I get massages done quite frequently, alternating between Thai and Chinese massages. Based on the reviews, I thought I will try this place before deciding frequent visits. From the time I started conversation with the staff, the upselling kicked in. That’s fine, she was showcasing their products and trying to sell the higher priced options, as many other business would do. I felt that she didn’t seem too happy with my choice for a Thai massage, as opposed to other expensive options. Same lady was massaging me and few minutes into the massage she asked me how I was feeling. I said that I would like it a bit more stronger. She replied that with Thai massage they don’t put much pressure. If needed she can do Remedial or Deep Tissue massage (which is like $30-$40 more). I have NEVER heard that pitch during a massage session from any other masseur in the past so many years that I have been getting massages done. It just annoyed me. The same pitch was done at the end of the massage as well, that I should try Deep Tissue massage next time with them. Right from the start there has been an upselling pitch. Also, there was never any specific focus on the area that required focus during the massage. Once a client chooses a massage, the masseur’s duty is to do their best to address the client’s request within the selected option. If you are unable to apply more pressure due to your physical limitations, then that is fine (I have been to masseurs who were genuinely unable to apply more pressure). But if you hold back on providing your best service and pitch for higher pricing option, then that is not ethical, that is rather disgusting in my opinion. Taking about pricing, she also finished more than 5 minutes early - you cannot start at 11:07 and finish just before 12:00 and call it an hour and charge the client $65 for a full hours’ worth of massage. If at all anything, they should compensate with additional time for the times they walk out to wash their hands or bring in towels or attend to other colleagues and calls. There were also instances where pressure was held on points for longer stretch of time – pretty sure that is not required – one of the ways to while away time. On the whole the massage didn’t do much for my sore muscles. I have been disappointed with few other places and masseurs with the quality of their massages, but for the first time in my massage memory, I was really upset with their overall attitude and the experience when I walked out of that place. This is just my personal experience, may not align with others experiences. I wouldn’t be wasting any more of my time and money with them . Still gave two stars, because they appeared polite and friendly.

This business is dodgy. My husband bought a birthday gift voucher, booked in for an hour X2; we called to let them know that we are still looking for the voucher, and did not cancel as per phone conversation. We found the voucher and arrived 30 minutes later, we still have 30 mins left with our original booking but got turned away as they have given away our spot to someone else — no sorry, just plain words “they can’t service us” with no explanations, no proper English. We asked for the refund instead but was told NO. Never again! No empathy and no customer service. Unbelievable!

I’ve experience quite a few massages due to soreness of my back muscles. I visited about 2 weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the 1 hour hot stone massage (they actually used the stones and apply pressure to ease out the muscle tension). Today, was my 2nd visit for a quick 30 minute massage after suffering from a migraine. Once again, they were absolutely brilliant - the lady was persistent to relieve all the muscle aches I had on my upper back. I am a huge advocate for Swan Massage ! Thank you two both the ladies that had massaged me, it’s the best I have had !

So i paid $95 for an 1hr remedial sesh, not the cheapest massage around, for the most part it was alright "emily" my masseuse was okay but I wish she concentrated in the areas I requested longer, on top of that I lost 5 minutes of my massage because she went oit side to help a new customer fill in bloody paper work.. they need a permanent receptionist there, the masseuse should never leave her client its just so rude.. not happy, if this doesn't change I won't go back, alot of potential this place has. But I've had better.

Unfortunately Not all their staff are good. I want back and got a horrible massage. I tried to get the same person but didn't. I was in pain for a week after. I don't suggest this place anymore. (I payed for an hour Remedial massage. It was an amazing massage. Well worth the money. I haven't felt this good in years. Definitely the play to get a massage.)

Professional and experienced. I tried the holistic healing with aroma thai massage. They used a nice coconut and lime oil which was relaxing and therapeutic. The space was ambient, tranquil and service at the counter was welcoming. The techniques involved traditional massage with a limb stretches and warm towels at the end. It was a pleasant experience.

I HIGHLY Recommend! My partner and I had a couples massage for his birthday, greeted with water and talked us though our options, we than chose the Hot Rocks for two hours. I visited Swans parlour for one hour remedial massage. I took relaxing massage. It's very good. Receptionist is very calm and explains everything even if you ask multiple times. Staff is happy to discuss your need and adjust. They didn't rushed when I was 15 mins late to my session. Took extra 15 mins even after closing time and still offered a good tea ❤️ …

I came in with my friend and and we both had an hour remedial massage only to leave disappointed. Both Massages were very inconsistent and different on each side. It was as if they just made it up as they went along. My masseuse also kept leaving the room. Not impressed.

I always walk out feeling amazing. They ask how you would like the pressure whilst massaging, they ask where you would like them to focus on if you have a sore neck or back. Place is very clean and nice and opened later than others. Recommended!!!

I'm sure it's good for some, but wasn't for me. They say these sorts of things are "hit or miss", give it a miss. It's $100 for a remedial massage, but really it was just a soul-less rub. It may have been more liberating to set my $100 alight.

One of the best Thai massage I ever had. She was very professional and massaged with the right level of pressure. Also suggested we should focus on neck, back and shoulder for 45 minutes because mine is so tight. Would definitely come back.
