We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with home removalists, William and Daniel, today after a wonderful introduction to Optimove from Rachel over the phone. The whole process was seamless from start to finish! We were advised of what to expect, given a transparent explanation to pricing, provided relevant damage/other insurance cover info, explained the company ethos and workplace standards (hiring experienced long-term employees only) and asked to provide info to prep the staff about the move site (sending pictures tricky entryways and bulky furniture). With less than a week’s notice, Optimove facilitated a booking and held a floating booking in case our handover day changed, and this was all after immediately calling us following an initial online query. On move day, William and Daniel arrived on time, dressed neatly in safety attire, wrapped everything quickly and efficiently. They worked methodically, calmly and carefully as cohesively as a team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were polite, professional and friendly. Each load they asked where everything went and impressed as seasoned removalists as they went about the task quietly, with little fuss or stress. They were consistent, diligent and calm throughout an otherwise stressful day. We truly cannot not rate these guys highly enough! After 5+ negative (or neutral) experiences with other removalist companies in Brisbane, we feel relieved to never worry about who will move us again! We recently used the services of Optimove removalist for packing and moving our 3/4 bedroom house. I decided to go with this company because I’ve used them before and have had a great experience. They did a fantastic job yet again of packing all our belongings the day before the move. Pam and her colleague did a very efficient job of packing our valuables in 1 day and they worked very efficiently and professionally. I would like to thank them for their service and fantastic communication. On the day of the move, Felipe and Josh turned up on time at 7am as indicated. They were a very friendly and professional team of guys who worked really well together and made sure all our furniture and belongings were looked after and packed efficiently and carefully. They were very helpful with placing furniture exactly where we wanted it and were kind enough to readjust the placement of certain furniture afterwards for us. Also helped us put our beds back together and setup washing machine and dryer and also the fridge. I would like to thank them both for all their help and professionalism. All in all, I would like to thank Optimove for a job well done and I have no hesitations in recommending this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers. This was the best moving experience possible, I will be contacting optimove for any future moves in the Brisbane area. Everything was wrapped for protection and loaded onto the truck carefully, but efficiently with zero wasted time. The guys even managed to deal with my queen sized 60kg *floppy* latex mattress without handles, they rolled it up into a large sausage and wrapped it in film! It was impressive to watch the way they moved with amazing precision taking my large bedframe up the staircase (two flights that turn a corner and double back on themselves with a medium sized landing). And they even assisted with partially dismantling and reassembling the frame to get it through the bedroom door (narrow hallway). These guys have more than earned our respect and we were talking about how great the experience was long after they'd left. Moves are stressful, but this part of the experience wasn't. Wow, we are extremely impressed with the service provided by the team at Optimove. We move interstate from Western Sydney to the Hervey Bay area. Mana and Tane provided us with SAME DAY DELIVERY! a 13 hour drive or more and they managed to pick up our things early in the morning and meet us at our new house in the evening. They unloaded our things at lightning speed, whilst still ensuring our things were looked after. For our piece of mind, Mana ensured that he gave us updates of where they were along their drive and an ETA when they were half way, as well as when they were an hour away. They were also very nice to our children, which was pleasing to see. We highly recommend the Optimove team. We are so very grateful for the Optimove team who came to our rescue when our removalist cancelled on us an hour before the expected time. Hina, Jay and Andrew turned up after already doing a days work and were amazing. They were professional and efficient and got stuck into loading the truck knowing they had a big job ahead of them. We can’t express how much we appreciated their efforts as they didn’t finish until 8.30pm. On top of this we had some very heavy furniture that they moved without any trouble. We would totally recommend these guys to anyone looking to move their home as you’d be in very capable hands. Also a huge thank you to Zalfa for understanding our predicament and getting these guys for us.

Great service from Brian and Michael. They have me a call before arriving and got to work promptly. They took excellent care of my goods and carefully transported a very expensive mirror and painting. Michael did most of the placement of furniture during offload. He checked before placing each load and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Brian and Michael worked very well as a team. They were very aware of safely doing the job, both in terms of their own well-being and the condition of my goods & chattels. I come from heavy industry where safety is paramount, so I was very encouraged by their behaviour. Brian and Michael made my move simple and stress free. Thanks Optimove!

I’ve used many different removalists over the years but hands down was this the best experience I have had to date. We had Damien, Winder & Samson allocated to our move with their truck. They all were so strong & efficient yet they took perfect precautions with wrapping up and handling all the delicate items. The space we moved into had terrible access with a extremely small elevator or you had to hand carry items up three flights of ramps and stairs to gain access. They all put their heads down, we’re the ultimate professionals, didn’t complain once and we’re highly impressive with the move. I will 100% be requesting their business next time a move is required.

Just had Damien, Samson and Stan do our move and I don’t know why I was stressing leading up to the move. From the day I got my quote till the actual move, all my calls and questions were answered professionally and they even helped me how to maximise time and money. The team on the day was spectacular. Arrived exactly on time, worked super fast and efficient. We had a big move and not once did they complained, instead they worked even harder and got the job done. They took really good care of our belongings and tried to finish the job in our time frame. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

These guys are very very good. They moved our business which had fragile equipment, office furniture and many boxes. Arranging the booking was smooth and easy. Two trucks then turned up 5 minutes early, had a quick look at what was required and got started. The fragile equipment was moved downstairs and carefully packed in the truck without any issues. When unpacking, the fragile equipment was unloaded very carefully and moved into the correct locations. Everything else was unpacked super fast. They powered through the work quicker than expected and without any damage. Can't recommend this company enough.

I'd booked a truck to drive one way regional 1000kms. Brian ensured he packed the truck to make sure every item got there safely - his Tetris skills are excellent. Both Brian and Pei amazing. They did a wonder clean and efficient job. Yeah we’re extremely careful with moving all furniture and delicate items. Very polite so nice to speak to and nothing was a problem for them. I would strongly recommend both of them and the company. Macca and Justin were the best movers I've ever hired. Super fast, no complaining about the stairs, very friendly fellas and really helpful. More expensive movers than what you might pay elsewhere per hour, but I've hired cheaper and paid just as much for the move, and had things broken. They wrapped everything without needing to be asked and took good care of it. Would recommend any day!

I called around a few removalists, decided on Optimove after reading various reviews. Best decision, everyone who helped were awesome, quick,efficient and careful with my belongings. Had the pleasure of moving with Damien, Leroy, Winder and Si. Made it under minimum time window easily to keep the costs down and everyone going home quickly. We were moving to a new house and Izzy, Justin and Stan did a professional work.. they did the work very quickly . They also have moved us last year from one house to another. I honestly didn't think the guys would be able to fit everything into the truck, however they were masters of packing and it looked like they made use of every cubic cm available. Furniture was well wrapped and taped. Pre-move box packing service was also great - very fast and everything survived the trip. I would definitely recommend Optimove.

Jesse and Hina did an awesome job on our local move. I have moved many times and this has been the best experience. They were quick and efficient and looked after our stuff well with lots of wrapping and blankets. Will definitely use again.
