About 3 weeks ago, I decided to replace my Apple Watch band and I happened to be at North Star Mall. A place called Lotus has an extensive selection and is located on the ground level under the food court. I had an issue with one of my bands so I went back to see how it could be resolved. Francisco, a very nice and approachable man, replaced the band without any hassle and cleaned my watch too! I’m very happy with the excellent service and my great experience. If you need or just want a new smart watch band or screen protector, go to Lotus and see Francisco.

Love it's Pup friendly....just make sure your pup is absolutely potty trained and on good behavior. Honestly pets behave better than some customers that go there. Food court is always great. I'd stay away from everything except Chick-fil-A. Everyone else's kitchen is nasty. Plenty of space to stroll. If you can't afford something don't steal it. Stare at it and imagine you have it. Then move on to get yourself a better job to afford it! Get me

I went in to browse. A staff member approached after a short period of time and asked if I needed help. Very friendly and pointed out the differences in the type and brands of jerseys on display. I saw a lot of variety in tge jersys, caps, and other items on display. I didn't buy anything but enjoyed walking around the store coz this was my first visit to a mall in years. This store is definitely worth a visit if you're at Northstar Mall.

Stopped in at Dillard's. First time in that store in over a decade. Met the Dior representative, Lee. He was the epitome of superb customer service. Made this customer feel special and honored. Marina took great care of us while we sampled the new fragrances available. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely be going back to Dillard's to get my new favorite fragrances and having Marina assist me. Thank you again, Marina and Lee.

This mall is a very busy mall! It was great to see the stores packed. There are a few stores who would only allow a certain number of customers, but I understand. The food court was packed and it was difficult to find a table. This is a great place to go to find some great items and spend some time with family. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great mall with lots of different shops!

Wow, this mall is exciting to be in. A Saturday morning excursion, and had no problem finding close parking. Shops galore, open and full.of merchandise. I walked the length of the mall just to see what was available. I've got to return for a detailed visit to the Dr. Martin store. Clean and fresh is the best way to describe this mall.

A very good mall. It has almost all brands of shoes, clothings, jewellery, diamonds, juices, watches, artistic works, food courts, bakery, mobiles, Apple Store, Microsoft store, JC Penny, Macy's, etc. It comprises from kiosk counters to large shops. You name it and it is there. Prices may be bit higher than other localities shops.

This is a really nice mall. Shopping selections is good, food court is top notch. Some standout features are: a nursing room for breastfeeding moms, a separate dedicated diaper changing room, family restroom, toddler play area, and rentable push carts. We come here almost every week just to walk around and eat good food.

Great mall, love all the new, quirky, and cute shops. Love that there are also more upscale shops as well. Love their Lego and Disney stores. They also have quite a few anime stores. A perfect shopping place for our whole family. All four of our kids each enjoy this mall because of the variety of shops.

I always enjoy this place. Very clean, beautifully designed, and well-manored staff. Yes, depending on the time of year or day of the week, it can be very much overcrowded. My friends and I enjoy the experience each time we here. Their water fountain is also a sight to behold. Quite magnificent!✨️✨️✨️

North Star is always a good time for locals and or tourist it’s filled with nice people the food court is great and the selection of food and stores along with stores to buy makes third place always worth the trip for anything your looking for I personally love the Lego store

Wonderful church in which to get married. I chose this church thirty years ago because of the traditional single aisle. It has not changed much from the outside in all these years but remains striking in appearance with St Gregory keeping watch over the entrances.

Staff were friendly and professional. Party of seven celebrating a special lady's birthday. Our waitress (Anna) kept everything moving without delay while doing a great job. Thank you for your service, good food, great atmosphere, and clean environment. Cheers.

I love coming to the North Star Mall but what’s really annoying is that they close at 6 and it sucks because by the time people get out of work, they can’t shop there then how else can people do Christmas shopping and things like that when they close so early.

The mall have a great variety of what you need. Clean shopping experience with covid-19 initiatives enforced. Parking: free, parking deck Food court: chick filet, Charles, Asian food, Greek food, plus more. High end and low end stores. Something for everyone.

This mall is amazing. Lots of.parking. so big...just like the boots outside. Seen a lot of tourists taking pics of the cowboy boots out front. I remember doing the same thing when I moved to SA 10 years ago. Came to the mall on Saturday and not too bad.

This mall is always fun to visit. Plenty of parking and a great selection of stores to shop. Just make sure to lock your vehicle and remove your valuables. Enjoyed our time there, parked the garage by the hollister entrance. Mall was clean

Very nice mall. The store/restaurant employees that I interacted with on 4-19-23 were very friendly. I also liked the cowboy boots structure that is here. My next visit to San Antonio will include another visit to this mall.

We came for the giant boots out front but we stayed for the shopping. The Saks here is actually solid. They have a lot of inventory and has decent sales. Every time we go to San Antonio we make a stop to look for any deals.

My second favorite mall behind Ingram Mall. I brought my daughter at her request to North Star mall so she could buy some costume jewelry for herself. Although I think I accidentally parked in the valet parking lot. Oops.

I think this mall has lost its charm over the years but it is still ok for a visit. It has the usual stuff you will find in these malls except this one has the giant cowboy boots which are great for a quick photo shoot.

Good mall. Indoor malls are highly underrated. Who wants to have to deal with outdoor temps and weather all the time? No thank you. I greatly prefer the comfort provided by places like these. Great place. Keep it up.

This place is HUGE! They have a parking garage. They have limited outside parking, watch out for other driver that are also looking for a parking space. Decent food court. Surprise they have two anime stores.

They've got a nice selection of stores to shop at. All the clothing, apparel, and household needs for every member of the family. The stores were clean and hand sanitizer readily available.

Stopped in at the Cheesecake Factory in North Star mall to redeem my birthday gift card and picked up my favorite slice of strawberry Cheesecake. So Delicious!! It melts in your mouth.

I'm glad to see a mall still open and well-kept. During the summer, indoor malls are a haven to get away from home while keeping cool. This is one of SA's few decent indoor malls.

Really like this mall. They have good stores, good food area and now an arcade! They have free valet parking if you go to cheesecake factory and give them your receipt.

Great place to walk indoors. For being Saturday, it was not crowded. We walk a total of 2 1/2 miles indoors and shared an ice cream cone from Marble Slabs.

This Mall has a brand new ZARA store; it's beautiful, with some really modern, quality fashion for men, women, and children at reasonable prices!

Compare it to the shopping malls in other big cities, the North Star Mall needs an upgrade to give it a more modern looking. Good mall overall.

I enjoyed this place, returned some items and got to see high end shops and restaurants as well as affordable shops. I enjoyed window shopping.
