I went today to Pep store Somerset West.. I was denied access to the shop as I had a scarf instead of a mask. The new bill was passed and gazette yesterday. Nobody was helpful or offered for me to come in to buy a mask. Hello I only have buffs and scarves. Bad attitude with unhelpful staff.

This PEP store is the worst PEP I’ve been into. The cashiers are rude and staff very unfriendly. To make the experience even worse is that the cashier insists that I follow her covid worshipping protocol. Don’t force a customer to breathe CO2.

I have had no problems with this store whatsoever..as a resident in Somerset West for 40 years have found the staff to be most helpfull at all times..will support this branch in Somerset West..

This store has the worst customer service and most unfriendly and unhelpful staff that ive ever seen. This is very sad as this is not what Im used to from PEP.
