I went here almost 3 months ago with just a couple of pimples and blemishes, nothing crazy. In the consultation I told Christina that my goal is to get a glowy face and clear skin because I am getting married in 3 months. She did a oxygenale to clear my skin, then almsot 4 peals including chemical, lactic, and combination of both. My skin now have dark pigmented spots near my mouth and there are noticeable pigmented patches on my face. When I asked her if she could help me get rid of them on my last visit, almost two days ago, she replied saying, there is nothing she could do to get rid of that in 15 days ( my wedding was in 15 days). I was disappointed but I wondered why would she experimented with my skin for four month with peels just to leave it more pigmented then ever. I believe she does not know how to treat brown skin, she is no where an expert to go to if you are a women with brown skin. Funny thing is, when before the last treatment I talked to her and showed how disappointed I was with how my skin ended up looking after spending almost a thousand dollars, she replied saying, “ well it was your decision to chose us” I am a very calm and polite in such settings but who says stuff like this honestly? Like, ma’am if you didn’t knew how to improve a brown skin, then why were you experimenting, knowing how stressed I was. Instead of apologizing, I was told that It was my fault to trust them ‍♀️ ‍♀️ I was stressed the entire time I was getting treatments done here, specially the last peel. And then she says, oh it is the stress that is leading to breakouts, and never takes in 1% of the responsibility for what she did. Like yes stress does matter but when I tell you that the only stress that I got all these months was from her treatments, nothing else . Please, don’t waste your money if you are a person with brown complexion. And I would suggest to this spa that please for once accept that maybe you went wrong and take responsibility instead of putting it all on client. And then she says that my skin is too dry for the peel and it panitrated super quick in the last lactic peel session. Well, I spent a thousand dollars getting creams and moisturizers that you sold me. Howcome none of your moisturizers were good enough to keep a dry skin moisturized?? I bought everything she suggested and at the end nothing worked and she blamed it on my dry skin and stress level. Even the sunscreen that she gave me in the initial peels were not for brown skin, they had white cast. Nothing for brown skin here. Waste of time and money, not forgetting the stress that I was in while being treated here.

Horrible experience ever (for the treatment and customer service). Don't even know where to begin and don't even deserve 1 star. I wasted my money and it hurts. I had micro needling treatment done at this place and the lady was not knowledgeable about the treatment or skin care tips. During the first consultation, she did not even examine my skin. I am not sure if she has ever treated complexion (dark/brown) skin before but I expected her to at least take a proper look at my face for any advice or at least to see what she'll be dealing with (that shows this place is all about the money and not really for the customer's result). Micro needling is a serious and expensive treatment and should not be done by any staff, staff needs to be very knowledgeable from A to Z and capable to assist for advice on skin care routine. Also, you need to use the top machine for full result and I don't feel like your clinic has the proper equipment (I feel the difference with my new clinic now). I am glad that I now found another clinic with more experienced staff that actually examine my face and are supporting me during treatment with great products and skin care tips and actually made a plan for me to know what's next after full micro needling treatment to get the result I am actually looking for (conclusion my skin actually needs other care and your staff failed to see that.....not good for your business). Very disappointed that my money was stolen like that and I hope you'll take proper action to teach your staff effectively and they should know every skin type to be able to treat any complexion. If you don't know how to do something or never treated some type of skin tone just say ''no'' and let people find a proper clinic to satisfy their need.

I am not one to ever write reviews however I felt this Spa surpassed my expectations and has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot express my sincere gratitude for the incredible service I have experienced at the Ottawa Medi Spa Orleans. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. I have had a few treatments done by Anna, who not only takes the time to listen to concerns but also helps educate on what will have the best end result for my desired outcome. I have never felt the pressure I have felt at other salons when they try to upsell you services. She has been upfront and honest. In the few visits I have had with Anna I have learned so much already. I wish I could rate higher then 5 stars, as this salon is truly one of a kind. To any in doubt on spending money on a facial the OxyGeneo facial was incredible!! Results were seen after just one visit! I will defiantly make Orleans Medi Spa my go-to salon for facials, eyelashes and any other service I need in the future. Thank you for all you do!

I have been impressed by the Ottawa MediSPA in many ways; prestine facilities, attention to detail, quality of services, and of course their incredible staff. I’ve been very happy with all my experiences at the Orleans location. I have, without a doubt, felt incredibly comfortable during all my appointments. The team at Ottawa MediSPA has never given me the impression that I am being judged in any way. Their team is knowledgeable and are clearly confident when answering questions related to any service or treatment their spa offers. I have no doubt in my mind that any person going to the Orleans location will receive a treatment plan specific to their individual needs and of course their comfort level. I have never felt pressured into any treatment I am not ready for. I know they will be there for me when I am ready to proceed. Went for a Sports Pedicure this morning (February 15/22) plus paraffin. It was amazing! Ottawa MediSPA Orleans are the best, great staff, professional services and reasonable prices. I have been to MediSpa many times, for a variety of reasons and have always had a great experience. But I felt compelled to reach out today after having the most wonderful experience! I have a very tight schedule and always super busy -but your staff is beyond accommodating to my needs! I came in for a treatment today (after having to cancel a facial-work meeting, unfortunately, take precedent ) and your staff was ready to greet me. They knew I had a tight schedule, so they had everything ready for me at my arrival - they had the paperwork I needed to sign ready to go, Kaylynn was waiting for me at reception and they even prebooked my next appointment around my crazy schedule! And to top it off they were able to reschedule my facial so I can look fresh for the holidays :) The ladies anticipated my needs - and even though I was in a rush, I never felt rushed while I was there. I had my first visit to Ottawa MedSpa Orleans approximately 6 months ago and was so impressed that I have been back several times since. The staff is so welcoming and informative that all of my questions or personal concerns were answered and directed to the correct services. Some of the many services that stand out were the laser hair removal from Julie and permanent makeup from Zania. Julie was incredibly professional and kind, and I felt very comfortable with her services. Zania did an amazing job with my permanent eyeliner. She explained the process clearly and that all of her equipment was sealed and sanitary. The spa is stunning and incredibly clean. There is plenty of free parking out front. This place is a must go!

I had a great experience here. Solved the issue that bothered me for a long time in just less than an hour. Christina and Juli are very knowledgeable professionals. Also, I was very pleased with how they treat clients. I really did not know that Christina is the owner until she gave her visit card. That's so nice when an owner is also so experienced and nice. I'd definitely recommend this place. It deserves 5 stars. Also, I'd like to notice how good the interior is, especially waiting zone. It's very relaxing and gives the feeling like you are visiting the resort. Outside parking has lots of spaces and clinic is conveniently located. It's better to come 5-10 minutes earlier to fill in some general medical forms.

Update to 2022:. This Spa is consistent in its maintaining its high standards yet very personable. Still going there. Some staff changes BUT all new employees are continuing the legacy of a perfect place to relax or have procedures done . A definite asset to the Orleans community. Love this Spa...used to go to a well known downtown establishment for over 10 years. But I found it pushing products continually and the prices were getting out of reach...downtown prices for the Diplomats, etc. Been to Medispa for about 3 years...very happy..wish I went there before"the other place" A big thanks to Nurse Amanda and of course the Orleans Team

I was running late for my appointment and called in advance to warn them, turns out both the technician and I were running late and I figured we’d reschedule and it wouldn’t be a problem, extenuating circumstances and all. The staff looked at me like I’d lit the place on fire when I walked in. It became immediately quiet so it was painfully apparent they were disparaging me only seconds before. Most unwelcome I’ve ever felt, and the front desk girl treated me like garbage. I met the esthetician and she seemed nice enough but after rescheduling our appointment I thought better of it. If this spa is really this catty, they can do it to someone else.

I’ve been seeing nurse Charlene for a little over a year. She’s been fantastic. The spa is clean and the staff are always super friendly. They always have such great promos. I buy my friends/family gift cards from here during the holidays. If you’re in Orleans you definitely need to check them out. The only thing I could recommend to make the experience even better would be an online booking system. EDIT: i’ve recently seen Megan for a pedicure and facial. Both times she was punctual, professional and super friendly. She is fairly young/new to the industry but I can tell really enjoys her work and is an asset to the Medispa team!

Finally after a year due to covid I was able to get a needed facial. Thank you Julie for an excellent experience as always. Julie has been giving me facials for several years and as always she is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, takes time to explain any questions I always have. She is truly a God send when it comes to facials which are extremely relaxing and the music (especially the birds singing in the rain forest) adds to the awesome experience . I made an appointment at Orleans MediSpa for a pedicure. Everyone there was very nice especially Andrea who did my pedicure. She was extremely accommodating as I have medical issues and did an excellent job. I also found out that they offer many other services which I’m interested in and intend to go for a free consultation. Their price is also reasonable and I have compared with other spas. I also received a little gift after my pedicure which I thought was a very good marketing strategy and also thoughtful. I highly recommend Orleans MediSpa if you want a pleasant and professional experience. Go for it!!!!

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Every time I visit the location, I feel very pleased with the service. The owner Christina is very knowledgeable, patient and really helpful. Some time back, I had a procedure done there but I did not get the expected results. Christina took out time from her busy schedule and explained the pros and cons of the various procedures and offered me the best advice. She even did a procedure on me for free for which I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this place. Believe me, you will not regret your decision if you go to this place!

I went to Ottawa mediSPA Orleans for my first time to get lip fillers and its easy to say I am hooked and now a forever customer! Walking into the spa you know the right safety precautions are being taken; you feel cleanliness, calm, happy and zen in your first few steps. My physician injector and Christina guided me through the whole procedure making it a fun experience taking there time explaining everything in detail and not rushing the appointment. It's safe to say I actually can't wait to go back and see these wonderful women at MediSPA Orleans! Highly reccomended!

Very impressed with the quality of service of MediSPA. I started speaking with Christine (the Owner) via Zoom and by phone to tend to my skin concerns and needs. She sincerely cares about her clients. I was able to get in for a pedicure before the spa had to partially close down due to Covid and Vicky was great. My pedi was one of the best I have had in a long time. Th Spa is spotless and adheres to public health guidelines. Highly recommend. This will be my go-to from now on for any skin care needs and medical treatments!

During these last months I have conducted my life in a very locked down manner but finally decided I was overdue for a little "me" time. I have been a client of Ottawa MediSPA, Orleans for a very long time but what a pleasant surprise. The spa has undergone a beautiful makeover generating a warm peaceful atmosphere. Everyone was professional with a joyful approach. While I would like to mention a name, it would be unfair to all the others who also offer such excellent service. I will be back very soon (already booked).

If I had to make one suggestion to improve valuable time to both the client and your business that would be to have the option of fillable pdf forms which could be filled by the client online the day before treatment with a submit button at the bottom of the form that would go back directly to you by email. Client's signatures can be obtained on arrival. I'm retired now but this is what I use to do and it save a lot of time. Otherwise, love everything about your business. Thank you.

Fantastic atmosphere along with really friendly and helpful staff, that makes you feel super welcomed and refreshed! I had the pleasure of recently stopping in for my first Botox treatment, and Nurse Kim took great care of me. She answered all the questions that I had before, during, and also after my first procedure, and make me feel super welcome and at ease with the whole process. I will for sure be coming back to continue, you will not regret your time spent at Orleans Medispa!

This place is small and cozy with very professional and great staff. I’ve had skin tag removed from around my neck some time last month. It worked great. This month, actually today, I had PRP(platelet rich plasma injections), which is a facial treatment. It uses plasma from my own blood, which is drawn out on the spot, putting it on my face and also making many micro abrasive cuts on my face so it gets absorbed in. 45 minutes later it was all done and I am a happy customer.

I went in today to buy a product and was greeted by the owner. She is exceptionally professional, super friendly and knows how to run her business. I am very grateful that we have this spa in Orleans. They are just amazing at what they do, their nurses are extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to everyone looking for spa services and medical services with the most experienced employees that I have had the utmost pleasure to deal with. LOVE this spa. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. I've been getting regular facials and treatments with Vicki, since last summer. I would recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuff and always asks you what your concerns are this time around and adjusts her facial based on that. So it's like a mini consult before each facial. Really pleasant attitude and great at what she does. Not to mention, the entire staff is super nice and always helpful.

I went to the Medispa to get Botox for the first time. I was pretty stressed prior to my appointment but the doctor and owner Christina took their time to explain everything to me and guide me through the process. I felt a lot more at ease and I am so pleased I chose this Medispa. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Great and friendly service. I was having difficulty tolerating my treatment and they had no problems slowing down the pace and giving me many breaks so that I could recuperate even though this meant my appointment would run late and lengthen their day. Also very good pricing. Their starting price for my treatment was already better than anything else in the area and they give very generous pricing for repeat customers.

I am actually Marc's wife. For the second year I have gone to MediSPA for varicose veins treatment. I am very satisfied of the service offered by Katie and the results. The treatment wasn't painfull like it was at other places. The marks that it left are tiny compare to other places. Through the years, I have had over 15 treatments performed by many nurses. I am so happy I have found Katie. I recommend her.

On a whim I called MediSPA and they had space to take me for a facial. They have a beautiful spa and amazing customer service! I was welcomed, shown around, and felt incredibly comfortable there. My aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was very relaxing and the products they used were fantastic! I’ll definitely be back. The staff are professional and provide some of the best services in the city to their clients. Every time I have attended the Medispa for my own services I have been happy with the result. The staff I've interacted with have all been very friendly and, most importantly, professional. I would say that it is high end but reasonably priced, the best of both worlds. Their website is very detailed with the services they provide and costs. The only downside, for clients, is that they are busy so call ahead to secure an appointment that fits in your schedule.

I am regular and returning customer to the Orleans MediSPA and I am not one to write reviews but I will say that the atomsphere and the environment are very relaxing and inviting. I have been frequenting the Orleans MediSpa for a few years now. I have had several procedures, most of which were successful. Christina and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. They provide competent advice. On one occasion where I was not satisfied about the service, Christina agreed to repeat the procedure at their expense.

Wonderful first experience at MediSPA - very clean environment with strict Covid protocol in place and friendly, professional staff. Sophie was my esthetician - she offered an amazing pedicure and hand facial! The comfy recliner chair with footrest for my pedicure allowed me to fully relax and completely enjoy my services! I have used the services of this location for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Christina is informative and listens to the client and their needs. The rooms are VERY clean and everything seems to be run super efficiently. The precautions taken during COVID have made me feel very safe to continue to visit. I have been to the Orleans location 4 times in the last 4 months and the staff is very friendly; they make you feel welcomed. I’ve had a couple different procedures done by nurse Lisa and she’s really great. She explains the steps prior and ensures you’re comfortable. She’s professional and funny at the same time. I had a facial and pedicure which went great. Recommended products didn't however work well for me, and that might just be my skin type. Also didn't like that I could not find information about the products online, so perhaps helpful to confirm the ingredients and suitability for skin type prior to making a post-service purchase.

Ottawa MediSpa Orleans is always a great experience. I tried their sports pedicure, with paraffin wax. They do not use razors to remove dead skin, foot and leg massage also included. I rested with the wax submerged over my feet in their comfortable lazyboy chairs. I am ready for my flip flops... Thank you Gabby

I wanted to treat myself after 3,5 years so I decided to get mani shellac and shellac on my toe nails. I ask if it will last at least 2 weeks on my vacation...answer was yes. I'm quite disappointed because after 3 days my 2 toe nails shellac missing 2 nails on my hands are cracked anc pilled...I paid 80$ .....

**Update** I have had 3 visits with Vicky now. Lash perm+tint, and brow shaping+tint. I honestly love the way they look! Very clean SPA in the heart of Orleans. Sophie is excellent at dip powder nails, she's impressive, the best I have had so far and I use the service of Andrea for all my pedicures, again, I am very pleased with her dedicated and meticulous work. This SPA is calm and sooo clean! Keep up the good work ladies.

Always an amazing experience here. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I love the PRFX skincare line they carry. The staff are super knowledgable about the different services and there is no pressure when inquiring about the different services. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Ottawa MediSPA Orleans. The staff were friendly and great to deal with, and it had a nice, relaxed ambience. I had an OxyGeneo facial with Meghan and would highly recommend it. Meghan was fantastic! She was professional and very knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to return.

I just had botox for the first time and was really nervous since I'm not a fan of needles. Charlene took excellent care of me and I didnt feel a thing! The best facial I have had in a very long time. Christina was amazing, she explained every step of the procedure and throughout the procedure she kept me informed as to what she was doing. The place is very clean and as soon as you enter the treatment room, the vibe is Zen and relaxing.

I switched to this spa because my previous esthetician retired and I was blown away by their service. Sophie made me super comfortable during my wax which was my main concern when looking for a new spa. She was very kind and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!
