There is 4 tills but only one person at the tills. Stood in a long queue for 15min. Honestly one of the poorest peps. Thanks for getting back,but why must I phone you? You don't pick up phone calls I has to tell the one lady to pick up the phone as the ringing was driving me crazy. She still didn't pick up the phone

Staff are so character judgemental. The security is more suspicious on people that even buy everyday. I stay in strand i love buying in pep its the closest in strand but i will rather drive to mall or go to Broadway pep. Not soo happy about their lack of customer care in Strand

Long wait in a short queue. Unfriendly staff bordering on rude. Not a pleasant experience. Will definitely not be returning soon. Very disappointed.

Very helpful staff. Store is clean and neat. Could do with more cashiers; especially on a month-end Saturday. The queue was very long and slow!
