Staff do a great job serving you swiftly and efficiently despite having to deal with the absolute dregs of society. Have witnessed rude aggressive behaviour from half wit customers towards them many a time. People too stupid to realise that they'll miss the local access when they have to go all the way into town for post office services if the staff leave for a job where they don't face this unnecessary stress whilst just trying to do a days work. So big shout out to the staff for remaining calm and professional in the face of so many 6 fingered swivel eyed unreasonable cranks lumbering in to blame them for the frustrations they've brought upon themselves due to their 2 and a half dormant brain cells.

Used today for the first time be the last aswell, the staff are ignorant especially the women. The woman serving me was bad the thing serving another customer was even worse, you should of heard the way she was speaking to a foreign man like he was dirt, he was asking for help wanted to say something but knew if i started id probably not stopped . She gos on holidays speaks fluent in all languages ye able to order ask for things in the countries language think not, horrible lil

Emma was horrible and unprofessional, I asked for a prepaid envelope and she never asked me what size (I didn’t knew there was several) and get got rude when I told her I needed it bigger. And the manager was even worse telling her to charge double. So many good people that needs jobs and them two working there, unfair. Thank god I finished to send my documents with Audrey, an absolute gem of woman, very polite and nice.

I went to this post office this morning 6th December 2023 to post a Christmas card & a present. I wanted to send these items special delivery, I was Served by Suzanne who was very helpful & polite. She advised me the Cheapest way to send the items together & it saved me money. So a really big thank you to Suzanne for all your help. Wishing you all a happy Christmas & all the best for 2024

Great post office, been using it for decades, staff are great, always helpful, they're very patient indeed, helped me numerous with overseas parcels , once I actually came home and repackaged something after their advice and saved £10 ,
