I’ve being coming here for years. The staff are really nice and we always have a nice little chat and a laugh. I feel that people being super angry over the lockdown and slow services that reflected in previous negative reviews because the queue was half an hour or an hour long. Which is really unfair. It’s a nice local post office!

Awfully rude staff that lash out on you for no reason. I just politely asked the status of my parcel as the tracking number had not been updated the past 4 days and she went on a rant about how I should have waited and not come there to ask them in ‘these difficult times’. I will never touch this shop again with a bargepole.

I went to pick up a pacel from here within 24 hours of arrival notification. They ‘looked’ for it then sent me on a wild goose chase to a post office depot. I returned and eventually they admitted that they had sent the parcel back to sender because they had a lot of parcels. I now use the high street kensington branch.
