I strong against using this shop for repairs. Unless it's for minor fix, I recommend avoiding it all together. When sending in your device for repair, take a photo of it and ensure that the shop writes down exactly what work they will be performing. I sent in my laptop for repair, unfortunately, the technician ended up damaging the screen while replacing motherboard. Despite clear evident from their CCTV footage, showing the screen was intact when I handed over my laptop, the owner and the technician have refused to take responsibility for the damage. The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their mistake is deeply concerning. Edit: you forced "screen damage" onto me. The screen wasn't cracked it was in one piece. We saw the CCTV together to check if the screen was cracked before I handed in. I've both saw the screen was in one piece no crack damage. And you just divert it said that's not from you. We didn't see the whole way of the CCTV, just one part of you unscrewing my laptop facing downward. And you kep saying tethered we didn't break it".

I went to this shop yesterday, after they run the test for my computer, and charged me $30, they only told me the things that I already knew about. The worst thing is that they somehow broke my computer's back case. The screw cannot function properly because the inside part was broken. And I just find the problem today. Maybe that's why they took so long to give the laptop back to me. Anyway, if you said you 've already "told" us about the "damage", have it ur way. We both know what happened. I just left some genuine comments from my own experience. Other people can judge who is telling the truth.
