I did not want to rate but today was the second bad experience from pep in a space of less than a month. The first one my sister went to Pep Home at Maynard mall to refund some items and the lady at the tills made her feel like it was crime to refund but we just ignored it. Then today at your Pep store the one next to Hungry Lion there was a lady at the door she was just rude as I entered your store. She had asked me to put my plastic at the parcel counter. It had fresh chips that l wanted to show her as l was not comfortable leaving my food at the parcel counter. She did not even bother looking she told me that if l dont like l can leave and I'm not important. Then she continued her conversation with a security at the door. I have been to many shops but this is the highest level of disrespect anyone can give . I am still in shock.

Almost all the staff members are very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the gentleman selling PEP Cover. He was too persistent and made me not enjoy my shopping experience. He should read the customer before approaching them and understand that when a customer declines the offer he should move on to the next potential customer.

Love this branch, they always fully stocked and has big sizes in men and women clothing, the staff like not other Pep is the friendliest and always available when needed.

The shop environment is clean and the staff personnel starting from the security at the door is friendly and helpful.
