So, I’ve been to the shop before for smaller purchases. They usually have some really nice sarees and suits. This time I called in early to book a bridal appointment. I got there 5 minutes early and was sent upstairs to the bridal section. I got to the bridal section and no one was there. After waiting for a bit, lady #1 entered with another bride and honestly looked a bit annoyed that we arrived on time. She said that they needed the room for the other bride and asked me to leave for 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes go by and I ask lady #2 to see if she can find out when we can go in. She just says ok and goes back to her work without doing anything. Then finally we’re taken in. The lady #1 takes me to the dressing room with one of the lehengas and then she disappears. I didn’t see her again after that. We looked around for her for a bit and then just proceeded to try on two other lehengas. We folded the dupattas and blouses nicely and left them on the side. And then lady #2 finally comes in but she just stands there and provides no help at all. When I started talking about trying on another lehenga, she said that we can only try on 3 lehengas per appointment. I have never heard of this rule. None of the people there seemed interested in helping us out or selling us a lehenga. I changed back into my clothes and left and no one even said bye or anything.

They sent our custom outfit designs to be made in India and were on time with the delivery dates. Their prices too were quite reasonable and the quality was better if not at par with most dresses that we looked at other stores. They had both modern and traditional designs and were very cool with us taking pictures and videos to share with our families before purchasing unlike other stores in the vicinity. They also had no restrictions on the number of dress trials before purchase (which sounds like a simple thing but other stores in the neighborhood would only allow 3 trials which sounds super anti-consumer). Hello, My friend Sharon and I were at this store this afternoon. We received excellent customer service. My friend needed an outfit for an outdoor Indian wedding and this was her first experience visiting an Indian clothing store. I came along to provide support and a keen eye for fit and style. I married into an Indian family many years ago, so was familiar with the process. We were greeted by a lovely assistant and she provided great advice and made Sharon and I feel very comfortable. The owner was gracious and gave Sharon a great deal on the outfit. Overall, 10 out of 10. I will be back.

Very good place to do your traditional attire shopping. They have everything and the collection is very versatile. Staff are very helpful and customer friendly. They are not pushy when it comes to selling, which is the case with lots of other similar stores. They also proactively show you similar dresses once they know what you are looking for which is very helpful for making a decision. They also offer very good sale on different occasions and celebrations throughout the year. Their prices are also very competitive. I would certainly go back and definitely recommended.

Worse customer service.. The elder man I think he was owner..extremely rude we want to go up to see man clothes he was asking why we want to go up!! We went up brought little kid dress its says $39 he was charging us $80 I literally had enugh i just didn't bought anything and left with extremely disappointment.. end up buying 4 dresses over $550 from Maharaja cross the street. The Maharaja owner was really nice guy with his customer service I have tell him how worse service we had in nucreation.. he was even mentioned he heard this all the time..when client comes here.

I bought my bridal lehenga from here today and I’m so happy with my purchase. They have a large selection of bridal lehengas in every colour you can imagine. They have promotions going for their sarees so I got my mom a beautiful banarasi saree as well.
