In the heart of Narre Warren, there once stood a bowling alley like no other. The Oz Tenpin, a palace of entertainment, boasted state-of-the-art facilities, neon lights, and enough lanes to keep even the most enthusiastic bowler happy for hours on end. But there was one room in particular that caught the attention of thrill-seekers and adventurers alike. It was called the Hyper Stimulator, a room designed to test the limits of human endurance and push the boundaries of physical and mental capabilities. Inside the Hyper Stimulator, brave souls would be subjected to a series of intense challenges, designed to push their bodies to the very brink of exhaustion. They would climb walls, run obstacle courses, and engage in hand-to-hand combat with highly skilled opponents, all while their vital signs were closely monitored by the latest medical technology. It was the ultimate test of strength, stamina, and willpower. But there was one small problem - the Hyper Stimulator was lethal. The room had been designed by a group of rogue scientists who were seeking to create the ultimate weapon, one that would be capable of transforming ordinary humans into super soldiers. They had tinkered with the programming, added in a few extra challenges, and cranked up the intensity to the maximum level. But something had gone horribly wrong. The Hyper Stimulator was too powerful, too intense, and too dangerous. People who entered the room would never come out alive. The news spread quickly, and soon, the Hyper Stimulator was closed off from the rest of the bowling alley. Its walls were covered in yellow caution tape, and a team of scientists was brought in to try and figure out what had gone wrong. But the Hyper Stimulator remained a mystery, a dark room that whispered of danger and death. And so, it was sealed off, locked away, and forgotten. Today, the Oz Tenpin still stands in Narre Warren, a testament to the power of entertainment and the human spirit. But the Hyper Stimulator remains closed off, a silent reminder of the dangers of pushing ourselves too far, of seeking to be more than we were ever meant to be.

This is our local bowling and whilst some changes have been made over the years (the timezone space being upgraded which the kids love and the lane paintings) there is so much room for improvement. I hesitate to take friends with us because i know not to expect much and yes probably things will go wrong. At the end of the day the bowling itself is fun and they do often seem full when we go and will we keep going, yes. I would love to see this place improve: 1) get a new register/computer - the booking/lane naming process is a killer. We arrived for our 10am game and were in a que for 20min... we asked to get all the kids shoes fitted whilst the guy doing shoes wasn't busy but were told to wait until we had checked in/paid/lanes named first which just delayed things longer. I don't think I've ever been and is been a quick check in. Online booking would be great because the waits on there can be long too. 2) covid-19... some hand sanitation around the place would be great!! Last bowling place i went had a ball cleaning station. 3) hot food - options need to be available. It always seems so hard to get (not available or no staff able to attend to the line of people waiting). 4) staff... yes there is one lady that is always appearing to be pretty grumpy, i would be too if i was trying to do all those jobs at once but maybe having more staff would be helpful.

It's so expensive! $48 for two people and two games games. Didn't try the food but the food is always the same at these kinds of place. If it was $50 for two people and 2 games with a free serve of chips and a drink I would be back but it's just a money milking place. Chips and a bottle of water would maybe cost you $3 dollars to make. Customers wouldn't feel like they are being ripped off either. There is no hand sanitiser anywhere either. Rules are being relaxed I know but surely moving forward in life we can all agree that a place where we share everything could be cleaner to help everyone stay healthy. Roc social in Knox is amazing. They have mini ten pin bowling for $5 per person you can have 3 games between two people, chips and a beer for the price of two games at this place with nothing else include. Village cinema is also above rocs social at knox its a win win better value for money and so much more to do. Oz tenpin could be great but it's really poor currently

Sadly this venue needs to be renovated from top to bottom and front to back, especially the machinery that makes the whole thing work, because it doesn't! Took my 5 Grandchildren there and had continuous problems with the lane we were given, then they moved us to another lane, which also kept having problems, so after spending more time waiting for the lanes to be repaired than bowling, we gave up and went Home. Though, Credit is given when Credit is due and I will give CREDIT to the staff who understood our disappointment and were happy to refund the full amount we paid. Other problems are the site does not have great selection of balls and weights, especially for Children. Also other people were unable to get their correct shoe size. Come on Guys, these are the basic fundamentals of your business. Sadly we will not be returning anytime soon.

Giving it 3 stars tonight because of these reasons. Some staff were actually nice and customer service was good. Saturday night 4th Feb, ordered some food, don't came out overcooked so was very hard to eat. Also put money in a game that did not have a sign to say it was faulty and told one of the staff members and they didn't even offer to refund the money. I am sure that machine collected extra coins for the establishment but was disappointing. Another game had a sign to state it wasn't working, but not this one. Normally this place is pretty good but at the end of the day, pending on what staff is on and how they treat their customers will reflect on the experience.

Just need to have more staff on the food section, and more staff for the shoe area and at the counter they would of known they had a function on that night as it would of been booked in advance, but I don't feel they were prepared as there more staff in the counter area for people coming in. Then the shoe area and the line was right to the entrance of the door. there were just no organisation for that night. Also not enough tables to cater for young kids who came there for a basketball function we had to wait for the numbers of kids to finish eat before they could get a table to sit down and eat.

It's conveniently located and there's plenty of parking. There's a 1.5% surcharge on all electronic transactions (including savings). Cost us $96 plus the 1.5% for two games for two adults and two kids. The place is clean and has some arcade games. Our scores were recorded wrong on numerous occasions (said we got more pins down than we actually did as well as the opposite). As a result, it thought I got a spare when I had one pin still standing. On another frame, a pin was missing at the start of one of my turns. Overall, it was a bit disappointing in my opinion. I won't be rushing back.

Located close to Narre Warren Train Station and Fountain Gate shopping centre, This place is definately a must visit in South East Melbourne. This place provides entertainment activities mainly bowling and it also has other games that can be played. It also serves hot food with many options available for vegetarian too. There are total of 24 courts available to play bowling which means if you have a large family or group, you will love this place. I have been to this place several times and everytime I am here, I love it to the full. I would definately recommend anyone to visit it.

Was at family friends party tonight and was absolute joke! They were understaffed and it was packed. Waiting in line to ask for cake, more water etc and wed wait upto 10min in line of 5ppl cos only one cooking, one serving ppl and registering there lane and the man cleaning shoes and fixing issues in lane. Dirty dishes from previous parts held sitting on table for 2hrs. Other family demanding a refund of there snacks as was taking over 45mins, seen gone to get KFC outside. Uses need more staff specially on busy nights and uses know uses booked out. And freshen place up.

Last week we went to this Bowling place and I have to say it's the worst place we have ever been to. The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and very disrespectful. She was acting as if we were there to ask for free games. She was really appalling with her attitude, she needs to get some education on customer service concepts. To the business owner if you want your business to survive please immediately sack the ladies at the front desk. Why would you employ ignorant people to serve your customers? DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL PLACE!

Unfortunately not the best experience, have been here before and loved it but this time has ruined it. Our hot chips were forgotten both times we ordered (we were compensated with more hot food but by this time the kids were cranky and our games were finished) And the entire toilets stank violently of stale urine to the point you had to hold your breath to go in, the smell was reaching out to the arcade area and you could see the games around the toilet entrance were all vacant because of it. It didn’t seem very sanitary at all.

Had 2 games and decided to order a slushie and chips for my son at the end of the first game. We received our order on the last frame of our last game, after reminding them of our order... Just in time to go home. Also many of the lanes had technical issues with the balls not being returned after a frame. This resulted in having to ask for assistance many times. They seemed very under staffed and Im starting to question returning, after bowling here many times over the last 15 years.

Bowling wise it is great! Has everything a bowling place needs. However, I used the space and asked to use the meeting room to do awards for my kids bball which they said yes & it was super dirty and rubbish all over the floor. When confirming our booking (had made earlier that week) the people serving us made us feel like a hassle. I understand it was a busy day; however it was the first time I have booked an event for a sport breakup. The food was very yum !

We get in for early bird prices, when you arrive between 9 - 10am on school holidays and the kids love it. The staff are helpful. There are lighter balls for little kids behind the counter. With the bumpers up, the kids have a very legitimate chance of beating both mum and dad at a game. The bumpers drop down automatically for adults when playing a game with the kids. I recommend taking some extra $2 coins to have a go in the small game arcade there.

Absolutely disgusted by the service. Rude, unprofessional, and has no respect for customers. Disappointed that my family overseas had to experience poor service. If you can't respect customers, then it's probably best to educate your workers on how to be polite and how to serve your customers in a professional manner. If you're after poor customer service with no respect; this is the place for you! If I could give this place no stars, I would.

Went in to check how cool this place has to offer and turned out to be a waste of time. Lady at the counter was walking in and out for approximately 5 minutes with the side eye looked. My cousin only asked to purchase a drink and she give us wrong change and not even bothered with the refund. The attitude seriously, money is nothing but at least apologize. Expected too much out of his place, please if you can bypass. Go somewhere else!

Besides the old Dated facilities (which is not their fault), I cannot believe the attitudes of those customers service. When we ask if they could refill our kids drink bottle, their reply was surprising, “sorry, we don’t refill tap water. Otherwise how do you sell our drinks!” Have a look at all the other bowling places or entertainment areas for kids, there is no such a thing that we get refused to fill drink bottle.

We had fun although I'm a sad case when it comes to bowling lol A decent pair of shoes might not go astray. I don't expect new shoes, but they definitely need updating. They are horrid! Maybe think of it as a tax deduction when June comes round! Pins got stuck a couple of times when I actually struck some pins. It would have been nice for the computer to count them and not glitch, then make me have two new shots

Very rude staff member (woman) who argued with us and treated us with such disrespect. A very small selection of old and damaged balls. The scoring machine gave us strikes and spares when we clearly didn't knock all the pins over. We will not be returning to this venue. Way too expensive for the crap service on offer. The young guy who gave us our shoes was the only nice part of the whole experience.

Fantastic bowling alley. Nothing seems to have changed since the early 2000s. Unfortunately, not even the computer systems seem to have been updated. Every time I've been there has been delays due to their booking systems not working correctly. On my most recent visit one of the players got removed from the game after frame 5 and had to play 5 consecutive frames to catch up when he was re-added.

Two days ago I went there with a friend and we both spent 27.50~ we were barely able to play any bowling. Our lanes, yes, I said lanes because we had to be moved to a different lane twice due to issues (the lanes kept breaking and they had to keep resetting them), no refund or compensation was given. Very disappointed, as I had to give redoing my bowls because the score never counted.

The floor manager refused a student in to bowl, because she could not produce the electronic cert. of vaccine. Although, a copy of physical card of vaccine was shown, and student is fully vaccinated they DID NOT let her in! shocking & disappointed in this place! When I called to speak to the manager, she didn't apologise at all or care! Will never go back that's for sure!

Awesome place, heaps of fun, the kids loved it. We all had blast. Service for food, drinks & coffee were slow to be served, very understaffed for the amount of people in the venue. People Ned jobs and you definitely require two people on the floor at all times. Honestly no covid-19 adhering, totally sad to see people not switch on common sense.. It really isn't that hard.

A quiet Sunday afternoon and staff at the kitchen were extremely rude. Took almost 2 games to get a bowl of chips out and milkshakes were full of syrup and not drinkable. I got attitude back when asked for new shakes which were just topped with warm milk. Oh and staff like to stand next to the entrance way smoking, real professional

I love going to bowling on days when Kats and Blake are the staff because they are very kind, super friendly ,and approachable. While watching them assisting other customers, they do so with a big smile and that they do their job nicely and quickly treating each customers equally. Kudos to Kats and Blake. 5 stars for this two. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Counter service is ridiculously slow, cleanliness and hygiene is non existent, health inspector visit is crucial. Entering this place felt like I clipped into a dystopian reality full of NPCS, broken NPCS to be clear, the level of uncomfortableness shared amongst us was horrifying. Please do yourself a favour and go to Clayton instead.

To Management or every who owns it , you need to improve the look of it outside, paint it, fix the neon/led lighting and refurbish the big Tenpin, make it look like you want to go in and enjoy the place. Replant the gardens with flowing shrubs and small trees. Will make a difference for sure. The staff you employ are nice to chat with.

Had a great time but wife tripped as it was difficult to see the ledge. Ledge is between the place where you collect the "balls" and the lane. Lucky I was able to break her fall otherwise she would have been much more injured. Suggest yellow/black strip or brighter lingthiing so that others don't trip in the same place.

Never go again we were yelled at by a staff member because we asked if she could count our tickets as my phone went flat. My kids were in shock and started to cry. We went to support the business but never going again will drive further away to be treated with respect. Disgusted at the service provided.

Place is OK for just bowling and food is good they have the arcade games there where you can win tickets but they don't tell you that once you hand over your tickets to them they can't give them back so if you don't use all the tickets to get what you want you lose them apart from that place isn't bad

Great atmosphere but that depends on the people you're there with. The bowling alley is spacious, has over 20 lanes and additional games spread around the place. The bowling is automated and had fun, advanced screens to keep scores. The bar serves overpriced drinks and soggy pizza but that's expected.

First of all there were so many lanes open but they didn’t give us one, second of all the arcade machines are garbage we put money into the machines and we couldn’t play then when we asked for money they didn’t even give us the money, they couldn’t do anything and the fries were mid tbh. Worst place.

This place let's themselves down with their food price. $12 for 6 nuggets,chips and a drink I find a bit exorbitant when the food is terrible. We had our two children and their little cousin with us so had to cough up $36 for the 3 of them. Made for quite an expensive outing. We will not be back

Bowling is good, lanes are clean and spacious. Chairs are old not really comfortable. Cafe is seperate (different counter) and is cash only. There's an ATM but it's owned by the bowling place and charges $2.80 which seems a bit rich considering we're taking money out to buy their stuff.

The counter service was beyond pathetic, I usually don't write reviews as such and work in customer service however I did a phone booking and the lady was very rude to me. We arrived at the location and both staff were extremely rude and condescending to our group. Seemed like racists

Bowling. What more to say. Great. Daughter was at birthday party, so went for a game with wife and son while waiting. . Son also got jackpot on one of the games machines and got 1000 tickets from machine . Wow takes about 6 and a half minutes to shoot them all out. Great time.

Took our 3 year old for his first proper bowling game and he loved it. Great facilities and friendly staff. Also the arcade with the ticket machines have a great selection to play where we ended up having enough tickets for a mini bowling set. Definitely would recommend!

It's a great bowling experience. The only thing holding back the star review is the price of the bowling. Perhaps I'm disillusioned to how much bowling costs, but it felt like it was on the pricier side of things. Definitely felt it paying for two games for two people.

We went yesterday for my son’s birthday with 10 of his friends. It was so much fun. Hellen was incredible. She really looked after us. Staff was really nice and helpful. We will definitely visit again. Due to bad reviews I was worried. But we had great time.

We had our end of season team get together here today, the staff were so helpful and friendly, kids had a ball and food was on point. I definitely recommend OZ Tenpin Narre Warren and will be back for future parties and fun days with friends and family.

Not a great place for serious bowlers. Lanes were extremely wet, had a very inconsistent experience. Staff could be nicer,, manager was mean but pro shop bloke was cool. Facilities are great though, love the seating area. Fine for casual fun I guess.

Nice place to have some family or friends time playing Tenpin bowling. I found it hard trying to find the right size bowling balls. Staff can be more proactive helping their clients, that I did not notice during my visit this Saturday.

Bowling side of the operation is great. Coffee has no coffee flavouring(tastes like hot milk). Bring cash if you want to use the game machines as their in house atm charges $ and you can't get change over the counter with eft card.

A bit expensive during school holiday. It was very busy and we had to wait so long to get help (our pins got stuck). There was not enough smaller size balls. We went there a bit late (10:30am) and only size 13 and 14 balls left.

Just shy of $120 for a game of 6 bowlers. On a alley that one rail had to be blocked up with wood for a beginner, and a pin collector that jammed up many times and having to be unjammed making the game way longer then required.

Staff were very understanding when my 4yo was overwhelmed by the bowling noises. They gave me a refund which we put into the arcade and my son really enjoyed himself. We will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Very dark- actually our light was broken so was even darker than usual. Place inside is okay staff could use a lesson in pretending they are interested and a bit TLC outside the venue would really make it more inviting.

Didn't play as they don't open at the time they advertise on their website and don't honour the deals advertised on their site, staff offered a game at double the advertised price.

Ten pin bowling lane we played on kept giving us Strikes X when we never actually got a strike. You would think OK maybe once it got it wrong but not 6 times in 2 games.

Bowling balls are damaged, If you are looking for a serious bowling game take your own or try another place. For a family outing just for fun this place is fine.
