Was needing the external walls and my decks re-stained on my old Queenslander after having it as a rental for a few years. Was honestly having no luck finding a local company to get back to me regarding a serious quote. Steve got back to me asap and was eager to organise a time with the tenant to view the condition and provide a quote. Once Steve had turned up at the allotted time and sent the quote (which provided me which all options I had asked for), I knew PR Painting was the way to go. Communication was great and once we set a date in line with some good weather, I was able to pass onto my realestate and felt confident in knowing the work was going to be carried out after Steve’s professionalism with the quote. Absolutely exceptional work! Steve and Ian are the consummate professionals. It's no exaggeration to say that they set the standard for what tradesmen should be: honest to a fault, hard-working and highly skilled. My wife and I were completely comfortable giving them unfettered access to our home whether we were there or not. They took great care of our property, and were virtually silent as they went about their work. As strange as it may sound, we were a bit sad to see them go! We engaged PR Painting to paint the external parts of our 2 level house in Carindale. We are so happy with the result. Their Company motto "Quality is our Focus" was certainly true in our case. There was also a free colour consultant service that we used before the job to help us select the correct colours for our home. The price was very good value and both Steve and Ian worked quietly and professionally (in the heat) to get the whole job finished in 1-week.
