I've shopped at Old Navy years. I have never been so disappointed. I will never ever shop at the KC Plaza Old Navy ever again!!! My brother and I came in to shop for a pajama party. We were dressed very decent, but the so called floor staff, greeted us but then followed us in the store, targeting us as though we were going to shoplift. I understand, we both work in retail, and its the holiday season. Well We tried not to let it bother us, but it did. We came in again on the 23rd with our 77 year old mother, and they did the same thing, followed my brother, my mother and me around acting like we were going to steal! I'm irritated and will never shop old Navy! Sorry but you don't have anything that bad for me to steal!!! I understand you have to be on alert, but single handedly picking and choosing to judges people, especially, is wrong and ridiculous!

We ran in here Saturday because we were at a baseball tournament for our son, so we couldn't make it to our local store. We couldn't find the dollar flip flops for our youngest. We asked an associate, she acted like she didn't know what we were talking about and didn't do anything to help us. Then we give up and go to check out the girl checking us out, amazing by the way, asked if it was a good experience and my husband said no and explained. She Then called upon the manager who had no ambition to help us either. She basically told us well they're upstairs if you couldn't find them you didn't look and walked away. Horrible customer service EXCEPT the associate who checked us out! We Will only patron our local store in Columbia, MO. They're excellent!!!

Old Navy on the Country Club Plaza. Located between H&M and Barnes and Noble. This replaces The Gap that was in this location and looks pretty much the same. Two level store with Men's and Ladies on the lower level, children's and baby on the upper level. Stairs and Elevator access. Valencia Place free parking garage available just to the South on 47th. Great sales as per the norm. Made it home somehow with the ink tag on a hoodie that didn't set off an alarm, but I did buy a lot of stuff. Great staff, great store, great area.

The employees at this location were so helpful! It was my first time picking up an online order and grabbed some things for family pictures. The staff were so helpful and understanding when I had no idea what I was doing! It was an extremely busy day, and they still tolerated my stupidity. Will definitely use this location from now on (now that I know how it works)

They don’t carry plus sizes, some xxl and 18, nothing above. Haven’t been to a old navy like that in a long long time. Usually the one store I can count on, don’t waste your time coming.

A great sale was on today. Almost everything in the store was 50-60% off. I found a great pair of in my size, no less, for $10! Now that is what I a sale worth ✔️ out! …

They have mistaken themselves as the Banana Republic on the pricing. Staff were busy chatting on a Sunday afternoon and didn’t care much about taking care of business.

No hassle when picking up orders. Very clean. You are able to browse and not be followed. And they are polite and professional.

Mario was awesome to help us out. The rest of the sales people did a great job as well. Thank you for being so awesome to us.

Not any different offerings than a typical Old Navy, but this one has a fun setup that makes it fun to shop in.

I like being able to shop online and pick up at the store. Always friendly service at the Plaza Old Navy.

Nothing I brought anything if I take something only for use and throw.. Temporary use it's fine to get.

The team at this Old Navy are amazing. Even they want Old Navy to carry the Women's Plus line in store.
