it's one year passed since pandemic behind and Cuomo and his staffs are still didn't fix the unemployment benefits issues in department of labor. they have guaranteed steady paycheck coming in so except making TV appearances they still stick with a substandard website and worst customer service responses. there are many who willingly not going to work and there are others who are looking for job and before they begin to work, they need the unemployment insurance benefits to survive. intentionally they trick the website so they start begin paying from second week and skip the first week for almost everyone
