Always have had great customer/patient service at this pharmacy, and they are really great about answering questions even when they are clearly swamped and juggling multiple tasks already. Open on weekends and limited hours on holidays makes me feel much more comfortable that I will be able to get my prescriptions when I need them.

Like how the pharmacy is very easy to get to and if your a patient or customer parking Is free. Pharmacy reps were very courteous and nice and informative. They know their stuff and have access to info of what you need if you forget. Pretty smooth and pleasant visit.

Urgent care was not that great due to the wait I had to go through 7hrs of having to wait then be put into in-patient after figuring out what was wrong. Overall they did help solve my infection/abscess and help my body rehydrate due to the heat.

My first choice for medical care. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Everytime I need to see my doctor if he isn't available there is one that is. And it's same day!!! OHSU is hands down the place to go for your medical needs.

Dropped off my script last Tuesday, tried to pick it up today and they couldn't find my prescription. How can you lose 2 pages of paper script?!?!?! There was no explanation and no apologies given. They asked me if I knew what the script

It's really big and can be a little overwhelming if you don't know what you are doing. Plan ahead adding a few extra minutes if it is your first time. I had an hour to kill while my daughter was receiving a PET scan so I wandered around

Great hospital. My personal insurance does not allow me to use there pharmacy. My option remains the same, higher standards and quality of care than most other places.

Excellent experience with same day last minute needs for specialty medications. Never felt like an imposition to them for having urgent needs.
