i purchased a cellphone from them which after a week didn't want to charge anymore . I lost the slip to it and they refuse to reprint a slip for me ? what upsets me more is the fact that the "manager" gave me false number to her Regional Manager! really upset about this matter regardless of how much i paid for the phone

Ladies did help me to send a package to Pep store in Middleburg,EC . The store is small and has alot of products. Children's, and male and female clothing, and other accessories. Very well kept. Helpfull staff.

Not a store that I would likely visit again. Customer is no1 priority. Maybe more training of staff. Why would you eat your lunch in full view of customers. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
