I am extremely unhappy with the service, or should I say lack of service I received at the store in Sunday, 8/27/23 at 7:35pm. I specifically looked up what time the old navy store in Oakridge will lose before heading there thinking I can make it to the advertised 8pm closing. But no, when I walked in, they told me it was closed even though the gates were still up. As you can imagine, being turned away at 7:35 when it clearly said 8pm was very disappointing. I only had a few things to return. When I walked in, I was quickly stopped by the girl working the front (the greeter). She said, she thinks it’s a new policy. I show her the 8pm on my phone. She calls her manager. Manager refuses. Says her registers are closing. Then I asked closed or closing. Of course she said closed and that they are “now” aligning with the mall hours. I honestly just think it’s a bunch of kids working there that want to take off early. If that really is the case, why not change the online hours and close the gate? If you are wondering why retail is failing and people are moving towards online shopping, this is a prime example. Who wants to go to the mall and deal with this kind of attitude from a bunch of kids. I’m not stupid. I clearly did my research before coming. I also worked at old navy as a teen and have fond memories of it being my first job. I can’t believe it’s now like this. I’m upset. Mainly because now I’m inconvenienced. I have to come back again and deal again with the rude service because I bought something that didn’t work out. After that, it’ll probably be my last time shopping in that store.

I like shopping at Old Navy, but not this store anymore. Now that the past 3 managers have gone and 3-4 of there great sales clerks have departed as well. The store customer service and outgoing atmosphere has gone as well. There is no upkeep and nothing is ever in order. You never know what is for sale or regular price. The "new" salesclerks are unprofessional and rude. The "Lead" was helping me with a return and I gave her my identification and I told her "I will need to give my address because the one on my license is wrong." Then she says: "Is the address on your id correct to use for your refund?!" I stated again I would not have said before that I would need to write it down if it was correct on my license!" I just know if I need to shop in a Old Navy store it will not be this one.

We rarely even go to the mall for anything, but since 2nd hand stores have been harder to find with hours constantly changing... here we are! My boyfriend was in desperate need of some new jeans, but after 15 minutes of searching for his size we noticed it was buy 1 at reg. price & get 50% off 2nd one instead of just 50% off total price. A few minutes of contemplating (without trying them on) he got 2 of the most comfortable pair of jeans he's EVER purchased. The flex fit straight leg will not disappoint.

The manager here is very mean and rude. I needed to have a size checked at the back-store. She plainly stated 'I have no time now. come back later'. I found a mannequin having the same size and I requested the manager for the help. I got the same reply 'I have no time now. come back later'. it was button-shirt but buttons were not on for the mannequin. how hard to remove it!!. it seems she doesn't care about how the customers feel. very unprofessional. Seems like she hates her job.

While the prices are always cheap due to the sales, it is always packed here. There is always a long line, even when it isn't black Friday. You will spend at least 30 min in line waiting. Why is that? Well its simple, THE CASHIERS ARE SLOW. So yeah I bought about $100 dollars worth of stuff for only like $40. Really its a good place to shop at for cheap casual clothing when you are not trying to impress anyone just suffer like I did and spend an hour in line.

Very bad store. The cassier or the manager Elandra was very mean and helpful for a return request. I was trying to explain that I received a wrong item. The manager of the store tried everything to make it hard. She asked me to call the customer service where I spend hours waiting to address my request. I don’t recommend this store at all and specially people working at this store. Maybe it needs a cleanup! I am not going to buy anything from Old Navy!

Great shopping experience, with great customer service. The real benefit to shop in Old Navy is to apply in their credit card because when you use their credit card outside their brand (example, in restaurant, grocery store or any gas station)you can earn double points and then you can redeem those points as cash discount in Old Navy. Plus their clothes is also very fashionable and great quality.

Listen, I know this is how most places are, but Jesus...old navy is the worst. I am talking about disposable clothing. What a waste. I'd pay triple for something that lasts....if I liked their clothes at all. The people are robots there... nice folks I'm sure, but clearly enlisted in the Old Navy corporate slavery program....2 stars because hey why not.

I especially love Old Navy because they sell extra tall sizes in their pants and dresses.I used to like Eddie Bauer mostly for tall sizes, but OLD NAVY has a larger varied styles of all their clothes, and more accessories and cosmetics and better prices, so I have switched to Old Navy clothes store. The workers were friendly and very polite too!.

They're terrible. I was returning uniform pants because it was to small for my son but I didn't have the receipt and I only want an exchange and they refused me. I shop here once a year for uniform but never again will I come back and now I'm stuck with these small uniform pants. I ordered 10 shorts and 5 pants but the 5 pants didn't fit.

Pretty standard old navy. The clothes are trendy and cheap, but not too trendy or too cheap. The selection is large, but not too large. The lines are sometimes long and sometimes short. The parking in the mall parking lot is sometimes a problem. Hard to give a very helpful review of this place because it's so average

I was really disappointed that the clearance section was not organized in ANY way. Everything was just mixed together from different depart. It may take a day, but I think it would be totally worth it to have someone organize it by at least department. Bonus points if it were sized. It would be easier to shop.

Came here with my kids, store is clean staff was nice. Organized however the bathrooms are a mess. Disgusting, old and unsanitary. The gas station bathrooms are better than these. So use the restroom before coming into the store.

Clean store, team was working hard to keep it looking sharp, girl that took care of me very friendly and lots of smiles, I did not see her name, but she was Hella cool! Come visit lots of sales going on!

A very badly organized shop, clutter and mess everywhere. Things on a rack with one price turn out to be much higher and they don't take any responsibility. Staff slow and not very friendly.

Good selection of casual clothing. Especially good for younger folks. Went shopping with my daughter to get clothing for a school event. Sage. I didn't know that was a color. …

They had a great sale,so I endulged and made some good purchases for spring.I was even given a coupon off my clothing at cash register.Saved $25.. and I will be back.

The prices of their items were good and the workers were nice, but it was confusing. The listed price of 2 items were different than the checkout price. Beware.

I love Old Navy!! This rating is only for this particular store location... None of their price check tools worked. also the store looked a little unclean...

I left in 3 mins. Super disorganized, too many clothes, you can't even go to see some. Absolutely not good for wheelchairs or strolers. Really disappointed.

This place is so unprofessional, well the manager at least. Her name is Zulema. She doesn't care about how the customers feel. Seems like she hates her job.

It was a bit messy towards the sales racks, it makes the clothes look unappealing. The clothes are packed together tight, making it hard to look through.

They never really have anything in stock you can never get customer service because it looks like everybody is always too busy talking to each other

Old Navy clothes are affordable. But I wish it was less messy and had more staff if you had a question or had trouble finding something.

The layout of the store is better than the other stores. It's very organized! There is also more products than other stores I visited.

Prices not as reasonable as it use to be.The prices here are right up with Macy's prices.Old Navy was the go to for great deals.
