a big disapointment! for me when it come to selling service, people is the key but what a surprise that the receptionists of both this hotel and the spa are quite rude. first, the receptionist welcome customers without smile, gave me a swap card to go to the spa without looking at customer! then the receptionists of the spa asked me to fill in the form in rush and another girl took me to the change room and with a grumpy face!!! every steps are in a hurry. its just not like a spa where you can relax and enjoy your day off. the only thing good is the therapist but if only so why do i have to pay that much coz so many places around sydney wth quality therapists and much better customer service! definitely not recommend!

Am a local resident, and wanted to join as a membership for 1 year after checking the place out with a day pass. The place was ok, change room smelt like a wet dog, but I saw past that as the steam room and pool was what I was looking for. The male staff member was full of pompous attitude when I returned to actually hand over $1,700 for a years membership. VERY unfriendly and unhelpful, and made me feel uncomfortable. Zero customer service skills. Walked out and they lost me as a good, ongoing local customer. Total fail on their behalf. I am left thinking "Wow".....

Absolutely five star in every way. Booked this for a family member’s birthday and we both enjoyed the experience. Facilities were absolutely spotless and the rooms and decor were spacious and relaxing. Lenka is a true standout and went above and beyond in creating a memorable experience for us. Our therapists were also very attentive and polite. Please note the spa is separate to the hotel and is extremely clean and safe. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time.

Superb...when I called to book a day spa and massage package,Duygu has clearly explained to me about every little detail about each package and which package will be suitable for us. All I can say is we had a wonderful time, cleanliness of the all facilities, friendliness of the staff and professionalism were way beyond expectations..thank you very much Duygu and her team for making it an awesome experience for us..we will definitely be back..

Lovely experience. Very relaxing. Amenities are nice and with very nice views of the city. If you are going as a couple just be aware that sauna, steam room and massage room are completely separated for male and female so you won’t be enjoying the activity together. Overall - recommended!

Wonderful experience this afternoon at the Sheraton Spa. Friendly and very welcoming service. Excellent facilities. Beautiful pool, hot spa, sauna, gym, steam room and room service direct to the pool. Not to forget the View! All in all excellent day!!!

I had a painful shoulder injury and couldn't use my arm or hand. After a wonderful massage at On The Park, the pain was gone, I could bend my fingers and use my arm for the first time in weeks. Lovely people, very professional and experienced.
