My review is specifically for one staff who works here. I requested from SNS nails. She mishandled me and cut me multiple times that it was bleeding and when I requested here to be gentle, she had an attitude and also told me off. Instead

Had one nail break off and the place I got them done told me they were too busy to fix their mistake. Many other places in the area turned me away because they could not repair from another salon which left me really upset being Christmas

Only have two stars because Rose actually did my nails well. She had a very jumpy girl in there that had no idea what she was doing. I actually got up and went to find Rose. Another client she then started working on cut her own tips off

Absolutely disgusting service! Went here with my daughter and it was the most terrible service we’d ever had. My daughter got hurt a few times from getting her nails done and was told off when she decided to change colour for her nail

My sister recommended this nail salon and I can now say they will have a new regular. Rose was amazing and offered me bio gel, a natural looking alternative, and it looks stunning ❤️ Highly recommend this salon
