Since there was no option to give a negative star rating I did gave you guys one. There hiring system is broken I had an really bad experience. Shanon one of the Manger called me for in person interview we fixed a date and I went for my interview everything was perfect she liked the way I answered all of her questions then she told there is one more round for the interview again I went for interview with Shailey who is the manager at cross iron mill again my answers to her questions was impressive and they assured me that I'm at the top of the list and this was the last interview but again she called me and told me there will be one more final round for a telephone interview again I appread for the interview again I was really good at giving the answers then she told there won't be around round of interview the next day I got call from chinook mall old navy they were calling me for interview. I didn't went for that interview they calling me to get interviewed for every location for the same position and for the same location. Such a bad experience you guys need to have a proper system.

Thank you Casandra for calling all of your stores to secure a XL size to add to our pants collection, you went above and beyond for me today (Dec 4/23) Thank you!!! We were taken aback with the huge sale over this past weekend as I suddenly had a quick panic to procure 80 pairs of flannel pyjama pants as swag for our hockey tournament. I have gone to great lengths to purchase as many pants of a certain pattern and color all over Alberta! My husband is getting them in GP, my friend getting a bag of pants at WEM and another friend getting pants from St Albert. I grabbed pants all over Calgary, I walk into the Market Mall store to pick up my online purchased order, and see another 7 pairs of pants off the rack that I need. However the weekend sale was over (and we’re trying to stay on a budget). I told the assistant manager John my story of getting all these pants and he honoured the sale price as I purchased another 7 pairs!!! Thank you John for supporting our Minor hockey team! The kids will love these pants as part of their tournament swag!!! You made my day!

I have never felt so invaded while shopping… my family and I had gone to the Market Mall Old Navy to find fashion boots for both my daughters. I had a back pack on as my diaper bag and not once did anyone ask if I needed help instead John who I am assuming is the manager or a key holder was watching me like a hawk assuming I was going to shop lift because I had a bag with me because I have two kids… instead of assuming such thing this gentleman could’ve asked me if I needed any help looking for something. I luckily found some items and proceeded to the till and wouldn’t you know it John was standing there looking at me waiting for me to pay for my items… as I had completed my transaction he again was watching me leave the store. I understand that there are people out who who do carry a bag for theft BUT not everyone is in the same boat. Very very poor experience today.

Was in there last night shopping for after pregnancy clothing.. I was minding my own business, Walking to the till and an employee asked how I was finding everything after i had passed her, So it took a tiny moment to realize she was talking to me and when i turned around to apologize and answer her, Her and another gentleman were making faces and acting as if I was being rude on purpose.. So i tried to shake it off but when i got to the till i said something because it was just hard to end the day like that. She said i’ll let my manager know, and what do you know it was the manager that did it and when i called them out in front of the line the manager was extremely rude and went right back to talking about me while everyone watched. Love that for you old navy.

Nice store. You can tell that they have a ton of clothes in their collection. However, the day I went to the store, the back of the store was very messy. That is fine tho, It happens that way sometimes when a store gets very busy, in addition to having a ton of stuff. A 5 stars for old Navy, this company does some good stuff. They are one company that would offer to give you experience, if you have no experience in retail. I know how hard it is to get a head start when every job asks for experience, and you need a job, and have none. For that, 5 stars.

Nothing crazy. The whole appeal of finding clothes here gets me you know you walk out with 8 shirts for 4 a shirt or whatever sale is going on but then after a month or two where are all my new shirts gone. Oh ya rips tears seams breaking. I hardly buy anything here but dont think im all against old navy. I like the standards old navy sweaters they look great on my girl. idk why i like those sweaters but the one we got awhile ago actuslly has lasted a good year no major breaks. Change rooms here are kinda busy sometimes so youll probably be waiting

UPDATE: Clothing is still competitive and well-designed. Find the bouncy ball gumball machine. It's still 25 cents each! Old Navy is a great place for reasonably priced children's clothing. Given the short duration of usage for growing kids, the prices at Old Navy are budget friendly, especially with sales. We always find this Old Navy to be clean and well-organized. They are fully stocked every time we visit and without clothing piling everywhere. This suggested excellent employees keeping the place from tipping to chaos!

Did not have a very good impression at this location girls at front desk had horrible attitudes and seemed like they didn’t want to be there , not only that but we felt super rushed at till we try to get coupon for first time sign up and the girl left mid way in our transaction and told us to wait on the side for another girl , again she was very rude staff need better customer service training won’t be back to this location Chinook is way better.

The employees at this store are so friendly! We went in today looking at jackets and we found that all the colours were priced differently. We didn’t understand why so we brought it up and the employee explained why but gave us a discount because the prices were frustrating. Any store with cheap clothing can be really chaotic but good employees made our shopping experience better.

Good collection of clothes. Sometimes the way they have the clothes arranged is not well displayed. I wish they did improve on the layout. I like how the customer service associate both online and in store are very willing to help. Also one personal preference whenever I enter the store there is some weird smell if it could be changed I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Great experience at the store with excellent service and friendly staff. Staff do their very best to keep the store neat and organized no matter how busy the store is. However, inventory and sizes are very limited in this location. Ive visited a couple times and always end up ordering online. Delivery is only 2 days so no complaints at the end anyway.

Big store within the mall; they have both a small maternity and athletic section along with all the usual other clothing, jewelry, and accessories. I find their clothes are not the best made, use hard to launder fabrics such as cotton and rayon, and frequently have little imperfections. I suppose the trade off is the more affordable price tags

This shop is ok. They have kids clothing clearance section at the very back side of the shop but most of the time its messy....hard to find good deal. One day was trying to find socks for my hubby but cldnt find bcoz ppl there not really willing to help so left the store without buying anything

It's a huge store with clothing for men, women, kids, and babies. I don't really like shopping here because I find it overwhelming and almost industrial. There are rarely staff available to help. But it's a good place for inexpensive clothes that are a step up from big box supercentres.

Variety of reasonably priced garment for kids and young adults. The venue is a decent size. Trial rooms are available in the center of the store. Staff can be friendly but hard to find. Might have to go up to the cashier or to the trail rooms. Best deals on sales whenever the are on.

I love the Rockstar jeans from Old Navy, and I'm not the only one, considering the huge number of excellent reviews on this product. I also love the clearance section where the prices are crazy low! Old Navy has reasonably priced clothes in a huge range of sizes for the whole family.

Every time I go to Old Navy in Market Mall it is so messy I can't even find what I'm looking for. There are just piles of clothes every where with little to no organization. The stuff that is somewhat organized is still extremely messy. Most disorganized store I have ever been in.

I went in to do a little price tracking and to see what they had that was in the way of the items I was looking for I was not approved to see what I was looking for and totally avoided so it don't really make you feel as if they were interested and my business so I quietly left

You can find reasonably priced clothes here. They have lot of collection and this store is pretty big. They have men, women and kids clothings. My experience was good visiting this store quite a lot. They offer frequent discounts and employees are here friendly and helpful.

Some good deals, and decent quality clothes but what a mess! The store looks like it's in a constant state of hurricane recovery. If Old Navy wants to present itself as a massive bargain bin that's fine, but even Value Village keeps itself in better shape.

School shopping! I was there yesterday and I have to leave all the items I had pick at the cashier because none was on sale! Every store have sales back to school…. I end buying everything I need at Zara great quality and great prices!

Excellent service and incredible sales staff in all departments. The location was clean, staff very helpful and the kids left with some very nice outfits for school and the winter. They always have great promotions as well.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the store was bright and very clean and lots of selection at Xmas still. My cashier was very courteous and a great help as well. Good prices and sales also and happy purchases.

Great Custer service. I had bought some stuff that was marked on sale and when I rang it in the til it came up regular price. Told the cashier, they sent someone to check and corrected the original price.

Store is always a mess and the staff always look tired and like they don’t wanna be there. I’d rather drive to the south centre store, much cleaner and the staff there are way more friendly and helpful.

This store can be a bit of a disaster when you go in. Can be hard to find staff if looking for a particular item as they are often congregated together chatting. Prices are good however.

Need more stock.... limited sizes only, everything is quite picked over. not just this visit, but a trend. didn't have much time to drive to another old navy or I would of.

Good clothes for kids and adults. Their Jean's are very reasonably priced and have a great fit. I also love their jewelry section. You can sometimes find great gems there.

I like this store pricing. It is relatively cheap compared to other stores in the same malls. They have stuff on sale most of the time which makes it more affordable.

Besides not having athletic jeans for big boys in stock this place is mint. Love the cologne and socks and boxers have fun designs and colors. Shirts are nice

Sales not as good as usual. Clothes are in a bit of a mess so hard to find styles and sizes. Jeans have really increased in price. Check out was pretty fast.

Went for kids' dress pants. None except for uniform pants which also was unavailable in the size I wanted. Seems 10-14 somehow dropped through the crack.

Only giving a two star instead of 1 because the prices are good. The store is a total mess, nothing is sorted and they have piles of clothing everywhere.

Watch what goes through the register... They once again overcharged...when I realized they seemed put out that I was asking for the $12 to be refunded.

Great clothing selection at good prices. They now have price checkers which is really useful. The store is now clean and doesn't smell bad anymore.

Its an ok store.. found women clothes too over priced and not good quality... however its good for men's jeans, I always buy my son's jesns there.

The sales associate was good, the counter clerk was not good. It felt like I was an inconvienience for my return items and then my purchase.

Customer service was horrible. When my daughter went up to counter to exchange clothing the guy was rude and could care less to help her.

Horrible products that are unexplainably expensive with awful service. You will experience the slowest lines of your life in this store.
