I was introduced to Paul by the sales agent who successfully sold my home. I knew little about the buyer's agents and was sceptical about their services. I thought this was a service for people with no time for a home inspections, or mainly for the investors. I couldn't understand how a buyer's agent could save me lots of money (not only time) in the long term! I didn't know about the silent sales or off- the-market sales, often unavailable to the general public. I am glad I gave it a go! From the beginning, Paul explained how his service works. My family and I moved from Perth to Sydney and decided to dip our toe into the housing market. It’s definitely a ‘we’re not in Kansas anymore’ moment. Outstanding buying agents to deal with. We purchased a property with the help of Adrian. He worked around the clock to ensure we widened our options and found a property suitable for us. Adrian was particularly helpful in educating us about the market and identifying potential benefits and pitfalls of properties. Despite our extensive research, there were many aspects of buying a property that we would not have considered given our limited experience. Adrian also introduced us to several off-market properties during the course of our search. We eventually landed on a property that Adrian recommended to us. There were a few interested parties in the property and I have no doubt that Adrian's strong negotiation skills, tenacity and strong reputation within the industry got this deal over the line and importantly at an amount that we were happy with. Oasis Skeen and in particular Adrian Brookman have been fantastic. After several frustrating months unsuccessfully ploughing through the Sydney property market with no luck, we engaged Adrian to act for us. His knowledge and effort were first class and within a few short days we exchanged contracts on the perfect house bought prior to auction. I was initially nervous as to to the value of employing a Buyer's Agent but having now used one, I would strongly recommend it and Oasis Skeen in particular.
