Went in for a mini pedicure, the service was good - the lady that did my nails didnt speak much but there was another lady there that was quite pleasant. The price was good and salon was clean which is a big plus! I was happy with how my nails turned out but the lady didnt use base coat although I'd asked her too, she said they only use base coat with shellac which is fair enough but a thin coat of base coat wouldnt have hurt if the customer has requested it, I've always had basecoat used where ever else I have been. Also, the pedicure was quite rough. The lady stabbed quite deep on the sides of my nails which was quite painful and although I flinched a few times she didnt ease the pressure so it wasnt the most relaxing/enjoyable pedicure (which for me defeats the object of pampering!) Overall the experience was okay, was happy with my nails in the end but my nails were in pain for a few days after. A bit of feedback: it would be nice to offer some cream/moisturing oil after nail treatments so make the customer feel a little more pampered!

My acrylic set manicure took 2 hours and I had 3 different people work on my nails... 2 of my fingers now have huge black scabs on them where I was cut twice and the nails, one of my nails had acrylic laid ontop of my blood? They were so thick that I had to go somewhere else and pay again for them redoing just a day later. Nobody even said hello to me when I arrived and even though I'd paid online before hand I was told the price had gone up (from 28 to 42) and I had to pay extra. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I don't think I'd recommend this place. Just disappointed because the pictures online of their manicures looked so nice. The two stars are for the lady who did my nail art on 2 feature nails because that was the only bit I liked. Added: I did not have Shellac

I've given 2 stars, firstly because I had to wait almost 15 mins for my appointment as they were running late. A small very busy salon with no windows or doors open in this heat... I am happy with my nails however the staff were very very rude and abrupt, told my 2 year old off a few times too, i agree he didnt sit the entire time however they have no right to tut and be rude. There was one lady there who didn't know what she was doing and tried to do a top coat on my nails and ruined them, she didn't know what she was doing and another lady had to keep taking over. As mentioned my nails I am happy with however they have a very very bad attitude as shows in other reviews too. Just need to brush up on customer service skills.

Thank you so much!! From the moment I went in I was made so comfortable they greeted me really well all staff so friendly. Naze took a lot of effort and time and love in my hair! She littaurly cared about each little strand in my hair and perfected my hair! Naze did olaplex treatment in my hair and I just feel like I have new hair all over again. I have fallen in love with my hair it was just the exact same from the photo I showed you! Even better!!!! Thank you so much and your lovely staff.

Very unprofessional they speak their own language which is rude when you have English speaking customers they butchered my cuticles made me cry will never go back! They are also very dirty and don't clean their appliances the foot file looked like it's alreafy been used then picked up and used on me no hygiene no barbacide anywhere! Got shellac and hair trim and Love it. Staff very polite and advice you if you are unsure of anything. I don't like getting hair trim as can never get it right, but got layers done from Naze and absolutely loving it. Never ever had so much volume in my hair. Will recommend Naze to anyone .

Very friendly and polite, Naze helped grow back the arch in my eyebrows, she advised me how she would thread around my eyebrows leaving the hairs needed for my arch to grow back, my eyebrows are now nicely shaped and I will never go to another salon.

Naze is amazing. She’s very careful when handling hair and you can tell she’s an expert. I love my haircut and blowdry, and she gave my eyebrows a really nice shape and finish. The best salon I’ve been to in a while, and the prices are great!
