"It’s decent for second hand clothes but not for selling them"
"They took 7 item offered me $40 … brand new white vans with the tag on "
"Hayley was a reallly good worker there, she really helped with the service!! not only that this stores has some of the best trendy thrifts products to offer, too their service and product quality for young adults definitely coming back …"
"I've sold three times at their location and have had great success each time! My best tip is to bring in good quality used items and it helps if they're branded"
"Love this location ! Was a bummer that they turned down a lot of our clothing for trade- however on the plus side - they have a giant bin that people can send their unwanted clothing items away to benefit the (Trellis ) society which is formerly boys and girls club of Canada"
It’s decent for second hand clothes but not for selling them. They didn’t accept any of my clothes that I was try to sell, which is fine and understandable, but they didn’t bother to fold them back into the bag. They just shoved them all back in all crumpled and unfolded. Very disrespectful staff in general.
They took 7 item offered me $40 … brand new white vans with the tag on . New Kurt Geiger Purse worth over 177 Nike shoe jeans and shirts all in good condition and all we got was $40 you’re better off selling your stuff online as they will make more selling it than what they are going to give you .

I've sold three times at their location and have had great success each time! My best tip is to bring in good quality used items and it helps if they're branded. They took 90% of the stuff I brought in for that reason. Will definitely be back, it's a win win for both sides! :)

Absolutely disgusting in this store, almost as bad as the employees, we weren’t even dealing with said employees and she was extremely disrespectful and glaring at customers for no reason. She had bangs and a green shirt on and it was disgusting the way we were treated.
This place looks ran down from top to bottom, no joke. The clothes are mostly all damaged or ugly so I find it funny when they reject our brand names that have barely been worn. For anyone trying to sell clothes here, the bad reviews aren’t
The customer service is terrible. I phoned ahead to ask for details about what kind of clothes they would like to take in and how they would process my clothes. The girl who answered my phone said they would take four seasons clothes. Brand
Thrift store items for consignment prices. I went in today and after taking a thorough look, I found may stained, ripped, and OLD items in their inventory. The store also just smells sort of bad. They were also playing a super bad rap song
I wish I read these reviews. I have to say the staff was chill and polite. The store itself when I came in wasn’t appealing and right away I knew my items weren’t a fit for this place. I understand they have a criteria of items they follow
Personally i was not really impressed by Platos Closet. It was under the impression its more of a consignment higher end store but id say its a step above value village. Not enough high end goods but the gently used items they do carry are
I want to start off by saying that the two individuals working at the store were very friendly and nice which is why I’m giving a 2 star review instead of a 1 star review. This was my first visit so I only brought 3 items, 2 pairs or vans
found the staff incredibly rude and disinterested in customers. staff were really abrupt and mean about me coming in with a basket of clothes, rolling their eyes and sighing about how much work they had to do when i brought the basket in.
We left one bag of clothes, made an account, and were told we’d get a text in about 45 minutes when the clothes were evaluated. I was surprised by the wait time estimate, since I’d been to the NW location with a similar amount of clothes
Sadly unimpressed. I've taken my gently used higher end items to a location in saskatoon before and always had a very good return. Today I took in a big haul of very good quality in season items and only sold one pair of boot. Everything
Been shopping at Plato’s closet for a few years, but today was easily best experience I’ve had there yet! The store has a great selection of items, and is very well organized. The staff were so wonderful and so friendly. It looked as if
Probably a good idea but i wasn't impressed and wouldn't go back. I get that they only take certain styles but all of my neatly folded clothes, most still with the price tags on were returned upside down and backwards. Just smushed back
Honestly absolutely appalled by the manager of this location and their "policies". I came today with my 9 month old in tow in her stroller. After shopping for a while I wanted to try some stuff on, but was made aware I could not use the
I still stand by my last review. When I went in I was told it was IA now your saying it’s pre loaded system. So there is chance that your own system is pricing could be things based off another price and may not Be accurate to what the
I don't leave many reviews, but when you receive the kind of personal service as I did from Emma at Platos Closet, something must be said. I am from out of town and had an unexpected dinner and the age-old adage of somewhere to go but
First of all the clothing selection was super great & decent prices and second of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful- shout-out to Kaleb who was working the front till and was honestly one of the kindest people/nicest
I came in with a bag of clothing, and my boyfriend came in to pick up my clothes. Only one of my clothing items were selected and they offered $8, understandable. However they never gave back the clothes they didnt accept. They
I recently had the misfortune of visiting Platos Closet, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I've ever had. This store has a long way to go in terms of providing a positive and enjoyable
Decent selection, nice staff, ample parking. Didn’t sell them anything, assume they want decent items and pay about 10-20% tag or market value. Typically what most places offer.
the staff were to busy gossiping to awknowlage me coming in or leaving. A conversation is understandable but i thought one of the four girls would say something to me lol
I went to this location and everything was so cute, Gurleen helped me out through the whole process, she was so sweet and kind and gave great customer service.
Good service! We brought in some clothes to sell, and although we didn't get much, the girls were very sweet. Also, they have a good selection of clothes.
What an absolute joke. I went in with 2 big bags full of nice lululemon and aritzia clothes, they offered me $8.48 so I ended up leaving with both bags.
i am not impressed got kicked out told im banned when I have never stepped foot inbthis place the worst place to go do not even go here
Thank you Emma, for giving my mother and I a wonderful experience at Plato’s. You are the best.
