Purchased a shirt from the store 12 months ago, which had a small tear in it. They offered to patch it up and bring it back for me to pick up. The shirt never returned, and after two visits to the store, another visit to a different store, and multiple emails I have had no refund or explanation for what happened. Terrible customer service, and would not recommend. It shouldn't be difficult to get a refund for an item you paid for and never received.

Clothing looks good - but terrible quality. Purchased the, "Black Kimsoko Cotton Shirt" and wore it on two occasions before the seam between shoulder and back split 4 inches wide. Odd for a loose/oversize fit, cotton seems to be really cheap/flimsy. Shame because i do like the style of this brand, however i can't vouch for the quality next to the price.

Initially had a good experience selecting clothing, but quality and follow-up customer service is terrible. Button of jeans broke in two weeks cause it was made of plastic, took it back for repairs over a month ago and they haven't got back to me. Tried calling, said they would call back but haven't yet.

I bought a dress shirt here for my Dad on the weekend. The store was presented really nicely, the service was fantastic and the garments are so nicely made. I will be back to purchase items for myself and my partner next time I am in Sydney. My Dad also loved the shirt.

I was impressed with his customer service. He placed my items on hold two days before I arrived even though they were sale items. Great linen collection, quality clothes with a minimalist design

Nice the design of the store, staff are helpful without being annoying and it's a pretty chill experience. The wife loves the quality of the clothes and is never unhappy whenever we visit.

Had a terrible experience shopping with this brand. Bought a pair of pants which I returned but they refuse to give a refund. Would not trust a brand that does not value its customers.

Nique's clothing has a minimal aesthetic with subtle detailing - one of my favourite brands. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store has a stripped back industrial look.
