I have been a patient of this practice for over 40 years. During those years I have been a regular patient of of only 2 of the GPs practising here. This speaks so highly of the quality of its doctors and support staff that has always been of the highest calibre. It was one of the first multi-doctor purpose built practices in Melbourne and it is to its distinction that not only has it survived, but it is still thriving. Dr Rod Trevena never fails to impress me with his thorough and knowledgeable approach to my health. He thinks broadly and deeply about my various issues and refers me to excellent specialists when necessary. His relationship with me and the rest of my family members is personable, respectful but with humanity and humour- which we love! The staff at New Street Medical are supportive and efficient as well!

Has the atmosphere of a "old family one practitioner" Dr surgery but no it's bursting at the seams with devoted excellent doctors who know and can refer you to specialists at the top of their fields. Thriving practice! Nurses on duty. Melbourne pathology on premises and a few other specialists. I've been very happy with their care. Especially Karina Stolyarsky who has saved my life more than once!!

I have been coming to this clinic since my late 20s. I have always found every doctor. I have spoken with approachable, considerate, thoughtful and offering the best possible medical advice. If they were not sure, they always made sure I saw a specialist to confirm their diagnosis. I have been attending the New Street Medical Clinic for many many years and have always found the Staff and Doctors to be extremely professional and always willing to assist. I attend the Clinic even though I have moved away from Brighton, however if you are new to the area and looking for a professional family clinic, then I cannot recommend NSMC highly enough.

The best practice in Bayside! Dr Taryn Lurie is exceptional & has the most wonderful & caring bed side manner & our young family relies so heavily on her expertise & care! We could not be happier & luckier to have Dr Lurie & all the other amazing doctors & nurses we see when needed, as well as the lovely & patient front desk staff. Highly recommended!!

we found the centre appealing warm and and patient friendly. The receptionists are helpful and well turned out. waiting rooms are clean tidy and comfortable. Having 2 daughters, I have found New Street to provide the perfect solution. A great range of female doctors, allowing lots of choice and the ability to get a spot but also continuity of care. So important for teens.

My telehealth consultation was an efficient way to consult with my GP. I was able to book a convenient time for the appointment which saved me time during a busy work day.

Had a phone consultation at short notice. I was rung at the appointed time and never felt rushed at all. The secretary and the doctor, Paddi Collins were caring and kind.
