Need to change their hours online and the ones posted on the door. Drove all the way over here to buy my textbooks for class and the woman told me their only open Monday-Thursday. As I was walking back to my car, I read the hours posted outside their door saying Friday hours 9 AM - 1 PM. Sat in my car watching TONS of people being turned away! That’s ridiculous! A man told me he called yesterday asking if they were open on Friday and they told him yes they are open. He was angry as well for driving over here for nothing! I should have taken a picture of the hours posted on the door but I had already left by the time I thought of it.

I usually have had a good experience, however, the last time I ordered used books online BUGS crawled out of the books and they were BED BUGS. The bed bugs have overrun my room and I have had to have my carpet steamed several times. The bookstore needs to somehow clean their books by either steaming them or sanitizing them in order to prevent something like this from happening to someone else. I now order my books from Amazon and have yet to have a bug problem.

Very rude staff including the assistant manager. A book was charged to my card for a rental that was not returned on time which is fine but I called and explained that I was out of town due to my grandfather passing and they gave me such a hard time and kept telling my husband well that is your book now! After going back and forth they finally refunded the amount charged after requesting we send a picture of the obituary.

2019: Text books are expensive. They can't really do anything about that. I like that they have options--new/used, buy/rent. 2020: I was very impressed with how they have set up for students to order books without coming into the store, with delivery to your car when you arrive, park in one of the designated spots, and call to tell them you're there.

Has the absolute worst employee's that know absolutely nothing about their job. Alamo community colleges really needs to take another look at how their bookstores are ran. Every semester there seems to be something wrong with a book I get or the order I place. Seriously your job is not that hard!

The bookstore was under construction so it was a little difficult to locate considering I was an online student but once I found the location to drop off, it was simple and easy. Every time I called the associate was nice and helpful. I would use the bookstore again.

Hopefully this gets seen by someone in charge of this bookstore. Awful service provided! They don't answer calls or reply emails; there is no way to contact someone here! This is my first time utilizing one of their service and it's awful.

Good place, friendly, and decent prices. But that beef jerky is crazy pricey lol. Usually pretty quick in and out unless it's the start of the semester, then forget it.

Book are a little pricey, you can get a better deal online. Most classes give you the first week of class to get the book anyways.

I am 60 but enjoy it like a kid! Love this school classes are small they don't mind questions and the students are cool as well!

It’s a typical college bookstore, expensive and gets busy at the beginning of every semester. They sell supplies and food too.
