I really enjoyed going to the store but today was different. I came in right after work to get a birthday present (not looking my best)and since I am partially color-blind I take pictures and send to my sister so she can tell me which shirt looks better. But instead of helping me the employee whom I believe was the manager just stares at me like I am going to do something wrong. This has never happened to me at this location before, since I always take pictures and send them. Then I get to the front counter they have one employee ringing customers up and five other employees wandering around and 1 folding clothes behind the register ( this employee actually walkie talkies someone if he could jump on a register which I guess was a no) including the manager that just stared at me and I waited 14 minutes for two people in front of me to cash out. Please keep in mind, if it weren't for customers like me businesses would not be in business.

I don’t wear Polo, but my husband absolutely loves it. His birthday is approaching and I went to this store earlier today to purchase some outfits. Two of the white male employees followed my brother and I around for our entire shopping experience. Now, I hate when people pull the race card, so I’m definitely not one to “pull it” arbitrarily. So, when I make these statements, I am doing so based on facts and not an opinion. They literally stood by us for a lengthy period of time doing nothing but watching us, even though they claimed they were “working” when I directly confronted them. I ending up following through with my purchase simply because I knew my husband wanted the items, but I am disheartened with my experience. This store needs to get it together because all money, no matter the race of the person carrying it, spends the same. I will be escalating this complaint up to the highest level that I am able to.

Tanger outlet employee Brianna was unable to assist my 18 year old with a purchase using my credit card, that I had given my child and authorized their use. She stated that the Master Card credit card could not be processed as credit, only debit. And continued to say the card could not be used that way. My child had to call me from the register in a panic to verify with me. This card is a CREDIT CARD, as it does not have a pin and cannot be used as a debit transaction. Please train employees dealing with peoples money on the front end the importance of knowing what they doing. My child should not have had to go through this embarrassment. He ended up having to use his own debit card to make this employee happy. I even checked online to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and it does in fact show that Master Card credit cards are accepted. -Frustrated mom of a frequent shopper

When you go into a Polo Outlet store you pretty much know what to expect. The store will be neat and clean, the pricing will be clearly shown, and the people will be well groomed. At this store you get something extra. You get employees that care about their customers. Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store still has a mask policy. OK, you put on your mask. They ask politely and ask everyone. It is not the employees decision, but they are there to insure everyone follows the same rules. They take the heat from some people that simply want to defiant. Customers have a choice to make, put on the mask or don't come in. At PRLFS they are kind about how they go about this. In fact, their team is nice about everything. Bravo to the team here in North Fort Worth. It was a pleasure shopping with you.

I bought 4 XL boxer briefs pack, so 12 total. 3 were XL the other 9 were smaller sizes. I spoke to the manager Lee and told him If i could exchange them for my correct size, not return them for a refund. I was denied. I was also overcharged like $5 per pack. They were labeled $34.99 but rung up $39.99 I saw till I got home. Luckily I was refunded that the same day of purchase. I have spent hundreds if not thousands from this store. But after their poor customer service to make things right, I'll no longer be returning to give them a single dollar. To sum it up I have $100 worth of briefs i cant wear. Check your your receipt and try on your socks and underwear before leaving the store. Sounds odd to say that. But the picture below will show you why.

Thankful for Aundrea at the Ralph Lauren Outlet store in Fort Worth TX. She is professional, honest, helpful, caring and I trust her with my entire shopping with my eyes closed. I want to recognize Aundrea as someone that really cared and helped to make a real difference to our family in a time of the devastating news. She helped to make all the wrongs better by refunding the purchase of the white shirt that did not fit, and by selecting the perfect shirt for our deceased love one. Aundrea, caught the true vision of Ralph Lauren customer service policies. She was the greatest. And the dress she picked out for me was a perfect compliment!

Super nice staff and great sales are going year round! I purchased two awesome jackets at a great price! The people on the floor are very helpful and will help in any capacity that they can! I wish every store was like this one. The store is ran well, the people there were extremely nice and helpful and the overall experience was just better than any Ralph Lauren store I’ve ever been to. I don’t know who’s in charge there but whoever is kodos to you and you’re doing a GREAT JOB!!

Always a GREAT day and time when shopping at Polo here at Tanger Outlet. The customer service is always exceptional and nothing less of an absolute blessing being in that type of environment. They are always eager to assist you with whatever is needed. I highly recommend shopping there.

This place is a time machine back to 1985. The exact same shirts in multiple colors. And everything has a horse on it. Socks, shorts, jackets, towels, gloves, you get the point. If you like wearing clothes with advertising on it, then you have found your new favorite store.

I ordered a jacket in a medium they sent me a large but want me to drive an hour and 15 minutes to correct a mistake they made. They won’t work with you to help out. All I wanted was to send it back and get a medium but you have to show back up at the store.

While I love RL items I was very unhappy that a jacket I had looked at 9 months ago for $189 was marked up to $298 not reduced. Slapping new upcharge tags on is disgusting.

I’ve been to 7 outlet stores in the USA and this location stands out the most. Visited it back to back nights. The staff is super helpful and it’s always fully stocked.
