Absolute shambles of a company. Unpleasant tone and energy from main man Majid Mokhtari from the very second after we signed the lease. The man wants money and that is it. When something went wrong with the property, he may as well have been in an underground bomb shelter. The curtain rails were too heavy for the thinly plastered ceiling, the absolute slightest touch and the whole bracket fell out of the ceiling (4 times in 7 months). When we tried to call and discuss this, his first initial thought and comment was "well the last tenants didn't have this problem so it must have been you, be more careful with the curtains." My girlfriend was the only one officially on the lease, therefore when she would call him to discuss something, he would COMPLETELY cut her up, didn't let her finish a single sentence, on numerous occasions. It made me livid to sit and listen to. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and unpleasant...unless the rent was due! ha ha you got to laugh. Joker of a man! we paid rent every week on time for 7 months, one day it got sent across on a Saturday so didn't hit their account until Monday. Guess who was straight on the phone to ask where it was? your man Majid. So if you want a real estate agent who only wants to talk to you when he wants money out of your pocket and absolutely blanks you, blames you and cuts you up throughout the entire conversation if you have any issues, go and sign a lease with this fella. Couldn't say a single nice thing about the experience apart from the apartment was nice. DON'T go with these fellas they want one thing and one thing only, your money. customer service game, extremely, extremely weak.... to say the least... woeful. When it was time to leave the property, they arranged viewings, he was standing outside the building when I came back from training, no hello, no nothing, came into our home at the time and plonked in the middle of the living room, no hello, no how are you thanks for letting us bring strangers into your house. Just silence. Trust me guys, unless your homeless and need a place the next day, don't sign a lease with Online Real Estate Agents. We moved into our new property and the estate agent wants to help with anything and everything she can. We call her, she answers. We ask questions, she listens and lets us FINISH WHAT WE ARE SAYING AS THIS IS WHAT PROFESSIONALS DO. Lame company. Thank you, goodbye forever.

Tolga Selim is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. When messaging about the inspection times for a rental, he advised 11:30am. I arrive, to which he's no where to be seen, he then messages back saying he couldn't show the property that day with no follow up response. 2 days later, out of the blue, Tolga messages saying I can show you today at 12:30. I attend and his colleague shows me through. That same day, I submit my application which gets approved. I pay $900 advance for 2 weeks rent and $1800 for bond straight to the RBO, link provided by Tolga. This all happened last Friday, reassured by Tolga the lease sign up would be Monday and that I could pick the keys up when the lease commenced. Today I emailed Tolga around 9:30am, asking when would be a convenient time to come in a do the lease sign up, I waited an hour and got no response. I called Tolga, he then told me he was sorting it with the property manager and would reply to me email with a time. I waited another hour and Tolga phoned me back. He proceeded to tell me that the owner had accepted another offer at a higher price, he is sorry but won't be able to progress with this application. I'm now livid, asking why it took until the lease sign up day for me to be told and why they had taken my money without consulting the owner. Tolga offered no sympathy or solutions. I was then told to message him my bank details, then log onto RBO and claim back my bond. I've placed the claim and sent Tolga my banking details to which, again, I've received no response. I've asked for a receipt when the money has been transferred back to me and to action the claim on the RBO website. The most frustrating part of all of this is that I now have to wait, at least, 2-3 business days for the money to come back to me before I can pay it out again to another trustworthy Real Estate.

Unbelievably Great! these guys are unlike Agents we have dealt with before, both in Zetland and Pymble. The other agents made over-the top promises, they didn't communicate with us more than the bare necessity. They didn't get us the price we wanted - or near it. Majid & Reza were exactly the OPPOSITE in every way! They took a very personal interest in us, our needs, our worries and hopes, our best interests, how the sale was going and how it could impact our personal lives. They called us every time about progress. The didn't advise us to "style" our place (a horribly expensive process) - they said, they loved our place as is. A warm lovely home, lived in by a family with values, possessions and pursuits that were evident from the outset. They only wanted people who would treat our place with the love and care we had. THAT'S who they attracted, and who were serious buyers. Stan and I have new friends now - as well as agents for all our future Real Estate needs. ... oh yes: we got ABOVE the price we wanted - by far. When we were worried, anxious, with the market dropping, and negatives in the air, they buoyed us up with their enthusiasm positivity & energy - they lifted us and in turn affected all the people who saw our place through their eyes, and not those of "the market". Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into renting my property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The online real estate team stood out as the best. Their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke to Majid, Tolga and Zeynab and I then met with Zeynab at my home during settlement. I believe Zeynab spent sometimes in my apartment after settlement to prepare my unit for advertisement. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I just want to share the experience I had with the owner of this business. He is abusive, called me and threaten to 'find out where I live' after I have complained to his wife (Maz) , who's got a hairdressing salon 'The Hair Lounge' next to his agency in Rosebery and also works with him, about the terrible hair colour I got from her. I requested reimbursement of the money for it and that's when he called me. He was aggressive and abusive, although I have never met or spoke to the guy before! And I have never come across such a thuggish behaviour!!!

As a property owner renting my apartment, I had a fantastic and very professional experience using OREA Rosebery. They're a family run local real estate agency, whom know the local market very well, and achieved rental returns ~$150 per week higher than quoted by other agents also operating in the area. Furthermore, I called them one particular afternoon mid-week, and my property was rented out on that Saturday morning, only a few days after initial engagement.
