William Simpson Tokai provides outstanding service from start to finish. I particularly dealt with Matt and Blake in sales and finance respectively. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, always available, and do their best to make the client happy. I wanted to the see the Omoda after finding it online, and I must commend Matt on how well he knows the vehicle and his willingness to get things moving quickly. I viewed the vehicle on a Friday afternoon and then with Blake's financial savvy, I was approved by the next day. On top of that, I wanted it in black, which wasn't on the floor but they made it happen :), and a personalised number plate which was a super easy and quick process, and they also fitted it, along with other extras. They are readily available via phone or whatsapp and are regularly communicative, which is comforting. The whole process was easy from the viewing to collection day. The service pre, during, and after sale is impeccable. Love the car, amazing dealership, amazing staff, and would readily recommend them.

Rarely does one receive such exceptional service as we received from Matt and Blake at William Simpson Cars Tokai. Matt went beyond our expectation in explaining in detail the features of the new Omoda Lux vehicle. We were then also introduced to Blake to do the financials on the vehicle and what a class act, not only did he guide us financially but his professional manner he conducted himself responding to our telephone calls and responding to numerous emails going back and forth.
