This storage unit only has a few responsibilities to the customer and failed completely. 1. During the ice snow storm they did not plow or shovel the roads. My unit has 2 feet + of snow that had piled up in front of my unit and then iced over. 2. This ice mountain was never even attempted to be removed by plow truck or shoveling, how cheap and dangerous of the management. 3. When I tried to enter my unit my hands were up at the top of the door , where they have old doors. I slipped on the ice mountain, fell into the door. Subsequently , my fingers got stuck into the crack of the old suer dangerous doors. I fell too the ground with my fingers being crushed between 2 door panels. 4. I complained to the office staff and absolutely nothing was done to remove the ice . All she said was that they are aware the doors are dangerous and are replacing them. 5. No sorry , nothing! This business does not care about its customers. 6. The gate was broken for 1 week making it impossible to access the unit. It took a week to repair this issue. This place has serious problems.

Awful. I bought a storage from them via Auction. It took me 2 days to get everything out, up and down stairs, paid people to help, and hours of unwrapping things, taking pics and posting items for sale. The next day, THREE DAYS after I won the auction, they called saying I had to give everything back because they made a "mistake!!" They blew my phone up and showed up at my house after I told them I wouldnt not be there. They came the next day with a Uhaul. They gave me my money back plus $45. Ok great that covered the $40 I paid my help plus $10. What about all my time and inconvenience and $ I could have made? How could it take 3 DAYS to realize the people paid their bill? By law I did not have to return any of it. The tenant is missing stuff that I already sold! What are they going to tell them? Dont trust this place with your belongings!

NW Selfstorage raises their rent, things get stolen from their units, they are not vigilant unless it is to lock people out of their units for no good reason but on a whim. I would never recommend this chain of storage units. The Police were there the other day because someone had their valuables stolen and it was a good thing they were because the manager was so rude that he needed to take a look at how he bullies his customers. Division in Gresham location was the worst Id ever seen! Please, if you have any self respect, do not give these inconsiderate people your business. These people are paid! I cannot believe the kind of Unrespectful public service they have given to the other customers as well.

I LOVE this location/company. Every person that works here goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I had never rented a space before and was expecting a huge shipment. I was VERY nervous to say the least about missing the truck, getting everything through the gate etc. I need have never worried - the lady working there called me at home the moment the truck came in and directed them to my unit I arrived. Access was easy and the whole experience was great. Simply amazing service and very friendly people. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I've been using NW Self Storage (specifically the SE 122nd Portland location) for over 10 years... and at times, I've had up to 5 storage units. They have been nothing short of awesome. I was with them prior to becoming part of the NW Self Storage network and they've continued to honor my previous pricing with small increases (to be expected) instead of jacking up the rates overnight. They are quick to respond to repair requests and the onsite staff have been great to deal with. I would continue to choose this company for storage needs.

STAY AWAY! If you want to secure your belonging and do mot want a bad experience. They are not customer focused and kicked me out after i brought it to their attention that when they had my door replaced on my unit they broke my lock. Plus this site is lacking security. The people gate should be a one way gate and instead they leave it unlocked any one can get in. Also uper management is not professional to say the least. After i was kicked out it took them almost 3 weeks to get me a refund for the remaining days i was not there.

Gated and security cameras but both my units were broken into within 6 weeks apart and no one even let me know! Who knows how long they were open for everyone to savage through! A lot of stuff was stolen without a trace. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. UPDATE: I don't know why you would say to reach out to you and you would love to resolve anything, if I tried calling and email.....nothing but crickets for weeks! Horrible customer service!

Price is higher than expected, though clean and serviceable. The gate when I started there a few months ago closed at 830, which is inconvenient but now closes at 730. I'm definitely looking for new options as this is ludicrous for a place I'm already paying more than the local average.

This was our first heated day in months. I was meeting a guy here for a Craigslist ad item I thought to buy. I had my times mixed up and had to wait for over an hour. The manager came out to see if I needed help, and offered me a glass of water while waiting. A+ in my book.

Excellent location for this storage, Extremely clean and these are wonderful people to do business with. This place has very nice, clean storage units ranging in the size you need. Well maintained facility. Very well priced based on it's location.

Megan was super warm and friendly. I can't say enough...I got first month for free and only had to pay small admin and insurance fee for the first month. I have dealt with NW storage in multiple locations and I have no complaints.Cheers to all!!
