I love Dr Theekshana. He's the best GP I've ever had. I saw him when he was at his previous clinic and I was more than happy to support him and continue to see him when he's opened this Officer clinic. He's been able to support and assist me through major things I've been through and of course just the general health things as well. He's always kind. His presence is very calming and I just know he wants the best for me and for everyone that he works with. He also gives you a lot of information and explanations to what your experiencing. He's always listened to me when other doctors just brushed off my chronic pain. He also takes a holistic approach to health and won't just send you away quickly with a prescription, but will ask lots of questions to understand the problem and can give you other solutions. My partner has also started seeing Dr Theekshana and he's been extremely happy with the help that he's received since he's been seeing him. We'll continue to choose Dr Theekshana as our doctor and look forward to him taking care of our family when that situation comes about in the future. His new practice that he has built in Officer is super modern and he has put a lot of work into it. Between Dr Theekshana, the other staff members and the facility, it's a great place to receive medical care.

Highly Recommended Officer Family Medical Clinic and Dr Theekshana Dissanayake is a great GP and a great human with great human ethics and a very generous, humble person that I have ever seen in the medical sector in Australia. Dr Theekshana, always tries his best with better guidance while ruling out the health issues, directing to the appropriate treatments and medical examinations, and making the specialist procedure easy. Even specialist teams were happy that I experienced several medical complications rule outing times in my family, which made it more time-consuming and efficient. Dr. Theekshana is a very professional doctor. He listens to you and gives very good solutions. He is not hesitant to recommend further tests and/or referrals which a normal GP would otherwise be quite hesitant. He looks at the problem in a very humanitarian manner and always provides the required moral support to the patient. You cannot ask for anyone better...! Officer Family Medical Clinic is a very clean and pleasant environment. The facilities within the facility is top class and the staff is very friendly. The laboratory tests are done in an extremely friendly and an efficient manner and so as the test results receipt and coordination. I would very highly recommend the Office Family Medical Clinic. My first visit to the clinic today and what a beautiful well presented facility. Dr. Dissanayake was so lovely and welcoming. I limped in ( back issue) with my fiancè and 1yo daughter, and all the staff at the desk were so accommodating. my consultation was not rushed at all. Dr. Dissanayake most importantly listens and has quite a sense of humour. It was nice to have that friendly conversation whilst maintaining utmost professionalism. he's well educated wich was evident almost immediately. All the other staff were so lovely and caring too. Hence why this is now our new family centre from now on. To Dr. Dissanayake and your beautiful staff, I say thank you and well done to all of you.

The team at Officer Family Medical Clinic are exceptional! Dr. Theekshana is very thorough, and took the time to look after me via tele appointment while I was waiting on my covid results. I could not be happier with the service provided, you can tell the team genuinely care about their patients and are very professional and knowledgeable. I've yet to visit the clinic in person, however my husband has been several times and speaks very highly of Dr. Theekshana and the team. A huge thank you to the amazing staff, not just for the service provided to me, but for working to care for everyone during the pandemic.

I have not come across a GP better than Dr. Theekshana . He is very attentive and genuinely caring and treats us like family . Both my son and I are high needs patients and there is never a time that he hasn't welcomed us with a smile. He understand our needs and provides expert opinion and goes the extra mile to ensure we are well looked after. Even on a day when Dr. Theekshana was booked out he still spared time for my son who had a medical episode . I can't thank him enough for how safe and cared for we feel when consulting with him. I met Dr. Theekshana Dissanayake at St. John of God Pine Lodge Hospital. I was being treated for Depression and Anxiety, Dr. Theekshana was a visiting GP at the hospital when I met him, he is one of the most caring, attentive and knowledgeable doctors I've ever met. I drive over half an hour to his clinic to visit him whenever I have any health issues or I use Telehealth (Phone Consult). I would thoroughly recommend Dr. Theekshana Dissanayake and his Officer Family Clinic to everyone.

Truly blessed to have found Dr. Theekshana back in Jan 2022. No matter what concern or worry I have.. he will always explain things to me and I walk out feeling so much better. This place and staff are fantastic I've been seeing Dr Theekshana he is just fantastic he really cares and listens. I came to him when I was really sick and he saw me through till I was better and bringing me in for check ups every couple of days just to make sure I was on the mend and getting better he is always very happy and welcoming and easy to talk to about any health problems you may have. This practice is great. Dr. Theekshana combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I would highly recommend Dr Theekshana and his practice.

Great experience and service at this medical centre. In particular, Sumedha @ reception was exceptionally friendly and organised, making every visit to this centre pleasant including the telehealth. to top it up DR Theekshana Dissa was very friendly and kind and thorough with the consultation. Would definitely recommend! Other wise there is no reason for me to travel from Wollert to Officer.

Dr Theekshana and his team and by far the best doctor clinic/team I have come across. After years of searching, I have finally found a family doctor who genuinely cares, as does his staff. My kids (toddlers) are no longer afraid of going to the doctors as Dr Theekshana is so friendly and approachable. The hours the clinic is open is very suitable and its never hard to get an appointment.

Best doctor in Officer. Dr Theekshana Dissanayake is very humble and professional. He calmly listens to the patient's problems and prescribe the course of medication.

I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time and saw the doctor 60 minutes after the appointment time. Use 75min for 5min . Booking management is too bad.
