SCAMMERS!!!! This post office is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. We asked for second class recorded delivery and they said they only thing they can do is next day delivery. The item we wanted posting was worth £20 BUT INSISTED it needed to be insured for £500. This happened today and we were served by an Asian woman (this is said for descriptive purposes, not to misalign any race) THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR LYING BEHAVIOUR and MISSELMENT OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! Taking people's hard earned cash. You should be DISGUSTED with yourselves. A formal complaint has been made to the post office and I will escalate it as necessary until the branch is investigated thoroughly. Absolutely shocking, as it is likely it has gone on for a long while.

I was told by Post office staff that this branch provided a service to acquire international driving permits (as did the Post office website). Having queued excessively due to a lack of staff and sickness (according to the sign that could only be seen once actually at the counter) it turns out that they don't in fact provide this service. The staff were unhelpful and simply suggested that I go elsewhere, namely all the way to Heathrow airport, having already been sent to this office by staff at another Post Office who also didn't provide the service promised on their website. Total incompetence and a lack of service that is indicative of the Post Office's struggles and decline...

I had a terrible experience at this post office. The staff were incredibly rude and insisted that I bring my parcels to the counter, only to later refuse to accept them, claiming it's for the well-being of their staff. They wouldn't even pick up light, small parcels, which is basic service. Save yourself the trouble and go to another post office; this one clearly doesn't understand its role as a parcel shop. Avoid wasting your time here. Avoid this place if you're handling a large number of parcels like Evri; they refuse to accept them and give excuses about space, despite having ample room, unlike the Post office.

Deliveries, post and parcels are often delivered to the wrong address, resulting in chasing the postman up the road. Although the lady I spoke to regarding my misplaced delivery was somewhat helpful, I believe the poor customer service received by many needs significant improvement. The unhelpful online chat, contact us webpage that provides no contact details, and long waiting times need tackling. I am understanding, however, in this instance, I have been left very disappointed. I hope that in the future these concerns are addressed, especially during this difficult time.

I've been using this post office quite regularly for the last few years for various services, initially quite a good team here, very friendly and informative, even during the height of the Pandemic, during the first lockdown, very good service, however in the last few months the service, especially the customer service is appalling, very rude and dismissive some of the counter staff, they can't even sell me the correct postage stamps, or will try to overcharge you for postage services, don't think I'll be using this post office branch in the future. How Disappointing.

Main post office, forign currency, insurance, financial services, parcel collection. Main parcel collection next door as well. Parkinmg in service road outside, but does get busy, bus stops outside both sides of the road. Free ATM at post office entrance. This post office is busy, I'm normally in a queue of at least 10 and only an average of 2 service points open at any one time. Despite the pressure staff are friendly and do their best.

My parcel wasn't delivered on the chosen redelivery day. I was all day at home waiting for it. Whey send me text I can collect it from local collection office for small fee. When I came to collect it was closed. Shame they do not state opening hours. It is a Birthday present which they keep as the want £0.70 fee to be paid. It is Easter now, my son's birthday, they hold the present, I cant collect it. .....RUBISH SERVICE!!!

Brilliant experience, went there with heavy stress to send a load of parcels but Bernie made it look simple . She was caring, clear in her instructions, knowledgeable and her assured way of dealing with customers made my experience stress and hassle free. She is an asset to the branch, no hesitation to recommend Northolt branch, especially Bernie.

Northolt main post office, Mandeville road: Professional and polite service, friendly helpful staff every time I come here thank you. The only disadvantage for me, the closing time is 5.30pm would be great if they were open for longer at least one evening a week (like the delivery office next door) for convenience. Otherwise has been great!

The worst post office I ever had to use. They always lose parcels, sometimes I had to go few times to collect one delivery and opening times are not for sure with care about people who work as they close at 2pm. They don't accept payment card. Even the lady in front of me didn't got her delivery as they couldn't find it. Sick!

This is an amazing post office, so glad it's local to me, the staff are quite friendly, and help me with any service that I need (Be it sending letters/parcels, or paying a relevant bill). They are usually quick too. It can be busy in there at times, but it's worth it for the great value of service.

Always busy and the staff don't hurry themselves to get the queue down. Only ever 2 points open even when 4 staff visible and they are always trying to sell their products when you just want to get served and go. This post office is my last resort post office. I always go to others.

I have been here a few times now and they are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met at a post office. A gentleman called Ajay was most helpful. Yes they can be busy but they give excellent service every time. Obviously been on good customer training. Thank you

Extraterrestrial factors determine the quality of customer service; certain staff member give off the impression that they give you a favour to give you a stamp; where as the other staff are lovely and helpful. If it will be an in'n'out visit think again.

If I could I'd give 0 stars. They can't post simple prepaid package and wasted 20min of my time. When my small local post office can do it without a problem and almost instantly. I wouldn't be surprised if your parcel goes missing here. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fairly busy, you can regularly expect to wait 10 mins if not more to be served. Next door is a Royal Mail delivery office. If you are coming to collect a parcel make you know which building you want as they have very different opening hours.

Unbelievably bad services. I kept redirecting the parcel and getting confirmation email for them to deliver again next day when I am not at home, leaving the same stupid card. This is not once, not twice... hire normal people finally!

Quick, efficient and understanding service. I was acknowledged by Nisha who helped with two of my inquires. She was polite, friendly and patient with me. Would use Northolt Post Office again.

Been using this post office to return or send parcel, seems enough staff and good customer service. Update: had to change the stars. the lady i was served few days ago was kinda rude.

Had to visit post office today to deposit money to my acc, and one of the ladies staff was so rude, and not happy to work on Saturday so she decided to take her anger on customer!!!!

The people are so nice and supportive. I have met several time a Nisha and she has been super supportive I getting a things done so quickly and professionally.

Always a huge queue in there never enough staff on only use 2 stations when they have around 8 , when you finally get to the staff they are rude and unhelpful

Unfortunately northolt post office collection point is open for 2h during the week from 8am till 10am. It's a shame as there is no any update about it

They cheat on the exchange rate. There was a better offer on the board. I do not have a calculator in my head so I counted at home and I was cheated
