Zeina does a great job for an affordable price! I started coming here for some touch up electrolysis when I couldn’t do laser hair removal and fell in love with Zeina’s beautiful hair. I decided to come again to get my hair some ‘Zeina Style’. She did a great job in the color and styling. She even taught me how to use the curling wand to get the perfect curls that she has! She always takes the extra time since I know nothing about styling and desperately want to get better at it. She also finds a way to fit me in with very little notice. Waaaay different than my PREVIOUS overpriced salon that I had to book months in advance and gave me no styling help for long wavy hair. This salon is simple, unpretentious, and has everything I need. She always offers me a hot drink and fresh muffin while my color sets. I recommend the deep conditioning treatment. It takes a little longer, but worth it for dry wavy/curly hair like mine. When I leave, I have beautifully styled shiny long locks, and it doesn’t break the bank.

Bought from Groupon thought I'd try it out since it's not too far from home. Loved the shampoo smell. But I didn't get service from either Zeina or Iris, who were the only two stylists listed in company website. So there is a bad information there. I went expecting Zeina, but Thought oh well, this lady could be good. During shampoo, her long sleeves were touching all over my face. I wanted angled cut, that I had before, but shorter. She spent 20 mins cut and blow-dry. Then I wanted it a little shorter, also both sides were not even, so I asked her if it's possible, she answered "why didn't you tell me before, now I have to start all over again!" I know it's more work but it can be done. Then she just did a quick lousy fix and my hair is no longer angle to the front. Couldn't wait to get out of the salon! Plain lousy dissatisfied experience! Just bad first impression. Did not feel like she spend time to meet my needs. Do Not recommend.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hair salon and the reason I do NOT trust getting my hair done by another person... I didn't get anything that I have asked or wanted. She gave me the wrong hair color I asked for. Before she even started the dyeing process, I politely asked her not to cut my hair and she proceeded to cut 1-2 inches off and cut a chunk out of the front after washing out the dye. 10 minutes into my appointment she proceeded to be very rude towards me for the rest of the appointment. The money was not worth ruining my hair over and I definitely will not be coming back in the future. I am very disappointed with the amount of "experience" said to have at this salon.

Came in for a 30 minute trim and layers with Zeina, I had already washed my hair to save some time.. she charged me $45 instead of the $30 advertised. Then added more because "she used products" which was the tiniest spray of hair spray... she didn't even wash my hair so very little product was used. I asked for face framing layers and she cut them straight and uneven so my hair looks terrible and I can only hide it when it's up, one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. She only spent less than 20 minutes on my long thick hair, im severely disappointed and won't be returning ever again.

Absolutely in love with this salon! It’s a one stop shop for everything you could possibly need to get done. The owner Zeina is extremely talented at what she does, from microblading, hair cut/colour/ correction, electrolysis even eye brow threading! I’ve been going to her for years and don’t trust anyone else with my hair. More recently I began doing electrolysis treatments with her and it has been a great experience, very gentle and attentive making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend New Image Hair Design and will continue to go for all my beauty needs.

I am so happy I found Zeina when i moved to the North side last year! She is very talented and i always know i can trust her with my hair, it always turns out amazing! Plus her pricing is very fair! I couldn't ask for a better hair stylist. She recently started doing laser hair removal and I had my first session last week, and as usual Zeina was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the whole procedure, and once again very fair pricing. I cant want for my 2nd hair removal session. I have long hair. After my cut she gave me a mirror to see my hair from the back through the other mirrors reflection. It appeared good. Her prices are higher then I'm use to paying, especially since I didn't have it washed. I also left her a tip. I went back a "few weeks" later, because I had noticed my hair was actually 1 inch longer left to right. She refused to fit it, without paying again. Very disappointed. - Angela Zenowski - It may have been 3 or 4 weeks before I returned. NOT 4 months !!! Life happens. So she lies too! :(

Had an amazing first visit to this salon today! I decided to go here based off the Google reviews, and I'm glad I did! I had my hair cut and a blonde balayage added, and Zeina did an amazing job. This is legitimately the best hair I've had in years. The price was super reasonable as well. Zeina was super friendly and clearly has a base of loyal clients. This is going to be my go-to place from now on!

Very nice place to go I get a haircut regularly from walofades only barber I see in Edmonton since I’ve been here for a the last couple years he works with what you want to do and makes you look and feel like a million dollars when your done. Zeina is very nice and has cut and dyed my wife’s hair a few times and I don’t know much about girls hair but she was happy so I can only think she’s good lol!!

Zeina is an amazingly gorgeous, warm and genuine human being! I have never loved my hair this much! Beautiful mix of blond and black! Exceeded my expectations, my hair is so beautiful thanks to her 41 doesn't feel so bad! Best hair I've ever had in my life! I wont ever go to anyone else. Found this salon by chance recently and so glad I did! Went for a cut , which I was happy with then wen5 back for a colour. Zeina did my hair and She is awesome! She made some suggestions. We changed my colour and I have nothing but compliments from friends and family. And have to say she has a great laugh and welcoming personality. I will definitely go back

I first met Zeina in 2012. Every since than I stayed with. Her love of being a hair stylist has brought out the best style that suits me. She has been very kind towards me. There were numerous times that I have been a walk in client. She has gone out of her way to attend to my needs. If anyone is looking for a hair stylist, I highly recommend Zeina.

This place is awesome! I drove by a few years ago and saw a sign indicating they did brow waxing. The owner did a fabulous job, and I felt if she spent this much attention to my brows, I could trust her with my hair! And she is amazing! I have had several electrolysis sessions and am very pleased with the progress so far. Zeina is very good at her job and is very welcoming and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable every time you go in. I am so please with my overall experience that I will be going to Zeina for all my future hair colours and cuts as well.

I have been going to this Salon for at least a year now. I have had nothing but exceptional service, the salon is clean and organized. Stylist are friendly. With COVID the salon is taking extra measure to ensure ever customer is safe and stations are cleaned before and after each client. Great Job!!!

Had very satisfactory experience today at New Image Salon. Got excellent hair cut from Iris exactly what I was looking for. She is very professional and experienced. She gave very good advice on how to do quick hair styles. Very reasonable charges.would definitely be going again!!

Zeina listens to what you would like and does it well. She also offers helpful suggestions that look great! The electrolysis she did years ago is still effective! I love coming to the salon because she is so cheerful! Her prices are reasonable especially compared to others.

My 10 minute haircut (hackjob) is uneven. I am so disappointed. I believe I could have given myself a better haircut with garden shears. I went there because of the high reviews and am now thinking they had family and friends write and overvalue the reviews.
