I emailed them before sunrise for a 5:30pm same day appointment for 2 people. They replied and confirmed. They were running 20 minutes late, but that’s ok! The massage was terrible though. The masseuses felt untrained. I kept trying to guide by asking for no neck, head or arms, and more shoulders & legs. My requests were ignored and she kept going back to my neck and arms. The lady giggled when I told her it was too much pressure. The other masseuse even jumped in to back me up and relay that I had said no more arms. I was clear with my communication and I kept thinking any moment it would change course and get better. But it didn’t. My body was tense with the anticipation of the next awful amount of pressure or elbowing, or rubbing with a warm washer, that I was 100 times less relaxed than when I went in there! Also, I’ve never had a bad massage and I’ve never wanted them to finish, but I was hoping it would be time up every second. I was considering walking out, but stayed because I thought my partner was enjoying their experience. They didn’t. I chose this place because of the great reviews. I feel like I’ve been bashed. We love massages and won’t return.

Initially, I encountered some difficulty communicating with the lady who answered the call, as there seemed to be a language barrier. However, I appreciated that someone else from the center called me back and could converse in English. During the massage, I felt the pressure applied to my neck and shoulders was a bit too intense, despite my efforts to communicate otherwise. Unfortunately, this left me feeling uncomfortable and experiencing some discomfort afterward. On a positive note, the ambiance of the place was relaxing, and the pricing was reasonable. Additionally, I must acknowledge that the center offered a refund for the massage, which I appreciated as a gesture of understanding. I believe that with improved communication and attentiveness to customer preferences, this place has the potential to offer great massage experiences. I hope my feedback helps the team at the massage center make necessary adjustments and enhance the overall customer experience

I am disgusted with the service I received from the owner today. I got to the shop and was told that the owner was busy and she will be available in 15mins. I patiently waited for 20mins on the sofa and she did not come out. Another customer came in and asked for the owner and the staff member doing the foot massage asked her to ring the bell, which she came out. She didn't even speak to me or asked who came first and attended to the other lady. The other lady didn't have an appointment but she had an extra person (which means more money). So instead of letting me go first I was told to come back another day. She gave me a business card and told me to ring and make an appointment for next time. The fact is I did ring earlier and no one answered the phone. She kept apologising and let the couple go in first. I really needed the massage today as I was super tired. I wasted my lunch break waiting for nothing. This is not the way we do things here in Australia. I am a regular customer and I will not be back again.

I have been getting different types of massages most of my life. The one hour of oil and hot stone massage was the most amazing massage I ever had and I was in such a relaxed state. It was definitely worth my time to travel from Burwood to here. Excellent service, rooms are clean & private! All therapists were so polite, hygienic & professional. Emma focused on tight muscles and was able to get out all muscle knots. Her exceptional accuracy and great feel for knots help alleviate my tight shoulders and neck. She put in her full effort for the hour too. I highly recommend Emma.

Great environment and Top customer service. This is an amazing place for massage and acupuncture. The massage and acupuncture is not only relaxing but also therapeutic, lots of pressure points were precisely dealt with by their experienced team. I often need massage or acupuncture fortnightly due to long hours of standing. Their experience offered me the best relief so I feel fully recovered after the service each time. The lady who gave me the treatment keeps walking in and out of the room, attending the shopfront, talking to other staff outside the room and keeps going back and forth with the hot stones, I didn’t get the full 60 mins, she finished early and told me she ran out of time to do my feet and said to add an extra 30 mins if i wanted foot massage. I came here based on Google reviews but the experience was not great. deep tissue was below average and I paid $120 without getting the full 60 mins! I wont be going back there.

I’ve gone to this place a couple of times for a massage and have generally had a positive experience. This time was terrible. The masseuse kept popping in and out to go serve customers at the front desk. Half of the time the door of the massage room was open when she was massaging me. The head massage was terrible she just vigorously rubbed my head. I wanted a relaxing massage and I just felt disjointed afterwards.

Been here quite a few times now and it’s always been great. When I was pregnant they were able to give me a good pregnancy massage (don’t have the pregnancy pillow so I had to be on my side, but it was still good). I like a firm massage and they’re able to deliver, once I asked them to do it firmer and they did. They accept my private health insurance too so it ends up being pretty cheap.

Walked in for a foot massage and the lady started doing my legs, half way through she hadn’t touched my feet and I was like just checking its foot (like i told her when she asked when i walked in) she thought it was shin ‍♀️ After saying sorry she continued doing my legs and my feet hardly got touched. Such a waste, reviews were good but sadly somehow got lost in translation.

Really needed the massage today. I had the 60min remedial and feel much better after. The staff are really friendly. I tried to call and warn them I was running late but sadly they did not answer the phone. That being said they were really understanding in person. The hot stones feel awesome and I really appreciate her checking in with me about the level of pressure.

Best masseur in Sydney; I have been with Emma since 2015 when she was working at Burwood. And followed her to Macquarie when she started her own business. Place is very clean and modern; it has proper doors ( full privacy) and not curtains. No smell unlike the normal massage places and the lighting is just nice. Highly recommended if you want a good massage.

Took remedial massage few months ago and it's the best in mq center hands down! I am in love with this one even more after a horrendous experience in another massage center within mq center. The ambience, service and behaviour - all top notch and other massage providers should honestly learn from them! Highly highly recommend!

I went in for remedial massage on a sore lower back. By the time it was over I was much worse - could barely stand up straight and walk back to my car. They have ignored correspondence about this and I have now lodged at formal complaint with the Healthcare Complaints Commission. I would advise against going to these people.

The place is zen, relaxing and immaculate. The staff is professional and friendly. My muscle is not stiff and I feel so relax after an hour of remedial massage. Really great service for massage places in Macquarie centre. We came as a party of 3 and got a couples room for my partner and I and single room for our 15 year old son. He loved the massage. We got free hot stones followed by a foot spa afterwards. They take health insurance cards too. My health fund refunded $33 back

A no-nonsense massage venue with decent prices and ability to claim via private health insurance. Have always come out with relaxed muscles and an improved neck/back. Pressure is very strong which is a delight. Really appreciate the hot stones also. I’d say one of the best massage places for a shopping centre.
