The worst customer service. It was my fault that I was in a hurry for wash my hair and forgot to read the review before went there. These people are very unprofessional, have no skills, & racist. Washing my hair without massages. After washed my hair all my clothes are getting wet at the back. Dry my hair without using any hair serum and burnt me twice. My hair didn't dry yet but told me that you can go. I don't recommend anyone to go and everyone should read the review before went there especially bad review. Whatever the customer went there for they should treated customer respectful and if they have different services than other hair salon they should explain first & if the customer is happy they can go ahead. Every hair salon i went the staff did massage during washing hair, after washed hair the staff use hair serum before using heat for protection. Money is not important, the way treating customer is more important than money. Really frustrating services & unprofessional staff

worst hair salon! As I was explaining to the women what I wanted and showed her a picture she got angry at me and said “i know I cut hair everyday”. I just wanted a trim with layers but she hacked away at my hair with no technique. I could tell it was uneven but she cut the short side even shorter. Then I went home and saw what she had done and I was shocked. How can someone cut hair so badly?

Very bad customer service. If prices are changed they should let us know before cutting. Me and my daughter did the straight cutting and she charged for layer cutting regardless I told her to do straight cutting and after that she was arguing so much and insulted me in front of other customers. I will never turn up in this saloon again.

Excellent hair highlights done for my 14 year old daughter by Raman last year, adviced me well..friendly n service was professional level, still after one year i m happy with the look of the hair! I m happy that for my daughter i trusted Their salon! Did hair cut plus her highlights in the price so reasonable! Highly recommended

I got eyebrow threading done and the lady who did it was disastrous. She striped off my eyebrows and each of them look so different. Feels so ridiculous. Never going back again.
