My hot water service died on the Friday night. Rang O'Shea's Plumbing on Sunday Morning. My call was answered immediately and the receptionist was very pleasant and empathetic. I organised for a plumber to come out on Monday morning between 10 and 12 and that my plumber would call 30 min before. I received a call that morning just after 9:30 from Cam. He was very friendly and advised he was on his way. On arrival, he was very friendly and genuine. He gave me an honest up front quote on the spot and fully explained what was required. He also advised that he needed to check my gas metre and gas lines which may cost extra if there were leaks detected. (Thankfully all good). He provided a number of options and choices with good pricing. Most importantly he was able to do the works that day. Payment was easy with EFTPOS available, 20% deposit and balance on completion of the job. Finally his work was neat and tidy and all rubbish removed and he fully explained hot to check and relight the pilot. Very happy. Would recommend O'Shea's Plumbing and will use them again.

We engaged The Local Plumber company for issues with a leaking valve to our gas hot water system. Regrettably the first plumber  ‘sabotaged’ our gas hot water system and surreptitiously shut down the gas, rendering us without hot water and leaving us with a quote of around $2500 for a new unit. To get a second opinion,  we engaged O’Shea plumbing. Josh attended. He was very professional, polite, skilful, and an excellent communicator. Josh was able to restart our hot water system and change over the leaking valve for a few hundred dollars. Our gas hot water system was fine and didn’t require replacement We highly recommend Josh for his honesty, integrity and his professionalism. And we recommend O’Shea plumbing. Booking a plumber via their call centre was a pleasant experience - good old fashion, friendly service. We would definitely use O’Shea plumbing again.

I originally engaged O’Shea Plumbing based on their reviews and I’m really glad that I did. The service was spot on as was the honest advice and punctuality. Andrew was fantastic and Jaisi, who is new to the company, is a real asset. The staff on the phone and in the office were friendly, polite and professional every time I dealt with them. I even spoke to one of the owners and received the exact same courtesy from him. I will definitely use again and recommend them to others. Very professional and genuine. I had a plumber come out to quote me for installations of 2 washing machines. And I had the job booked and paid deposit. But since it was a new build and appropriate plumbing wasn’t done in first place. I went to my builder, who then agreed to fix it for me. O’Shea offfice team was very considerate and cancelled the booking and refunded the deposit immediately. If I have any problems in future I know who I’ll be reaching out to.

Cam investigated a series of different gas and plumbing woes I had, provided quotes on the day, and was very thorough, transparent and helpful in the information and advice he gave. O’Shea plumbing booked me in for the very next morning. Richard arrived spot on time and was so very courteous and polite. Explained everything and fixed my blocked toilet in a speedy manner. Not only that he cleaned it too! It was an unpleasant job but Richard in no way made me feel bad. Lovely guy and amazing service. Have used O’Sheas before and will always use when I need a plumber. I had a bit of an emergency and was told Cameron would be out to assist in an hour. He called me within 30 minutes letting me know he was on his way and arrived so quickly! So friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cameron was fantastic, I felt extremely confident with the work he did. We had Duncan come have a look at our gas hot water system and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service. As well as finding the problem, he made an active effort to explain how the system works, the issue and its consequences. He was honest, professional and knowledgeable. Daniel was excellent. Communicated when he would arrive. Identified the problem quickly and was transparent and honest in case he made a mistake. But he was spot on and quickly fixed the issue causing the leak. He was also very polite and overall just a good bloke. Hope his boss rewards him in the future.
