Sold me a product advertised as "new and sealed". Product was not new or sealed, was missing parts and if that wasn't enough it wasn't even the model they advertised, so I overpaid substantially as well. Making the situation even worse, both items developed significant faults. First they tried to say the warranty had lapsed as they were second hand. I had to remind them, and show proof that they had in fact advertised them as new and sealed. Then they said the manufacturer wouldn't respond and that there was nothing they could do, in blatant breach of Australian Consumer Law. Even to get this response I had to repeatedly chase them up. So now I am out $500 and all I have are two defective, overpriced units with missing parts. Goes without saying that I wouldn't recommend this supplier to anyone. Dishonest practices, and zero after sale support. I will be looking at my options to escalate the matter.

Kalib was amazing! He was knowledgable and answered any questions or concerns better than any of the high street tech giants. I felt valued as a customer. Kalib customer service was again better than the tech giants and was personal and unhurried. I was comfortable to ask questions and Kalib had the time and passion to answer them making sure I understood. I purchased a lap top from him. The laptop is in great condition and after talking with Kalib I am very confident that my purchase will suit my needs. I did not get this feeling upon purchasing a Chromebook from JB Hi FI . I will purchase from Kalib again because of all the above and I like the fact that I am supporting small local businesses. I would and will recommend his to others and definitely use his service again! Thanks Kalib

They are very unprofessional people. We traveled for like 35 km’s after confirming item and when we reached they said sorry don’t have item in stock. It cost me 70s fuel and 1 hour of my time. Shut ur shop if u want to run like this. Must stay away from them.

My friend tried to sell a phone to this business The person said that he needed to go back to another business & get a receipt! Then hanged up on him!! Disgusting behaviour

I gave five stars because the people who sell the gadgets are smart and there are also free ones and then there is a discount on the item you like and they are legit.
