Used the auto 'soft brush wash' on 25.10.22 @ $22.45 using mastercard for payment, then obtained coin from dispenser for interior vacuum. Placed $5.00 into slot provided into vacuum machine only to be informed on a digital display that the machine was out of order. This display did not appear prior to me putting the money in. This is not the first time I was ripped off at this car wash. It occurred on three other occasions at different sections of the car wash. There was no facility attendendant on site on any of those occasions. I will not be ripped off again at this site as I will not go there again. Please refund my money

Seldom do reviews however felt needed to make others aware. I understand prices have increased and was willing to pay. However had to pay $10 to wash my car as the pressure was useless. I asked the attendant and was informed that the lower pressure is meant to rinse car quicker as it cuts thru the foam better. I couldnt even get the bugs off the front bumper. I should have read the previous reviews as it's all correct however not from this area and was the closest. Be prepared to spend minimum $20 to clean your own car by hand. Used a few car washes and this has been the worst.

Pretty good car wash, if you have a long vehicle it can be tight getting into some of the self cleaning bays but still doable. Only downside is that you need $5 to start the wash, and if you let it time out another $5 to start again. You can add one or two dollars before it times out, and it will add more time. Just can't let it time out, So prevents you from giving the car a soak, then let it time out then scrub until you are happy with the clean. Then put in a dollar or something, for just enough time to wash away the soap.

Absolutely do not reccomend, especially if you are a car enthusiast, owner and workers are extremely rude. Very terrible service, will yell at you to move up when you can’t go anywhere when bays are full, and will not allow you to use any of your own sponges or even a shammy in the drying bay will expect you to use dirty brush on your paint. water pressure is extremely low so will not clean your car properly, Highly unprofessional, sexist and rude. Take your business elsewhere. They do not care and only want a cash grab

I spent a good year getting my 2 x $5 clean sequence ironed out but they recently changed it to $7 on card with a $5 to start sign (it’s confusing for sure). Now I spend $15 which is a solid 50% more than I used to. It makes me less inclined to go back and have been washing my car at home. You spend a good 4mins foaming your car to the high heavens (I drive a little hatch). Best times would be late in the evening where there are no people and you don’t get hurried out of the bays. Bring some coins.

Went in to do the quick machine wash since we had quite a bit of bird droppings all over it from the previous day. Didn’t expect everything to come off as it’s a machine but jumped out just to check how everything was and the attendant came by to advise we need to give it a bit of a scrub before hand. Told us to just go into one of the bays and helped us clean and go through the machine again. Absolutely amazing service! Would not expect this at a self serve car wash.

DO NOT GO HERE PRODUCTS WILL RUIN PAINT ! I normally don’t use these types of car wash businesses but I was desperate ,washed my car tonight and all I used is their foam and water , didn’t use their filthy brush . Whatever they put in their cheap foam wash has stained my paint on my car all over won’t come off !! You don’t can’t even get in contact with the business no email or website . Who’s going to pay for this now ?

I paid $22 to use the car wash. Waited ages for the car in front to finish up. Finally drove into the wash and it didn’t work. When I phoned the next day it was explained to me that the car in front had actually stole my wash. When I asked for a refund I was told that they can’t really do that. Not possible. And it sounds like it’s happened to other people. Be careful it doesn’t steal your money as well

Good car wash, however the automatic washes are incredibly tight and a standard family sized sedan struggles to get in - you need to do a 3 point turn, and even then one side of the car will be sitting on the rails of the car wash. It also tells you to pull your mirrors in, as the car wash is tight - no other car washes advise you to close your mirrors.

I’ve been using the automatic wash here for a few years now - does a fairly good job, about as much as you can expect. It doesn’t quite clean everything - the lower part of the doors in particular are often still dirty on my vehicle. Friendly manager once helped recommend avoiding the touchless wash, which I would also recommend based on the results.

Very very very weak water pressure, if you actually want to clean your vehicle you are much better off going somewhere else Feels like a gentle mist, I asked the staff member if it was broken, he confirmed it was running at full pressure So sad, it's actually a nice looking place and has good trailer access Fix the pressure, please

Oooh my goodness! Great place to wash your car. Great customer service experience from Yash the manager. Yash actually washed my car because I was struggling to wash by myself. This is a safe, easy and a great place to wash your car. Thanks Yash. He saved me from spending $365 at star car wash. Much appreciated.

Had a bit of a hiccup at PJ Car Wash. They advertise $5 for 4 minutes, but somehow my card got hit with a 50% plus discount, and I ended up paying $7.50. What's the deal with that. IHad to use twice, and both times unexpected discounts.Not recommending card payments – go old school with cash if you can.

Very nice service the very kind gentleman in office explained to me step by step on what each thing is used for almost felt like I could start teaching others lol really helped me a lot I appreciate it and honestly top service guys my car came out detailed for way less than hand car wash

Came here with no prior experience at a self service car wash place but Yash, the employee there, was sooo helpful. He explained all the steps and their purpose and even walked us through the best way to wash the car. Will definitely be coming back more often! Thank you Yash!

Go to car wash between Canberra trips. Easy auto and self serve (preference). Staff are friendly. It's nice they are environmentally conscious and advise you to be mindful of the soap going in wrong drains for self serve. Standard car wash does the job, no complaints.

Took my 60k car here and left with my car looking like I cleaned it with sandpaper……. Brush was likely full of something abrasive but I am guessing you take my money but don’t take responsibility for the damage to my car…… don’t go here if you value your car …

I didn’t catch the name of the worker who helped me. Lovely soul. He explained how all of the programs work and how the car benefits from his method, then washed my car for me his way. Absolute champion guy. He advised not to use the brush. Car came up like new.

Car wash enterence is extremely tight Prices are over the top wash bays full of mud bins full of rubbish five dollars to start the vacuum cleaner unfortunately there is no competition I'm wondering where you would park to use the laundry

Timer runs out very quickly and minimum payment is $5.00. The good thing is that It gives you the flexibility to choose what you want. If you're just after a quick wash and vacuum them it's cheaper than other car washes

Rip off. $7 to get the spray gun started although it is advertised as $5. The soap, ceramic wax, degreaser etc are far watered down and do not even clean. Place is nothing but a rip off.

Jason's great. We were here on a Sunday at noon and couldnt go into the auto wash because of our camping awning so he helped us out. 10/10 customer service.

Very bad carwash $5 minimum and the water pressure is weak smart tactic to scam users and the soap stains the car I would never use this car wash again .

Coins only, and the change machine doesn't accept $50 notes. $5 minimum to get the machine going, and that gives you a bit over 4 minutes.

Not great but good enough, needs more water pressure! Overall tho it cleans my car not all spots but it's probably just my car.
