Just got my daughter discharged from Navchethana Hospital, Yelahanka, Banglore. It was a road traffic accident and she was rushed there. I am a senior consultant pediatrician in Delhi. Banglore is an unknown place for me. I reached Bengaluru in panic. She was to be operated and I felt helpless. When she was stable, I realised that it was impossible to shift her to Delhi. It was inevitable that I had to get her operated in Bengaluru. My research started from the neighborhood shops, the security guards, the indoor patients, the cleaners, the nurses, the duty doctors and then of course google reviews. Being a doctor myself I know the difference between a hospital and hospitality. Navchethana Hospital gave me faith and confidence. I realised that I am not going to shift her anywhere. I had a briefing with Dr Krishnaprasad ( Neurosurgeon), Dr Harsha, intensivist and of course Dr Satish Vashishtha, the Maxillofacial surgeon. That was all that I needed. Needless to say it was all surreal. The operation lasted six hours and she came out well. There are no guarantees in medicine. But with God's grace and the skill and expertise of the treating team, everything went smooth. Being in the same profession, I know that these things are not just miracles. The supporting staff has to be well trained, firm but decent, and not the least the management and the top bosses should have the hands on attitude. The professional presence of the elders is visible to the discerning eye. Within the hospital I made great friends who would come up to me and empathize. I had heard that sone relations develop in seconds. In Navchethana Hospital I made them. My deepest gratitude to Dr Satish Vashishtha for being what he is and wish him years of service and success. Yes, there is a beautiful Lord Ganesha temple within the premises. In difficult times that was the place to draw positive energy from. Again my deepest regards to Navchethana team and I will always be obliged for life.

This hospital is good for day care treatments only and not for admissions. The reason I say this is out of my personal experience. 1.I got admitted here for 7 days. There was this one time at 3:30am early morning I rang the bell calling for help. I needed to use the the washroom and also the the drips had gotten over. Firstly they are supposed to keep an eye on when the drips get over but instead they say ring the bell when it's done. I had clearly told I can't as il be sleeping. They also say if the drips isn't removed on time then it causes bleeding. I don't know if they really want the patient to rest or keep a watch assisting them. It was 3:50 and I decided it to remove it myself. At around 3:55 an ayamma comes and still no medical help. I by now my had was already bleeding. 2.Another night it was the same guy nurse, I rang the bell, he came after 10 mins. His face looked all sleepy, he gave me an injection through the drips attached hand, it is supposed to be given slowly but he gave its super fast as though he was in a hurry to go back and continue his sleep. It pained and I shouted he said what a kid you are that you are yelling for this and all, you have to 'bare the pain'! 3.The night shift staff purposely leaves the light on and door opened even inspite of telling them every time they come to give some sort of medication, or temperature check etc. 4. Out of the 7 days, the first two days they just kept me on drips and no treatment was started. The doctor who treated me was also very arrogant. Bottom line: Night shift staff here are pathetic.( Considering they are associated with patients everyday, and they are expected to be polite and understanding) I had the worst experience here and suggest no one to go here!

I had a very bad experience in this hospital. I would have given negative rating if the option was available. And I'm writing my experience so that other people who are thinking of visiting this hospital should be aware of their money minded behaviour. I approached this hospital for an emergency accident treatment for myself and my wife. And we had a very bad service and treatment. They dif the first aid after paying the money. I paid the charges in the reception with my bleading hands to get my wife taken for treatment.The nurses and doctor we were attended had poor behaviour with us. When we said we wanted to register a case regarding the accident, the hospital management said we need to pay 2500 for their procedure. When we said that I am paying my taxes and police is doing public service and for me to register a case do I need to pay. After we asked about our basic rights, the hospital didn't charge us. Moreover I had paid almost 1000 for taking X-ray and they didn't give the X-ray since they need it for police complaint documents maintenance and asked us to take an extra copy by paying extra money. I still don't understand why this hospital is charging on the victims to maintain their documents. This hospital is cheating the patients a lot to make money. I have to register a complaint about this hospital in India Medical Council. And also need to know if the victims have to give charges to register a complaint about the accidents. If this is the rule, then why are we paying the taxes.

Very Bad Experience here. Never recommended anyone to visit this Hospital.They are totally money taken minded instead of service. My mother admitted here for doing Hysterectomy surgery. By admitting time they told 1 lakh....which is very hiked amount compare to other hospital,but still we agreed to do the surgery as urgency. but during discharge time they hiked the amount almost 40 Percent.and final amount invoice they given us 140000. they never tell any patients family clearly everything ......and after surgery suddenly increased all charges and add more add on. I shocked when I checked What madicine they provided us same madicine price 40 percent less in outsider shops. My suggestion to everyone Before admission kindly take some written latter from hospital..other wise for middle classes family it's very difficult to pay the extra amount during discharge. Who have insurance kindly check all details bcz another patient told us they will provide you some bills which will not cover under insurance also. for my case I have to straggle lots of problems during discharge.and I have to take loan from bank before discharge bcz suddenly they given us total bills 140000 instead of 100000. THEIR RECEPTION STAFFS ALSO VERY RUDE.I DONT REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT HE WAS WEARING SPECTACLE. TOTALLY FROUD WORK ONGOING IN THIS HOSPITAL BCZ THEY DONT HAVE MUCH CUSTOMER , THAT REASON WHO ADMITTED IN THIS HOSPITAL THEY ARE DIGGING THEIR POCKETS. Worst Hospital In Yelahanka Area.

I have admitted my wife for delivery. The hospital bill was ~1 Lakh. Even though we have enough insurance limit(75K for delivery) hospital has claimed only ~45K from insurance and rest they demanded from us. When I asked them to claim till my limit which is 75K, the coordinator mentioned they have increased the hospital charges but they didn't update with Insurance companies. Initially when I enquired about the charges they told for delivery ~80K + other charges I mentioned I have 75K limit but they didn't tell about this. Because when I asked, why you are not claiming from insurance companies, unnecessarily you are taking money from us ? Then he started telling they are giving discounts when I saw the bill the charges which they are charged are already part of the package. Simply, on top of package amount they are putting and telling they are giving discount. So I would request you to avoid this hospital or check beforehand only about all the charges which are part of the package and how much you have to on top of insurance. Because whatever I ended up paying there with the same amount I would get best quality of treatment from Rainbow. So, If you are planning a planned admission with insurance just avoid this hospital. Because QoS is no where comparable what we are paying. Ex: Room cost they are charging Rs 7500 but from insurance they are claiming only Rs 2500-3000. With this you can understand what quality they are offering.

Great people and nice hospital as well entire staff member of this hospital is very friendly and treat the patient very nicely. My personal experience about this hospital is awesome. I came here on 12th june for my wife health check up and for her illness the team of doctor thoroughly checked with all possible tests done and step-by-step doctor advice us for medicines as well further procedure. Nurses and staff of this hospital taken care of my wife very nicely. Everyday and night doctor came and taken care of all findings and improvement of health as well medicines. People had a mixed response about this hospital before I was going to get admitted to the hospital. However, it turned out to be a great experience at the hospital. From the time I was admitted the staff(doctors and nurse) were very friendly. All my scanning and procedure was done on time. In my case we needed and intervention of outside doctor and the management was quick enough to arrange for it and my treatment was done on time. Cleanliness is at its peak and the food was also good. Will recommend this hospital for any emergency as they take every patient seriously and provide utmost care till the time they are discharged. Even doctors are humans and they also go through mood swings. They meet a variety of patients every day. Some patients are good, while some are very rude. That's the reason we sometimes feel doctors talk to us rudely. So do understand their pain as well.

Really irresponsible Management. Today I was waiting ouside OPD to meet Dr. Rajesh when my turn came Dr. Rajesh left his cabin in front of me for rounds. When asked the receptionist she said Dr.Rajesh will come back in 5 minutes. at 8:45 PM. After 9:00 PM when I requested her the actual time again she said 5 minutes. 9:10PM again i requested the actual time she said it will take atleast 45 minutes from 9:10PM.I was already exhausted for the day and left the place...left part of my chest is painful from past week...If anything goes wrong Navachethana hospital Management is responsible. My reponse on 28th of March 2023: Dear Navachethana Management, Its been a week since you responded to my 3weeks back review and no one from the hospital management has called or responded to my mail. This shows how Navachethana Hopsital management is seriously concerned about their patients.

3rd class hospital .....to remove copper T my wife visted there payed 450 for consultation twice ...Doctor told copper T thread is not visible and suggested for scanning....for that paid 1150......that was ok ....after scanning .....the copper T was visible in the scan ....but Doctor told it can only b removed by operation....and told executive vl call for details.....and executive vl cal told procedure cost vl b 40 thousand ...test and pharmacy vl b separate....v vr not convinced.....today v visited Ambedkar medical College.....and consulted for the removal of copper T ....just in few minutes the removal was done .....vth just consultation cost of Rs.10....very disappointed from Navachethna .....just for money sake giving trouble....torturing patient , financially and mentally and physically ....very very bad experience

I would like to share my experience with Navachethana Hospital. I was admitted for a procedure on 7th of March and right from the time of admission till discharge I had zero complaints. The admission process was pretty quick, the room was neat and tidy, the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room at least 4 times a day. Doctors like Murugesh and Navin were very down-to-earth in explaining the issue. I was pretty nervous about the procedure I was undergoing but they briefed me about the procedure how its done and made me feel more confident in going ahead. Not to forget about the nursing staff who were there round the clock changing the IV's and ensuring medicines are given at the right time. Very kind staff you guys have here. I am very happy that I came to this facility to get treated. Thank you team.

Hi, just got discharged from the hospital today after fighting the Covid battle. Really thankful to this hospital management for accomodating beds on base of urgency, start appropriate treatment at right time and providing end to end support to the patients for meeting all their needs. Special thanks to Dr.Rajesh sir, you are truly special among the lot for your guidance, all time support and extraordinary commitment levels. Excellent homely food was provided by hospital staff for all 5 days. Overall cost too was reasonable compared to other hospitals with top class treatment. Very hygienically maintained by staff and support staff including nurses and supervisors were superb in their work. Thank you navachetana and team for giving second lease of life. Keep up the good work.

We are taken appointment to meet Dr. Rajesh today they told us to visit hospital between 2to 6 PM ,when we entered into the hospital they are telling it' s walk in need to take token My mother is not well she is unable to sit for more then a 30 min after seeing her also they said we need wait atleast for 1hr :30min .when we asked receptionist they said there is no appointment given for any one, If you are ready to wait ok or you can decide we can't send early need to wait as per the token numbers only..there is zero care about the aged and serious patients also...worst OPD with not organized and no proper communication and respon from the staff. Seriously not accessable for aged and brain hemorrhage follow up check up patients.

Went for a general health check up here and overall the experience was great. No much fuss, everything was organised, staffs were very helpful Shilpa reception staff help me out,even though it was busy. It is recommended to get a morning slot, so crowd will be less. Ultrasound takes time, so while waiting for other tests, go to radiology department and get a token. Finish other tests while drinking water and when bladder is full, you can talk to them and based on your token and crowd, they may finish ultrasound early. 2 hours of waiting will be there to collect blood sample post breaking the fast. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend navachethana hospital.

I underwent a surgery at Navachethana last month. It was a hassle free and good experience. Starting from admission till the moment I was discharged, there was a very good cooperation from the hospital. Everyone treats you with respect, the staffs are well trained and the doctors are very caring. I was quite nervous before the surgery but the doctors and assistants really made me comfortable and helped me through the process. It's simply great. The place is quite hygienic and well maintained as well. The only minor issue was the distance. It was quite far from my home. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hospital for anyone near Yelahanka.

Worst hospital with not organized anything.. I have admitted my spouse for delivery, baby is healthy and discharged second day, however my wife have some cough and cold we stayed two more days, however they have charged consultation charges twice a day, doctor didn't even touched the baby.. and when I asked insurance department and their manager response is disgusting.. Also I completely agree with, other person provided review stating that corporate hospital with government hospital kind of nursing services. I appreciate Doctor Suguna madam treatment and services.. I would recommend only out patient services but not inpatient services.

Admitted my wife last week Mr. Rafi (management staff) was very helpful in getting thr admission done in no time Dr Rajesh , Dr Sanjiv - highly experienced doctors and had the correct diagnosis and treatment to ensure the patient’s vitals are back to normal Kudos to the staffs nurses in the ward (Kavitha & Raksha to name specifically) .. they were excellent and always smiling attitude … Insurance staff were also very prompt in claims and submissions… with in 2 hours , they prepares billing , processed the discharge including the insurance approval… Overall had a good treatment experience

Extremely rude staff. Not clear about when the available appointments are, or what services are provided and have no idea what a simple allergy test is. Unless you can make it between 11:30 and 12, don't bother to contact this hospital because any other time is "Not possible". Have visited previously for COVID testing, extremely unsanitary service and terribly disorganized. Had to book an appointment somewhere, go down to a dirty basement to give the sample, and then personally go to another floor to deposit the sample in a crowded lab room where all you can do is pray that your sample won't get mixed up with someone else's.

I had a bad experience on 4th July 23 Went to their emergency dept t with my uncle who needed urgent attention to relieve him of pain due to chronic urine retention. The duty doctor in emergency wanted prescription of a urologist to treat this emergency !!! Later she got busy with another patient who was rushed in and the door was shut ! Such a negligence !! I wrote to Operations@navachethana, the mail id often appears in the response. I got a standard reply in response regretting blah blah and requesting my cell number which I did. So far no one has called. Thats the seriousness these guys exhibit for customer satisfaction

The Hospital is very good and Nurse treats well. from 6 years we have been visiting this hospital for several times. I suggest Dr. Amaranth sir. But this time so called DR. RAJESH is treated me like a he is giving free treatment. not even govt doctor speaks like this. He has so much attitude, Rude and he is so arrogance. What ever the degree he may hold but for a Doctor need patience to treat to patients.... They are taking money and giving treatment not like free. There were more talented and knowledgeable doctors in Bangalore. See and learn from other doctors how good they behave with patients.

Hi this is Ebby. I am from Bangalore. I went to hospital for severe lower back pain. Couldn’t able to walk properly even. After taking a instant pain relief injection, doctor advised me to have adequate sessions of physiotheraphy so that pain will be reduced. I had four days of an hour each physio treatment continuously and happy to share that I relieved completely from pain. I was treated by Dr Sona, who understands what is required for patient and treated me with utmost care. I strongly recommend for friends who are having such trouble to opt for physiotheraphy under Dr Sona. Thank you Dr Sona.

If any person who have admitted in a situation like Accident, Emergency & Planned Surgery the way doctors taking care of patient is excellent. Post surgery of any patient procedure like giving prescriptions by duty doctors ,responding of nurses also fair. There is good pharmacy store and staff also co-operative.Especially insurance and front office people are very helpful in admission, billing and discharge related procedures.spcial thanks to receptionist Shilpa for the help , I should suggest this hospital to persons who want excellent and quality treatment for their each and every rupee.

The management of this hospital is so helpless, beyond the imagination. I called them before coming making sure the availability of the doctor. I was requesting to give an appointment thinking to avoid any wasting time. They mentioned it's walk-in, even after hearing this I confirmed the availability of doctor. After reaching here, came to know doctor has gone for lunch and will be back after 30 minutes. And now the waiting time goes on and on. Since the fee is paid so I have to wait. Doctor did not come even after an hour. Really bad experience.

Physician who will be visiting in the night is not keeping the schedule and makes the patients to wait for a very long time...we arrive at hospital at 10 pm but need to wait till 11pm and this has happened yesterday and today also it's the same issue. We are elderly couple and it's difficult for us to sit for such a long time without even aware of what time the doctor will be coming to OP. Kindly look into this to avoid inconvenience to many such patients like us. In addition there is no proper monitoring of the patients to see the Doctor.

I went to Navachetana hospital last night, close to midnight on emergency basis to be treated for severe allergic reactions due to insect bites. The hospital was well lit, with easy accessibility, vibrant with duty Dr. and the staff team readily available, who were quick to get into action. In less than an hour of their correct and efficient treatment, I was much relieved of my trauma and I could sense the worst was over. The bill was very reasonable as well. I would strongly recommend this hospital for any OPD or emergency care.

Hospital is well equipped with good facilities, docs & hospital staff are friendly. Got my dad here for fracture and he was treated well. Dr. Ajay Rao was cooperative and helpful throughout. Only problem I faced was there were lot of patients and had to wait for couple of hours on second consultation, though got x ray and other tests done during the waiting period which is good. Ambulance was available at quick pace and the attendants were helpful to get my dad from first floor on strecher though it was difficult.

Very unprofessional way of speaking and addressing Patients , i only wanted an appointment and they said that i have to come and wait there. They said its a policy and that they dont give appointments. they want us to wait for 2 hours knowing that they can always give an appointment and reduce sick people crowding there in the waiting area. when i said then i will have to take appointment from some other hospital - they imm said yes we can go to other hospitals if we want and very rudely.

Its a reasonably big multi-speciality hospital with inpatient and outpatient care available. I think it's a reasonable hospital for the residents in the vicinity and nearby villages. I know that the fee's and room rent are reasonable and doctors are very caring and approachable. I personally would prefer a little more cleanliness and hygiene especially in the rooms and toilets as most rooms are shared with other patients. Apart from this one qualm I would give them a Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yesterday I had to rush a patient to emergency for endoscopy...the team in emergency room was such a big help and took care of patient extremely well... Through this review I specially want to thank Dr. Arun, all the staff in emergency team and Mr. Mohammad for taking wonderful care of patients and going extra way to make sure all patients are very well taken care of.... Overall good experience. This is the second time we visited the hospital. The doctors and other staff were very kind and caring. The first time we used medical insurance and there were no challenges at all. Very smooth processing. Second time we paid with cash. No issues either. There were a few delays but nothing bad. Shilpa reception staff give full information about MRI and arrenge it very quickly thanks for the help,We would definitely recommend the hospital to others.

De most worst experience ever personally I admitted my 4.11yrs kid one long week but after week de conditions were worst before I taken back my kid to others HSP get treated...I had insurance for de money the HSP is running need money nt de recovery of patient before fever was 100 but return back to home she had 104fever just fulid antibiotic injections... No huminity concern abtu small kids please take care of your health and family members before visiting to dis hospital

One of the worst experience. I should definitely mention Dr. Anuradha H K She should definitely learn how to speak to her patients. When I just asked her about what medicines have you prescribed she so rudely without any respect told me " what were you doing all this while just watching my face", I don't think this is how she is supposed to reply when these ppl charge us so much just in the name of new consultation. Develop some work etiquette.

Thus place is worthless. Doctors are fishing in the dark and have no idea why they are recommending specific treatments. If you enter with a common cold they will admit you and out you on drips for the next 48 hrs. Staff is clueless about what to do and how to respond to queries. They charged for AC room and the AC does not work hence switched off all the time. Stay sway from here if you value your life and money.

In so many hospitals, inpatient attenders need to bring medicines from pharmacy. But here staff will take care of that. Experience & co-operative staff makes hassle free hospitalization. At mid night when every patient is trying to sleep construction and drilling is going on, date June 22, 2023. Few mosquitos were in my semi private room, i already gone to the hospital for treatment from dengue which is a mosquito born The washroom in the semi-private room no 107 smells bad, reason is the washroom has not outing, no window, no suction fan etc Nurses are good, Emergency is good

Pathetic service. No appointment for OPD. They will ask patient to take plenty of rest but make him wait for 2 hours for consultation. Then Dr Rajesh will randomly step out of the cabin and not show up for 30 min. Upon enquiring nursing staff said he is in emergency. When I went to emergency, found out that he was with two little girls buying them chocolate. They have zero respect for your time.

The hospital was a godsend during the peak corona time. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful and were able to efficiently handle large no of patients. The admin staff were also very helpful in processing insurance approvals etc. Cleanliness can be improved a bit especially in the basement ICU, but overall I have great respect for this hospital and its staff.

My mother was admitted in nava chethana hospital yelahanka. Was suffering from covid. Insurance was not available on her name. But hospital has giving very good facility of Bajaj finserv easy emi option. Mr Vinay helped me to pay my by bills with emi option and processed so quickly. Thank you hospital team but pls inform this facility in the time of admission as well .

It's never easy to review the hospitals these days. The hospitals are a commercial hub. I am still rating this high because of only one reason that they maintain some level of transparency. I don't know how the surgeries works here for outpatient this hospital is not too bad compared to other hospitals nearby where in they ask every patient to be admitted to ICU.

The staff and Dr. Ashwath were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Ashwath really took his time to explain patient conditions. We had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this Hospital... And insurance processing done well by the staff including shwetha, they were very polite and calm.....

This is one of the v rare hospitals you can visit to get government hospital like treatment in a private hospital! If you are asked to book doctor appointment by walk in, please be prepared to wait for somewhere between 2-3 hours. I have attached picture of the wall clock near reception area for potential patients to practice at home prior to the real ordeal.

Great experience, starting from initial appointments, surgery till discharge.. Very process oriented and patient centric.. Well i have mix of experience ! Yes this place surely helped healing us during COVID times thnx to Dr vaibhavi but lately her approach towards her patients is very rude ! It really feels awkward n no empathy or compassion! When you are paying hefty money to hospital fr consultation it shouldn't be a punishmentto u as a patient to bare the rudeness !!

I was admitted to hospital for lymph node removal surgery the staff was very cooperative, billing was very reasonable.i was give a private ward which was always kept clean and neat.very comfortable. nurses and admins made sure that I had. Comfortable.Also, the operations manager manu made sure the billing was reasonable and we were services on time

Worst experience. Dr Ashwath treated me like he is giving free treatment not even govt doctor speaks like this. He has so much attitude.. Whatever the degree he may hold but for a doctor need patience to treat patients. We had availed the services for a medical emergency, the emergency team supported promptly and guided. My sister has been admitted she has pregnency. It's very good hospital and nice treatment going has been done in nava chethana. The staff has been very kindly and helped me with the clearing all my bills with easy emi and intrduce the bajaj excutive name mr.Vinay he has helped me a lot thanks to billing section and bajajj finsery

1) Doctor Sanjiv Tonshal (a urologist) really explained the problem in detail, and even Doctor Rajesh used to have good coordination with the patient and attender. Room service, the nurse, and reception were very helpful and respectful in their behaviour with the patient. I really recommend hospitalisation if you have insurance.

The visit was pathetic! The management is poor and highly inefficient. They are incompetent to manage a simple queue of patients. The receptionist was not even present on the spot to answer my queries. Dr Murugeshappa/Murugesh or whoever it is, was hopeless. Nurses were rude. Pathetic, useless, good for nothing administration!

They have good doctors but no advance booking. And even if they say doctor will come at 6:00 pm you can expect the doctor to arrive around 7:00. No punctuality and the reception will always misguide you. Visit this hospital only if you are left with no other choice. I am posting this after my third similar experience here.

My mom had leg injury. From past 15 years she was suffering to walk properly. We consulted Dr. Rakesh, after checking the X-Ray, he planned for knee replacement. And operation was success. Now my mom is able to walk within 30days properly. We are really Thankful to doctor and hospital. They all treated my mom very well.

These people are here to loot people. For any disease their first recommendation is to get admitted. These days doctors have become parasites, who only know how to loot. Just for acidity problem they looted 5k. And first place why do you do registration? Just calculate Rs 50 x no of patients. Free money for nothing!

We had Reliance general Insurence. We admitted my kid on Monday evening at 8pm and we asked for discharge on Tuesday 8pm. But Reliance staffs deneid to process the Insurence due to they will not work after 8pm. So we were there in hospital one more extra day. Staffs are not supportive.Worst experience

Navachatna hospital is not giving appointments and makes sick patients wait for more than 2 hours. Though a big hospital at a given time it has only one doctor for each speaclity who has to attend 30+ patients. Hence the long delay. Something needs to be done to reduce the waiting period

100%agree with a review written by .Manish Kumar ... They say walk in, but give out apointment if you go in person the morning . That too is biased . Minimum 3.5hrs waiting. Once a doctor kept us waiting for 2hrs . The doc kept on saying will reach in 15mins every 15mins .

Navachethana Hospital is the best hospital in Banglore. The doctor and staff ($hilpa) very good and kindly they coordinated well and all test are very conveniently done by them. We will recommend this package for other family members and friends.

They give a token but they won't follow the order. I went for a consultation with Dr. Ashwath, general physician. We were waiting in the lounge, at least three people went ahead of us even though we were waiting and suffering from high fever.

Hospital with the best team of doctors. Very professional and caring. My mother was down with psychological issues a couple of years ago and Dr Girish Chandra was fantastic. She f.ully recovered. And has been in great spirits since then.

Very worst experience of Navchetana hospital.Before admitted they offered give discount but no discount and added extra medicine and doctors consultation.

It was not that good of an experience for me. They kept making me wait even after getting admitted I did not feel like getting the proper treatment.
