We did an order online to pickup at the store. That went seamlessly. But what was even better was when I saw a great deal on cologne. I brought it up to purchase and found that it was marked incorrectly. But instead of make me pay the full price (which I would have) they honored the mismarked promo price. Great service. Very friendly.

Would have given them more, but I want to run in and out of a store once I find my items. I dont want to wait in line while the cashier tries in vain to qualify people for credit cards. Especially when the store is flashing the lights trying to hurry me up because they are closing. Its closing time. We want to get home too.

Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Lines are always extremely long and they only have one or two people working the registers every time I go. The service I received today was the last straw and I’ll definitely shop at another Old Navy. Save yourself a headache and go to another old navy.

This place use to be nice and a great place to get clothes...but... everything is way over priced now. 80+$ for a sweater?! Ridiculous lol and they have Sports teams on t-shirts and ofcourse has every team but local teams... yall really have gone downhill with this franchise.. most likely won't be back...

Can get good deals but the lines are slow and employees openly discuss customers they don’t like. Took about 20min to get through a line on a Thursday while I listened to an employee complain about a lady who just left from a return. Depending on the day, you'll find a wide range of sizes and styles. After sales it's kind of scarce but that doesn't last long. Definitely sign up for the mailing list for a heads up on great deals, which has saved me a ton (being a broke young man). Awesome shorts, I love the deals.
