at the winning (lowest price) dealer. The fleet manager (Daniel at Ryde Mazda) then took over, provided great service and delivered the car direct to our house, with a full tank of gas for the exact price Chris had negotiated. We are really glad we used Chris, we found him very responsive, professional and easy to work with. He definitely was on "our side". I'd use him again gladly.

I definitely cannot recommend them to anyone, placed a car in June 2022 and as the other review stated they were very keen on taking a deposit and then did not get contacted for a year. And then when I contacted them to cancel the order it took them 3 months to acknowledge that. Unfortunately I still haven't received my refund and Chris has just not given any dates for the refund. This is very frustrating and I do understand that the cars industry is having some trouble but this shouldn't be any reason to not give back my money. [Update] Due to not receiving my deposit still, I had to raise this with NCAT and they have issued an order for the full refund. If I don't receive it on the day as per the order then I will take the next step. Will keep this post updated as proceed.

I have been looking to secure a Landcruiser 200 GX and was not successful to conclude a deal at a price that I was comfortable with. Within the same day Christopher acquired the vehicle for me meeting all my requirements. Christopher has saved me $10,000 which I now can contribute towards off road upgrades. It has been the first time I have used a broker and will definitely use Christopher again. He is very professional, prompt and does what he says he will do!

The best and only way to purchase cars! I had the joy of liaising with Chris who was extremely professional and very diligent. I had done a lot of research so was able to give him specific details for the new car. I also had a car to trade in. Chris was able to get me the best price for both the new car and trade in. This was processed all within 24 hours. As this took place in November 20 Chris was able to locate the MY21 model ready for delivery to my home by mid December. One very happy customer. Excellent experience. No stress at all. Highly recommend it and will be doing it again shortly for our other car. Thank you!

I had never used a broker before & was skeptical of what the outcome & costs would be. The team at National Car Brokers we friendly & professional. They took me through the process including the costs (which was surprisingly better than what I expected). I was looking to purchase the latest model Kia Carnival that was only released to the market less than a month before & expecting that I would get only a small discount but these guys proved me wrong by getting a significantly higher discount than what the kia dealership was offering at the time. Overall very happy with the service & will use them again for my next car.

I had to order a car during a long lockdown in Victoria as my 20 year old car was going to require unfeasible maintenance in about half a year, e.g. expensive items such as the timing belt. It was bad timing with non-negotiable prices and long delivery times due to the COVID. However Chris at National Car Brokers managed to reduce the delivery fee by $1800 and the delivery prediction of 6 months was pretty close to the actual delivery time of 7 months. Well done to Chris and National Car Brokers for taking the pain out of buying a new car before my old one died during this historically difficult period.

I contacted National Car Brokers about sourcing a new car for me back in May 2021 and the figure that they came back with was quite simply amazing, unfortunately Covid played a part, so the delivery of the vehicle was delayed 9 months which ended up not being a problem anyway as the vehicle I had ordered was superseded by a new model which I am extremely happy with. The saving to me was approximately $5000 on the Manufacturers price even though it was a brand-new model. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, then you can't go past National Car Brokers.

Rude and unhelpful, blamed me for them not producing the best deal, claimed that I was a time waster because I wouldn't commit to purchasing when they couldn't even provide a price.... Ridiculous In response to the owner: I don't have a friend at a car dealership, dealers have simply provided a better deal in the past. The response below confirms that NCB can't provide the best deal or service and won't try unless you make it easy for them. They don't even want to try to get you the best deal, this is your job Craig, you can't win everytime.

I recommend instead of embellishing the truth, you focus on actual service, customer rapport and competitive pricing. Every time I've made a vehicle enquiry, I've made a purchase. This is the second time I've made an enquiry with you, and rest assured, it will be my last.

Chris at the team have been fantastic through the whole process. I can't say the same about the dealer where the car was coming from (but that's a completely different story. Chris was upfront and honest about the process from the beginning. Unfortunately due to COVID I had to cancel my purchase and request a refund. Although the process had been drawn out due to COVID I'd like to thank the team for their work. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for hassle and haggle free purchasing

I can’t recommend strongly enough the performance of Chris David of National Car Brokers. Chris sourced a vehicle with more accessories and features than we expected and at a fantastic price saving us thousands of dollars. Just as important we didn’t have to haggle with car salesmen! My partner Judith ordered a car, we were told it was 3 to 4 month lead time for car we were happy with this wait, 3 months have now passed and have been told it will be another 6 months maybe 12 months or longer. we said who would order a car with an open ended delivery date, we have asked for our deposit to be returned along with their fee, we have been told by the broker that the deposit wont be returned and we have to wait for the car with no delivery date.

Was in the process of updating my vehicle. Have purchased several vehicles overtime and always went away feeling as though it was not a very pleasant experience. Thought I would give a BROKER the chance. Best way ever to purchase. They did the Trade-in part and got me an excellent discount on the new vehicle. The information received from NCB was very pertinent and useful in our decision making. Although still affected my the market condition, I believe NCB has negotiated the best outcome for our purchase.

The car I ordered which finally arrived, had a wait time of 10 months due to manufacturing delays. It was delivered to my door and I couldn’t be happier. Can not recommend,a complete lack of communication after I ordered a vehicle through them.Wanted the deposit quick then left me at behest of an also non communicating dealer. Been 6 months now and still no info on when it will be coming.If it was a Toyota I would understand but it's not.Be careful of this broker.
