I've spent most of my life overweight and desperate to lose weight/be healthier. I've tried everything but would constantly get discouraged and fail before I really got started. Usually this was because the scale wouldn't move fast enough to feel worth it, or more often it was actually because I felt self conscious and embarrassed because I couldn't do what everyone else was. Orangetheory is the exception and has been a program that has not only worked for me, but has transformed my body and self esteem. What makes OTF different? Let me give you the highlights: *It's basically group personal training. You show up and they have experienced coaches that tell you what to do, when to do it and for how long. They get to know you well and have pushed me well beyond what I ever thought I could do. They believed in me before I belived in me. They show you the movements and a screen where you can view them on loop if you need a refresher. ***every work out is different, it's fast paced and fun! It goes so quick you don't have time to get too much in your head. Everything feels manageable because you know very soon you're moving on to the next thing, whether that's run, row or floor weight exercises. It's full body workout and I've lost a tonnof weight in 2 months, but I've also gained a ton of muscle. ***the heart rate monitor is GAME CHANGING. For me 90% of the struggle in sticking with something has been feeling embarrassed and self conscious because I couldn't keep up, or had to modify every movement or was the fattest guy amongst a room of fit people. My first class I spent 10 minutes in the loo ready to vom because I just hit it WAY too hard for me and My body was retaliating big time. Normally I'd walk out those doors never to return...but because I was wearing the heart rate monitor I had the Instant gratification of knowing I burned over 900 calories in an hour! WHAT!?!? Huge non scale victory and rather than packing up my shame and scurrying off, I left elated and ready to tackle the next class. Every class since has been that same sense of accomplishment and celebration in my mind. I didn't have to see the number on the scale move to make my workouts and effort feel worth it. ***It's a community of people just looking to be healthy and sweat off a ton of calories. You can be as social as you want or as focused and in your zone you want. There are high fives and lots of encouragement but it's not a competition and everyone is just focused on themselves and defeating their demons or mental blocks to do their best. I'm the largest person in most of my classes and I modify a lot and started out as a walker (focused on incline and not speed) and although it might look like I'm doing less because I'm next to someone running 10mph while I walk up ad 8% incline...our heart rates might be exactly the same. I tend to burn the most calories or close to it in most of my classes, not because I'm the fittest but because I'm carrying an extra 80 lbs of weight. The coaches are supportive and since we are creatures of habit we end up in classes with a lot of the same people day in and day out, so get to know people over time. It's nice. ***Last but not least, it's a bit addictive. I would highly suggest people sign up for the unlimited package. It's pricey but more effective than personal training and if you are looking for a transformation when nothing has worked for you before...I guarantee you'll wish you signed up for unlimited. I am not a gym person...but with OTF I'm averaging 3-4 classes a week. Usually 3 after work and one on the weekend...Any one who knows me will know that by itself it shocking! So, come for a free class and hope to see you there! Trust me...nothing anyone writes will truly give you a full picture so you've got go try it to really know if it's a good fit for you.

I'm 56 and not in bad shape....... or so I thought The team asked the right questions about my goals and such, then asked about if I had any injuries etc...... then they put me to work I did a 60 minute workout, and it was hell, at first, but by the end it became exhilarating, as nowadays, at work, we are not allowed to be too competitive are we! After the introductory session, I realised I was able to push myself, as lot or as little as I want At first it was hell, and yes there are other people around me, but I am competing against myself, you are encouraged to go "at your own pace and rest if you need you" (which was great and as they are all too young to remember the Jane Fonda "feel the burn"), it was good not to have to try and reach unrealistic goals I signed up and I now have "goals". There are people of all ages, and you're not lumped in by age group (as different abilities are put together and, as I said, you can go at your own pace. They have great customer service, proper training in how to coach us, and the equipment is well kept and clean Now the price....... yes, for some it will be pricey, (not going to tell you as, you should try the 1st free session, BEFORE, you make up your mind, but the price is part of the reason you keep going - to get your money's worth, but also this push helps you to get the most out of your workouts - they have a 30 days cancellation policy, if that's what you want This will suit you IF.......... 1) You like being competitive (with yourself) 2) You can only do training with others (me, personally, I can't train alone) 3) Various equipment for different abilities 4) Think it's time to spend some money on yourself, to get the outcomes you've always wanted, weight loss, toned body, being competitive (in a "safe" space) I'm gonna keep going, until the "wheels" fall off" Happy trails

I have joined this gym recently as I was looking for a personal trainer preferably a outside bootcamp situation unfortunately I found out on my free first visit that they do outside workout which I think is a shame as in the good weather it might of been a great experience.....it was very orangey indeed inside....almost off putting but I adjusted to the colour during the session the facilities seemed nice ....unfortunately no steam room either which is very disappointing. The young guy Jacob on reception showed me around and assisted me with a heart monitor which I had to place on my arm this was reassuring as I have been dealing with High cholesterol levels and my G.P has advised me to change my lifestyle to healthy one so anyway a lady called Che was introduced to me as the trainer for the session ahead she made me feel very comfortable as I felt fat and vulnerable....the session was a little scary as I was thrown straight in .....my only concern is that there was not a proper warm up which after the session left me uncomfortable to say the least so overall I did enjoy the session for 60mins....maybe a bit short and I then noticed that you can't use the gym itself after the session anyway with constant pressure from Jacob I signed up for 2 days a week I'm not sure if it's worth the price as yet but I was told I can pull out with the membership with a month in advance phone call....my advice would to be very clear that you will attend the free session without the constant badging into becoming a member so you can go home and sleep on it at least before making a decision.....I'm pray it works out for me!

So only had our try out session so far. Liked what we've seen so far. Lovely, friendly staff. Good location in Bromley, for travelling by bus, car or even on foot. Gym is nice and spacious and set up in individual workstations/areas and so social distancing is maintained at all times. You wipe the equipment down between workstation changes and wear a mask between changes. Very clean with well maintained equipment. The session is very different to what we're used to and incorporated a full body workout, with intensity cycling. The Coach, monitors you visually and via on-screen information and will encourage you to work to a level appropriate to not only the session, but also to what you need and can manage. You wear a heart monitor device throughout the session that tracks and provides live data as you train (purchase your own on sign up) It also feeds into your app for later reference. Just signed up for the Unlimited package, as it suits our needs the best, but they do have other options available. Need to be aware that there are additional fees to be paid if you cancel within an 8 hour period or fail to cancel and do not attend a session. You also pay a fee to freeze your membership, should you need to at any point, but on the plus side you don't get tied into any contract - you do need to give month's notice if cancelling membership. Looking forward to reaching our goals here!

  • Shur S

The place has friendly coaches and staff, but is too overpriced for what it offers. Be careful and do not sign the contract right after the training - the staff caught me one second after the training finished with signing the contract and it is too pushy, obviously, do not see other reason to wait with the contract until I drink water, change and breath rather than to use the moment when the client is a bit disoriented after the training. Stupid was in my side to sign the contract, so I came back for another session, where some mess was happening, too noisy, too loud, no assistance was in that training, just written on the board exercises. The difference between morning and evening training is huge - do not recommend evening training to anyone caring for their mental health while working in the stress environment - too many people, music is too loud, very hard to understand the coach while he is speaking on the mic. Obviously the price it too high to be in a loud group of 20 people. If you do not see perfectly, it will be impossible to see in which pulse zone you are as there are 20 more people in the screen and the letters are too tiny.

  • Fran

Really enjoyed the taster session, similar to the HIIT style studios popping up all over London in the past 5 years. I'm sure this is the OTF business plan but I was highly put off by the pushy sales tactic that they try for 20 minutes post work out to make you sign up on the spot - its a very expensive membership (in line with other boutique gym's but non the less, a lot of money). It got to the point where I felt they were bullying me into signing up. A taster session is exactly that - a session where you find out if you like it enough to have a membership but this is not an immediate decision. The persistence to get me to sign up put me off more than anything. I was told that 'that's your own personal opinion' when I said I thought it was too expensive for value - for me - which is rather insulting. Prices aren't available online so that they can entice you after one session. If paying in excess of £100 a month for a couple of guided sessions a week is in your budget I'd say go for it, but if not PureGym is round the corner for £22.99 a month and you can set your own workout schedule.

My partner and I have been members of OTF Bromley for 5 months now. We're on the elite membership which offers us 8 sessions a month. We have both found it incredibly fun, diligent, and helps us stay accountable. As a professional who works from home, I was finding it hard to stay motivated and leave the house. OrangeTheory provides me the routine that is needed to keep me accountable and help me hit my fitness goals. When I began in April 2022, I couldn't run a mile. Now I can easily run a mile at a decent pace AND continue to challenge myself to ensure I'm hitting new goals. I feel healthier both mentally and physically. On the days where I've just about had it with work and life I know I can look forward to an evening session with Coach Kieran or Coach James to boost me up and keep me going. The front desk is always kind and polite, they know each person by name and the whole studio treats you with kindness. Head Coach Che is wonderful and hard working, you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. It's a great community and we're super happy we took the plunge. Thanks team!

  • Jennifer Verghese

I started at Orange Theory in January 2020, after years of doing hot yoga I wanted a change and to find something that was holistic but would also be heart healthy and was hooked after my first trial session at OTF Bromley. I love that every workout is different and you are always working different parts of your body in different ways. I was not a runner by any means and am now hooked on the treadmill! I was just getting into my groove when the first lockdown happened and I can't tell you how awesome the team was at keeping everyone motived, checking in with us on a personal level, organising Zoom workouts and even quizzes-there is a real sense of community here which keeps me coming back. The coaches (trainers) are all fab, each one has different strengths and motivates in a different way. Love the variety of music and the fun themed workouts. Can't recommend OTF Bromley enough (and have done to all of my friends and family).

  • Leandra McPhillips

Let me start by saying I am someone who had a terrible level of cardio fitness, hated the rowing machine with a passion and couldn’t be paid to do a burpee. I went along to an OTF Bromley class on Xmas Eve to try and balance out all the eating I was planning to do and based on the things I’d seen online, expected everyone there to be a triathlete or iron man participant. I can honestly say I love it and go every week! The people who go are all different fitness levels and really friendly and because the class is different every time, you never get a chance to get bored. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and fun and the whole point is that you do the class at your pace so can improve at a rate that suits you. If you aren’t sure whether to give it a try, please do as you won’t regret it. For the record, the rowing machine and I are still not best pals but hey, no pain, no gain.

Bombarded with messages then disability was dismissed. > The thing that put me off was the constant messages to come and book a class. I pass by the gym every morning and wanted to start clases from Sept onwards. But thiss morning, I recieved a text from saying 'Hey , happy Friday! Are you free for a quick call to book in your first full-body group workout session with us? Caitlin, OTFBromley' - the 'quick call' also put me off as I am deaf and do not do calls. When I told her I'm deaf, there was no response back. I do understand promoting the business, but unfortunately this felt uncomfortable and forceful. I am not convinced if OFT train staff to be disability aware? I hope this feedback helps OFT, whilst some people respond well to reminders, bombarding me with emails, texts and then dismissing my disability put me off massively.

  • Lucy Wetton

I've never been able to keep up with any form of fitness until now. If you know you need a set class time in order to stop making excuses, as well as a trainer to make sure you actually push yourself then this is perfect. What made me sign up after my taster session was how friendly all of the staff and other members are. It is challenging without being scary, the music is brilliant, and the coaches are really motivating. The heart rate monitor and points system means you quickly get a sense of reward, plus you get competitive with yourself from session to session! Its not been that long and I'm getting so much out of it (mentally as well as physically) that I'm already slightly nervous about when I'm away the back half of Christmas and won't be able to go! #bromley #gym #training #gymreview #community

This has been my hangout for about 3 years. I have been a member of many gyms and with 2 kids it was time to find something local, effective and enjoyable. Orange theory is a 60 min or 45 min class which really whips you into shape. The staff is very attentive, knows you by your name, knows what you are capable off and if you need to slow down or need a push there are there every time to guide you. Its like a personal training without the price tag. Its spacious, clean and has a great music. The workouts are different every day and they are fun. I love it so much that I converted my husband and 2 of my friends also. We get together and work out. It is truly awesome place to be with a wicked music, constant challenges, bench marks, and social events.

This gym is not your typical gym, if I could give each member of staff a 10* rating I would. Firstly the gym is always clean and smells fresh, never dirty or have that typical sweaty gym smell. The classes are intense but leave you feeling incredible and glad you put the effort in. The staff by far is the most friendliest and approachable set of people you will ever meet in a gym. Always greeting on entrance and exit by name, always up for a little chit chat and so motivational and experience throughout the workouts. I’m so happy to have found this gym 5 weeks ago as I’ve actually been consistent and seen a difference in my body and health already as well as made friends with other members.

Join OFT... JUST DONT GET INJURED!!! Well, not unless you can prempt any injuries more than 30 days in advance AND receive medical assessment AND written corroboration ( on headed paper an email will not suffice) in a timely manor. Happy to bend the rules where it suits them but unable to accept a medical letter, technically less than 24 hours late , they cannot over ride computers with common sense - apparently. They would rather charge an additional £99 for a full months membership (great that it’s unlimited) FULLY aware I’m unable to train... they don’t care about you, they just want your money!

  • Vicky Clark

Orange Theory Bromley is the ONLY gym to rival Barry's Bootcamp/ One Rebel/ Project Fit...without having to travel into London. Each day the classes are different- one day you may focus on Power, the next day it could be Endurance. You spend time on Treadmills, Rowers and weights/strength training- all in a one hour class. Every person in class has differing fitness levels- and the Coaches will push you to work at your highest level. Joining a gym can be really intimidating... but not at Orange Theory. Staff are warm, friendly and there is a real community spirit. I can't recommend highly enough.

  • Kim Vuong

Have been a member for just over 2 months and it's the only thing I've stuck to in over 10 years. The environment is not at all intimidating. Staff and trainers are so friendly, encouraging and always strive to help you get fitter and feeling good. The classes are varied which means I get to work on different muscles and parts of my body. I can say my running has definitely improved since going to these classes. My legs and core feel much stronger. There are all sorts of people of different levels attending these classes but we all work at our own pace and no one feels left out.

  • MICHELLE ANDRADE

This has to be the friendliest gym ever. EVERY member of staff makes you feel so welcome and they always have time to check you're OK and answer all your queries. The sessions in the gym are unlike any I've ever experienced before. You are put in one of two or three groups and your group does circuits using the equipment for a period of time then you swap with another group after around 20-30 minutes. It is such an enjoyable way to exercise. The coaches are always encouraging and continuously monitoring you and helping with technique. I can't recommend this gym enough.

  • Heath Nicoll

There’s a lot to like about Orange Theory Bromley. The staff are great, very friendly and always really helpful in class or with anything else that helps to tailor the workouts to your fitness needs. The classes are also really well organised and vary session to session. One of the best things about Orange Theory is the data behind all of the workouts, you can actually see how hard you’re working but also where you’re improving over time as everything is saved so you can see your results in real terms. I highly recommend them.

  • DansDebStar

Never felt as motivated to workout and keep fit as much as i do here....its actually quite addictive The sessions are always different and the coaches are fantastic at getting to know you and motivating you to push yourself. I love the feeling of knowing what I have achieved in that hour session each time I go. I know my calories burnt, my distance on the treadmill and my time spent in the orange zone which are splat points. I've introduced my husband to it and we are both very happy and would recommend it!!!

  • Cassy Thorpe

This is an amazing gym the staff are really friendly and the coaches are very experienced and supportive. I love that the coaches know every members capabilities and know when to challenge you. I also love that you can keep track of your workout via a heart rate monitor so you are able to push yourself Each session is different with a variety of HIIT, strength and endurance and each session is motivational so you alway leave feeling energised. I truly recommend OTF Bromley.

  • lauren tarbox

The staff at this location is amazing! I attended classes there for my short time living in Bromley and they got to know me, learned how to push me, and made my day better every time I walked through the door. I have taken a few classes back in the States and here you are just another face in the class. But at the Bromley location they are going to learn your name, learn your abilities, and push you to get stronger- faster & healthier. I truly miss this amazing Staff!

  • Danielle Lautier

"I have always struggled with gyms as I'm far too lazy and unmotivated. Finally I have found something different: a complete concept for encouraging and motivating me towards my fitness and weight loss goals. I CANNOT rate Orange Theory Fitness Bromley enough. The staff are like a family which they make you feel part of. Always smiling and inspiring. I've lost weight, I feel GREAT! It's exciting and different and new, worth every penny."

  • A R

I feel harassed. Went on their website and tried to book a free session. After I reconsidered and decided not to do anything as I have a membership with a different gym. Since I have submitted the form I have received numerous miss calls, voicemails and messages. Maybe you should consider changing your contact/marketing strategy as its not nice to be harassed by a place that is meant to provide services for public wellbeing/welfare?

  • Tim Lewis

In all my years of (sorta) working out, I’ve never stuck to a workout class like I have this one. Each class is varied which keeps things fresh and stimulating - even the music (eighties is best!). Love the data metrics which really motivate you - I’m disappointed if I don’t burn 900 calories in a session. But best of all are the trainers, such great, encouraging, genuinely warm and friendly people. 5/5!

  • Christie Watson

I cant recommend this place enough. All the staff and coaches are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I have been a member 3 months now and in that short space of time I've noticed such an improvement in my fitness and mental wellbeing. They keep the classes different all the time so you don't get bored. I have been a member of many other well known gyms but with no success. Thanks OTF

  • Lee Owen

I’ve been going since the team opened up the gym back in October and I have to say it’s fantatstic. The whole set up is of a an extremely high standard, from the brilliant staff and coaches to the gym layout. From a work out perspective, this is very different to what most people are used too. Each session is hard work, but you do see the changes. I cannot recommend Orange Theory enough.

  • David Bowers

When I first heard of OTF i didn't get it - why would I only want to go to the gym at set times. After 3 classes I was hooked - what I didn't realise was just how much more I get from an OTF class than a normal gym. A slight correction on posture makes all the difference and the competition keeps you really fit. For the first time I also have "gym friends" - really you have to try it!

  • Priya Vigneswaran

I need motivation and fun to help me workout and someone else to do the thinking ☺️. Orange theory put together a challenging but fun workout every time and they help me pace the workout to my needs which is really helpful when I was starting out or back after a break. Most importantly they are so friendly and fun you hardly notice how hard you’ve worked til you’re done. Great team!

  • anthony stephen

I have been a meember of this gym for 2 years. Before I joined I went to 4 other gymsin bromley,in my opinion the others just dont compare. yes they were the dearest ,but the treat you as human being and listen to your needs . I found the session very enjoyable and vary everytime. the staff are friendly and always listen your concerns, Well done Helen, Che and the rest of the team.

  • Rosie Excell

The people at orange theory are all amazing and make the place, it's friendly, personal and the workouts should be illegal (haha) but seriously great place to train - I have never enjoyed a gym before now. The app and entire concept makes it a great workout but the staff and coaches are what takes this place to the next level - I can't recommend it enough.

  • Shasha Yu

Amazing fitness studio. All the coaches are super friendly and helpful. The classes are very fun and effective. They do mix up the exercises every now and then or do group workout to keep it interesting! Facilities are adequate and clean. The stats/ app are user friendly, easy to navigate. I am enjoying it very much so far ! Keep it up Bromley team

  • Isabel Boothman

I'm a pretty new member, but I've already been blown away with how welcoming and professional the Orange Theory team are. The workouts are challenging and fun, and the team support you throughout with lots of knowledge and friendly advice. Its completely different to any gym I've been a part of before - its more like having personal trainers!

  • Alex Watson

Amazing concept, although is a group fitness class you the coaches really care & personalise the workout to make it feel more like personal training. Love having the heart rate data at all times & you can really see & feel the difference from doing the classes. Sessions are different every day & always motivational. 100% worth a visit

  • Rachel H

Orangetheory is great. The workouts are effective and having a coach and direction to the activity is a much better than attending a normal gym. The staff all go above and beyond to support and encourage the members. They were brilliant during lockdown with online activity and communication. Thanks to them for a their hard work.

  • Samantha Richards

If someone hasn't answered the phone, returned your calls or returned your voicemails for 3 months perhaps they don't want to join your gym or hear about your latest offers. I've even had your number blocked on my phone for 2 months and still get notification of voicemails twice or three times a week. Stop. Won't be going here.

  • peter akop

this is scam, first they made you buy there bracelet which any smart watch can do what it dose even better, and they have terrible support, if you want to freeze your account which can be done via app in most of the gyms here you should come in person and do the paper work, and they have cancelation fee of more than 100£ !!!!

  • Claire Humphreys

Been a member since October 2018 and almost a year on I am still averaging 3 classes per week (sometimes more ). The coaches are fantastic, the sessions are challenging but have had such a positive impact on my overall fitness! Made lots of lovely new friends while working out. Definitely worth the membership value …

  • Andrea

I have attended a few gyms in Bromley over the years but Orange Theory Fitness is the best by far. Although the classes can be challenging, the coaches are friendly, attentive and hugely encouraging. Highly recommended! You will experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door.

  • Rhyanne Lautier

Amazing full body workout! Really motivating coaches with great energy in each session. The front desk staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. My favourite workout by far! Especially as you get live results throughout the session, keeps me very motivated. I highly recommend!

  • Tracey Verghese

Orange theory is full of brilliant people and diverse workouts. Since becoming a member, the coaches have personalised workouts for me, inorder for me to acheive my goals, and I have never felt better! Every visit is enjoyable, yet challenging and I would 100% recommend OTF. Its Amazing!

  • Sharon Nicholson

Fantastic concept for a gym I feel motivated engaged and I’m really enjoying the workouts, even though this is the hardest I’ve wirked out in years I’m loving it! The team is super friendly and welcoming no one is made to feel like they can’t do it. Tough but amazing ...try it

  • Milly Zero

Amazing full body workout! Great coaching and lovely staff. Would thoroughly recommend, unlike anything I've ever done for fitness. Been challenged in ways I could never imagine I would have been and I can already feel my fitness improving after only a few weeks!

  • Amy Young

Brilliant workout which gives great results. The staff are so friendly and I love being part of the community. During COVID they have been very supportive and do their upmost to make us all feel save and comfortable whilst helping us to reach our fitness goals .

  • Soman Kumar

Cem, Sean and Sam who support me are very helpful. They even pay attention to details on your current & legacy personal injuries. I improved my general health considerably since started an year ago. Thanks to all 3 and othra like Ola the admin staff in the past.

  • Shayma Alsayed

Honestly can’t recommend this gym highly enough. It’s a really positive, non judgemental space with all sorts of different people. The coaches are all great have have their own individual styles and the workouts are different every time so it never gets boring.

  • Mel B

Fantastic full body workout and friendly staff. The coaches are always encouraging and are great at modifying the exercises whether it’s to make them a bit harder or adjust them for any injuries and the workouts are different everyday so it never gets boring.

  • Manos Dramilaris

Challenging classes, diverse routines, great location but most importantly encouraging and friendly trainers and staff. They put the effort to get to know you and adjust your training accordingly to help you reach your fitness goals. Totally recommend them.

  • Val Starikov

Gyms were never my thing, but Orange Theory in Bromley is working very well. Motivation, encouragement and a personal touch make me look forward to the next visit. I feel great, healthier and more awake. Thank you team at Orange Theory Bromley.

  • Ellen Courtney

A brilliant and fun workout that tests all areas of your fitness and inclusive for all abilities. The heart rate technology helps you keep yourself accountable throughout the class and track how hard you’re working, as well as your progress

  • Trina

Poor business model. If you allow first timers to book via an app (mind body in this instance) be aware that bookings can be made at any time and if your client turns up to the first class of the day (8am today but may well have been a 6am

  • Elida Celaj

Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere, you feel motivated every single session and I push my self to do more and more because I felt result a couple of weeks later and now I feel stronger and energetic .I love it .I highly recommended …

  • Tracey O'Keefe

I have been a member of Orangetheory Fitness for a while now, and I can confidently say that it has completely transformed my fitness routine. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can sense the energy and motivation that

  • John Paul

EXTORTIONATE membership FEES!! UNREASONABLY OVERPRICED. FAR too EXPENSIVE and UNJUSTIFIABLE for what they offer. NOT AT ALL good value for money. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Gym Box is cheaper with much more classes, variety and PT's. 0*

  • Dennis Ward

The classes here really help me achieve my goals on weight loss and body shape, the staff and coaches are amazing and really help you towards your goals , place is friendly and the timetable really fits in with my life style.

  • Taylor Skinner

Amazing full body workout and great coaches and staff! My favorite part is when you walk into a session you don’t have to think about anything and you know you’re going to get a great workout in

  • Charlotte Martenstyn

Been a member since the gym opened in Bromley. I love the structure and diversity of the classes and the lovely team. Can’t wait to get back to in there once everything is back opened.

It's been a great summer. I'm lifting heavier than when I first started and I'm faster on my all-outs on the treadmill. Thanks to all coaches for pushing me at OTF Bromley.

Very Orange was this space. Sam was the coach. I was coached. I worked out. Then, I bought a set of workouts guideios. I enjoyed my workout. It was just right. Thanks
