I was very impressed with their knowledge of the market, with Nicole spending time to explain the market dynamics and rental prices in the area to ensure I was informed on the appropriate market rate. The team at One Agency were very thorough undertaking an inspection of the property as if it was their own and this was important to me as I wanted to ensure my property stay's in good condition for my renters. One agency Kirrawee have been looking after my properties for the last three years.
