I’m feeling sorry and running like a headless chicken after buying from Bathla!!! Bought a townhouse in February 2022 and reported some major issues then, including the issue of Kitchen benchtop (Island bench is 20mm and to make it 40 mm (promised in specifications) it’s filled with a different colour and type of stone). Its been almost an year now and they still can’t fix it. After heaps of follow ups it’s been proposed to fix the following way: “Removal of the said benchtop, where the stone mason will remove the benchtop and take it back to their factory to carry out the required works and bring the benchtop back and reinstate it. “ How can they expect us to stop cooking for weeks? I was warned by my friends not to buy Bathla but became positive after the sales person assured me about improved quality. Unfortunately I was wrong and it’s the biggest mistake of my life.The quality is so pathetic that the façade also got cracks after couple of months. The door lock was free, scratches on sliding door glass, and so many that I can’t count here.When reported the facade issue, a painter (not renderer) filled those and it’s prominently visible. God knows what will happen to this. Even their issue remediation process is driving me crazy as the issuers are thrown in different people courts and I’m feeling literately harassed while interacting for Bathla’s fault. I feel like I bought harassment by paying for it. Me and my family have spent too much time in writing emails, reporting issues and attending to their tradesperson every now and then, the time we could have spent together and enjoy the new house. It’s too unprofessional way of handling and fixing issues. They’re still harassing me by giving me an ultimatum to either get it fixed their proposed way before Christmas or forget it.

Yes, We bought it from BATHLA GROUP As a first home buyer, I am bit worried and nervous because I read some bad stories and experiences from others about buying property directly from builder. Although we liked the property and ready to buy, we are bit hesitant to proceed as we thought It will be the hard time for us with property directly from builder. But the whole process of buying went smooth with Bathla group from the time we signed the contract to final settlement of property. The good part we liked is their continues support after the property purchase. They are friendly , patient and responsive to fix any kind of issues you notice with property. Harish Saini from Bathla was extremely helpful from the start until the closure and even after settlement. Bathla & Western Sydney property group have a huge office with very friendly professionals ready to help you with any query. Its very easy to talk to them and you get a prompt response from them. They were in constant touch with me throughout the time and has provided all great details I must know, which is perfect customer obsession !! Construction quality is good, prices are reasonable. Take it location or construction material or the design, Bathla is very picky and its nice. Harish didnt hesitate to show the property as many times as we asked, helped us make a decision, didnt make any false assumptions or promises, he was very supportive and helpful. Western Sydney Property Group and Bathla are very good entities. It has developed many properties for the Australian community. The Marsden Park area has been well developed and become a successful model. Their achievements have well demonstrated how intelligent and hardworking the Indian people are! The indian people deserve respect and love from the society of Australia. I personally experienced the friendship and goodness of the Indian people. Usually builders seldom care a completed house. It is understandable that any building would have some problems. Bathla has done well in its completed buildings by good customer after sale services. Great company!

We've moved to our new townhouse 3 months ago and we'd like to say a big thank you to Sam for all the assistance we needed to get through the process of purchasing our first home. Sam is very easy to deal with, very pleasant and not pushy unlike the other agents. He is also very flexible with the time of viewing and appointments. Even on late nights as 8pm, he will still accommodate all your concerns. We would understand why sometimes, there wouldbe a very slow response in their customer service. The Western Sydney Group owns plenty of housing projects all over the west, you need to chase them if you want something done, otherwise they tend to forget it.

These people are the worste developers in Western Sydney, the lack of professionalism, the lies they have towards there clients and neighbours they built 11 dwellings in Charles street blacktown and told us if they could use our land to run a easement and that the land would be returned how it was. Also told us in the future if we wanted to tap into there easement that we could do so. The land was escavated and left as is for over 6 months now we want to tap into there easement they denied any ownership of the easement and we have had to pay an arm and a leg to get access through lawyers and solicitors
