Really! I really hope all police precincts are not like this one. While I am sure there are some good people working there everyone that I have had the "pleasure" of dealing with has been rude, overly and unnecessarily aggressive and unresponsive to the point of just plain laziness. I called to report a noise complaint and was told that they would just start up again after the offices left so why bother. Umm… how about if you address the small problems they may not turn into big ones! Not the officers at this precinct it seems they prefer to respond to call where shot are fired. I understand that there are problems in the neighborhood but they are allowing a small section to dominate the entire area. Quality of life concerns matter and the police here need to take them seriously. That’s the only way good people will stay here. You would think they would want that.

The 67th precinct is the worst police station in the world. The officers and supervisors in that location don't know the laws and how to carry them out with proper procedure. Officer Butt and Rookie Officer Kalus and their supervisors practice illegal stop, searches and retaliation towards citizens on a daily basis. Resulting in a civil suit that is coming to them. They obviously believe because they carry a gun and a badge that they can intimidate civilians with there unlawful tactics. As long as you know your rights and take a stand they will never get anything from you. They think minorities are incompetent but with knowledge you can see there true ignorance. Any time you feel you rights are being violated take out a camera and start rolling you will then see the real side of them come out. CIVIL SUIT!!!!!!!

First time at this station and it was the worst experience ever had to deal with.. horrible experience the cursing the disrespect that they gave me .having my 4 year old covering her ears and crying out she wants to leave and go home. All I wanted to do was pick up my accident report and was there for a whole two hours like I did something wrong. They should no type of curiosity in helping especially standing behind that door. To top it off the report was all wrong they told I have to come in when the officer that wrote the report could fix it but in told them she is standing right there smfh.

...Sad to say Ive been waiting over a week for a report number. The female officer on the scene was rude and "tough" for no reason, but the guy pleasant- NOT that they did what they could with telling me once I get a report number I would also need a MV78 which they should have given me because my ID was stolen. the phone rings and rings ad once you do get some one, you are transferred all around...today the officer was pleasant ad told me what I needed- The inconsistency is not becoming of one of the largest police departments. I hope going in will be painless!

After an accident, my car was unable to make it home due to the fender putting pressure on my tires. The police officer went on his knees to pry my bumper away from my tire to give me some room to be able to drive it. If that wasn't enough, he escorted me home to ensure that my tire didn't pop. It was just a few blocks away but it meant the world to me. It was late and being a female on the road in the middle of the night, the police officer ensured that I was safe. Truly NYPD's finest. My family and I are extremely grateful. Thank you so much.

Det. Figueroa and the 67th Precinct are poor excuse for officers and public officials. They show such apathy and incompetence in their work that it gives me little to no faith in police as an entity. The fact that police demand respect but do not respect or excuse effort in their job or efforts to support thier community is laughable. Det.Figueroa has given me the motto to protect myself first rather than wait on the police because they are in it for the paycheck not your safety or well being. I advises others to do the same.

This is possibly the worst precinct in the History of Police departments. About one month ago I was in a small car accident. I had to wait 4+ hours for officers to arrive at the scene and take a report. Three weeks and four days has passed and I am still unable to obtain my accident report for insurance purposes. I have visited this precinct a total of 3 times since the accident and the only word I've received since then is "come back next week." 0 stars for this precinct and all the officers who "work" there.

Terrible service, they literally don't let you talk. And dismiss anything you say. I was reporting a fraudulent credit report with all my information and they still turned me away for an absurd reason. Only at the end did the man finally ask me, "Did you contact the company?" after he shut me down after having evidence form the company that I knew who the person was that opened the fraudulent card. Absolutely useless policemen. The bank worked better with me than the police in my own neighborhood!

Officer Vargas behaves like a diva. He is disrespectful and obviously on a power trip. He doesn't deserve to wear a badge if he can't remember that he is a civil servant to the public. I hope that people will see his true colors and that he will lose that badge that he clearly doesn't value. He thinks that he can be nasty and rude to taxpayers like myself, but I will not tolerate that nonsense. I have written letters about him to the people who need to be aware of his nasty attitude and behavior.

Takes three days to get a report number from this precinct. Kept calling and calling. When I finally received someone by not pressing "1" and press "0" for the front desk, I received this officer (Casper) who answers my call. After he tells me to hold on for minutes and carries on talking and fraternize with other officers (which I am hearing over the phone), he hangs up on me. Wow! That's real courtesy, professionalism and respect--by discounting people you are supposed to serve.

The officers here are atrocious and unorganized. I filed a police report and they can't even find it. Jesus, if you ever get sexually assaulted or lose anything, don't even come to this precinct. They will lose your information. Also, they're inconsiderate and believe they're know it alls. You all are so intelligent that you cannot even bother to organize the victim reports right? My mom is an officer too and puts this precinct to shame.

Went to make a report on identity fraud tonight and was turned away by the African American lady who was supposed to be helping the community. She was very unhelpful and witnessed her treating another individual the same way. It is very frustrating when the people who are supposed to help you make you feel like you are a nuisance. Hope no one else have this experience at the 67th precinct.

Officer Joseph Kaiser was extremely unprofessional in handling my case. To be specific, he omitted a part of my statement and wrote what he thought happened at the scene of my accident. In addition, he recorded my license plate number incorrectly on the police report. A note to anyone who has to deal with any police officer, especially from this precinct, RECORD every conversation.

A friend if mines lives in this Pct . I asked him a question but, he couldn't answer it . Here's the question: " If I'm constantly seeing marked units sitting on Nostrand near Clarendon, how come it takes so long for the police to respond to calls in the neighborhood ?" Two things you can always count on being late . . . the bus and "The 67" .

Sgt perrone is extremely rude, dismissive, arrogant, and lacks basic compassion for his fellow human beings. Nothing about his demeanor says that he is in a position to protect and serve. Furthermore, the precinct’s “system” of engaging the public lacks organization, professionalism, and decorum. Good luck all.

After a car accident I was recommended by an investigator to come to any police department in a couple of days to pick up a report. When I came to the precinct officer told me I need to go only to the PD the closest to the accident happened but after my pleas gave it to me. Waiting time was only 15 minutes.

No help whatsoever ever! I don’t understand how people who are supposed to help you are so rude and not understanding! After telling the detectives and everyone there my situation I was screamed and yelled at for no apparent reason and no one knows what’s going on there all so dumb and clueless!

The secretary was very rude. She tried to make me talk about my personal business in the lobby when other people were waiting and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said I don’t have time for this and close the door in my face... protect and serve tho right ‍♂️ …

Everything rises and falls on leadership. I think Deputy Inspector Gullato does a fine job of managing the officers under his command. I personally know that many of the officers in this precinct work hard to serve the needs of the community. Thank you for all you do.

Called like 100 times with no answer. Also, they refused to ticket a car in my driveway and told me to call a tow truck to have it moved as if they don’t know the law in regards to that requiring the car to be ticketed.

They got cops drinking alcohol and driving, assaulting a citizen and hitting a car than fleeing the scene. All in the same night. It’s on the news but I’m sure they just gave him on desk duty. His name is Tanvir Ahmed

They are terrible with answering the phones, it is hard to speak to someone to receive the proper information to deal with a situation. They tell you to call, but no one answers the phones all day.

Over 90 minutes waiting following a car accident and nobody has showed up yet. Wipe the donut icing off your fingers and do your jobs! PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN SOMEBODY CALLS THE PRECINCT!!!

very unorganized and dysfunctional. my uhaul was hit by another car and they took SEVEN HOURS to show up! Called 911 15 times. Just imagine waiting 7 hours for the police to show up?!

They wrote the report incorrectly to under report the crime and the staff the lady at the front is nasty, rude and obnoxious!! They must do better. The community deserves better.

Some of the best cops in the NYPD. Professional, respected in the community, and hard working. One cop in the 67 can do what 6 cops in the 70 can't.

I called 911 at 5:50 PM, I was in a car accident with an Hasidic Ashkenazi Jew, they showed up at 8:55 PM after 7 calls. …

They are extremely rude and give you no time to ask your questions instead they will hang up!! Great Job NYPD!! …

Extremely lazy. If it'll take a day to get done at most precincts, expect 5 days from these guys. That goes for anything.
