Ag.. It used to b a little nicer years ago, now could do with some attention (possibly the consequences of being a micro-stay).. now the best I can say is that the reception area was very neat and tidy and clean. I also appreciated the snacks and beverages available for purchase, so you don't have to leave looking for nibbles- since the location of the um, motel? is in a rather unsavory part of town (in my opinion). That said, staff weren't friendly nor welcoming, the TV didn't work properly, it didn't have a remote either, they provided 1 towel for myself and my partner and the bedding needed to b refreshed(deal breaker)... Otherwise, I can see how it serves a purpose. Not recommended for family stays. I've been back since and still stand by this review.

"you get what you pay for" Don't have luxury expectations for the price you're paying. But overall the building inside is clean, neat and presentable. Parking area is safe as there is a security by the entrance gate blocking it off from Voortrekker. Parking can fit about 10 cars. Rooms are clean and neat. Sizes differ in price ranges. No extra decor or anything. Just the bed, {bathroom (if you pay more)} and a TV. Some rooms don't have windows either. Staff are very friendly and understanding. Helpful too. They have fridges with cooldrinks, snacks and coffee to be purchased if needed. :)

It's very bad when you inside the room there's always people (CLEANERS) talking loud and then you don't feel comfortable with whatever it is that you are busy doing, that makes that you just want to leave in a hurry.

Um...obviously not very glamorous but has an interesting history which still has certain decor or relics from that time when it was once Chicago's. The Kings Suite/Room. Is prob the best one. Most expensive. But family decent. Just not my choice of accommodation

A terrible place to go with disrespectful front desk staff (if she has blonde hair run) who sleep at their desks, drink at work and are blatantly rude. The security is no better and is absolutely clueless of anything

They have good service they just need to boost up a little bit
