Absolutely the worst service. No one ever knows anything there. Manager Chris “I’ve been here for 13 years”, well I’m sorry you have wasted your time there because you haven’t learned anything. How is it I go to any other old navy wanting to do a return, w/o Receipt and no CC from old navy and they are able to return my items. But this store in sky view never knows how... everyone is so quick to turn you away instead of using 2 % of their brain power and think. ... worst ever old navy should be ashamed of people like this working for them.

Old Navy is a great alternative for that large family. It has everything for men women boys girls and babies as well as a variety of clothing from winter items to Summer to Spring. The sales are great when you get them a family of four can dress well within a budget without breaking the bank. The styles are great fashionable and current. The stores are usually large staff is usually friendly dressing rooms are usually clean and the checkout is minimal.

I would give negative star if I could. This review is for the store manager not for the store itself or other employees. I’ve never seen such a rude & racist manager in my life. After picking up my order, he didn’t even care to give my ID back as I was asking & he was blaming me that I didn’t take it back. He was very rude entire time though I tried to very polite. I don’t know how he became a manager!

I don't buy clothes at old navy, but every time I passed by, an unorganized store is the thing I can see. It's not very convenient to see that in this nice building. Also, after I heard my friend about the racist word from the store manager, I'm looking forward for seeing some changes.

Neat store! Perfect fit and prices! I just don't like the way some of the sales associates fold the clothing and they are careless with the alarms tags, I had two experience where the alarms being left on the cloths and I was not able to wear it when I wanted too...

I was here few weeks ago. Experience was positive; great staff! The associate who handled my transaction was thorough and methodical. Don't remember her name but she was about 5'2, east or west Indian, long black wavy hair, and full figured.

Variety of options and a lot of them have some amount off the original price. (Speaking on behalf of the female section only, never looked for the men's section). Pretty affordable, too. All in all, a decent place to look around.

Came across a very cranky fitting room lady. Boyfriend came out to show me how the shirt fits. Cranky lady went into the changing room took my boyfriend's shirt and yelled out who's shirt it is. Who does that?

This was the first week of the reopening and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had and additional 30% off in their clearance section. Yay! I walked away with a nice haul.... sweet!

We do our shopping from Old Navy. We have Old Navy card too. The shop is good. Sometime you need to wait a long at the billing counter. Items available are prices good.
